Everyone in the Fu family had a black face while the terrified Fu Gui was silently shedding his tears. That day, Fu Hui was so angry that he forgot Qin Junqian's identity and was about to scold him. Fortunately, Fu Gui warned him in time. Since Fu Hui couldn't curse him, he could only glare hatefully at Qin Junqian. How dare he harass his little brother? Fu Hui dragged his little brother home without giving the new couple any chance to explain.

Father Fu was the first to calm down. He sighed.

Father Fu snorted in his heart. This bastard even dares apologize after seducing his little fool son! Fu Hui had the same thought.

Qin Junqian's determination shook the whole Fu estate. Everyone was so shocked that they forgot to breath. 

Father Fu calmed down and looked towards his little son. Fu Gui, who was hiding behind the partition was blushing and smiling with a shy expression. His son looked so happy. He didn't have the heart to take away that smile from him. 

Father Fu sighed. "Your highness... I... I understand your feelings for my son. But in the end, I'll support what my son wants."

He looked at Fu Gui and asked, "Ah-Gui... Do you like the fourth prince? Don't be afraid and tell father about your feelings."

Fu Gui clenched his cloth and nodded hard. "I... I like the fourth prince." Fu Gui was blushing hard. His answer made Junqian radiate beams of happiness which were enough to blind people. 

Father Fu's expression softened. He thought for some time. 

"Since my son also likes you, I can't refuse you your highness. As long as you treat my son right, this old official will be grateful to you forever. 

However, such a sacred thing like marriage needs to be approved by the majesty, the Emperor. We can't just hustle about this."

Qin Junqian instantly replied,"Don't worry Elder Fu! I've already talked to my father and he has made an Imperial edict! Father has sent the Grand Eunuch with me to announce it." 

The Fu family, "....................."

The Emperor sighed. "Fine. We'll take care of it. It's better to be a tyrant than regreting about things you could have done. Don't be like father..." 

Junqian noticed something weird but decided to ignore that. 

"Father... I also hope you can deal with mother. She... definitely wouldn't like this."

"Sigh... You're making things difficult for us ah."

Junqian laughed. "I thank the benevolent Emperor in advance for helping me with that."

"Hey brat! We haven't agreed to that yet!"
