Creating a magic skill wasn't difficult for Hiroshi as he had better specs than what Kamiya Yato had and although creating 'Appraisal' as his first skill was as hard if not harder as creating 'Sleeping Strength Magic', Hiroshi was able to do it smoothly.

After creating the skill, Hiroshi gave it a try on himself.

"Appraisal."

"Hoo, so it is a bit different from what i remember. It does not show strength and magic power as it did in the original work but who cares."

He then tried concentrating on the skill names and it provided him the description of the skills.

-- Super Growth: tremendously increases the speed of learning and skill leveling.--

--Magic Creation: Allows creation of any types of magic the creator desires. However, the consumption of mana is very high.--

--Appraisal: can appraise any person or thing inside the field of vision.--

"Alright, onto the next skill that needs to be created."

Hiroshi activated the magic creation skill again and thought about the next magic that he wanted.

(Teleportation)

Hiroshi immediately read its description upon its creation.

--Teleportation: allows the user to teleport to the places user has already been to. consumption of mana is directly proportional to distance between user and the desired point.--

After the creation of two magic skills, Hiroshi felt a bit tired...but since it was only a bit he decided to try and get some other skills he always wanted in order to survive and thrive in the Naruto world and thus invoked the magic creation skill again.

"Tonight, allow me to spam magic creation skill untill I collapse."

Hiroshi tried multiple times, a few of them resulted in success while the other resulted in failure. There were a few restrictions in making magic skills biggest one being inability to create a perpetual magic skill i.e. a magic skill that keeps on working without additional mana being fed to it. And thus after a few invocations that resulted in success and failures, his status changed to

--Memory Alter: Allows user to search and alter the target's memory. consumption of mana is directly proportional to the target's resistance against the skill.--

--Transmutation: allows user to transmute the target object into desired shape. consumption of mana depends on the quality and quantity of the object.--

--Enchantment: Allows user to enchant the target object. Consumption of mana depends upon the target object and the enchantment used.--

--Heal: Allows user to heal the target. Consumption of mana depends on the degree of damage.--

--Stun: Allows user to stun the target. Consumption of mana depends on the resistance offered by object and the stun duration desired.--

--Tracking Marker: Allows user to track the target object. distance limit: 1000 km. constantly consumes small amount of mana.--

--Warning: Creates a beeping sound that only user can hear when they are in a life threatening crisis. The volume of sound changes with the degree of danger. Constantly consumes fixed amount of mana.--

Hiroshi wanted to try and make a few other skills but unfortunately, he estimated that if he were to try and make them, he would end up being unable to get back to village.

So he took a last glance at his handiwork around him and nodded in satisfaction.

"Teleport."

Third Hokage looked at the file presented to him by Umino Iruka (iruka sensei).

It was about a boy named Hiroshi. The same kid who was always beside fourth' s son and the one whom he had given a few pointers a couple of months ago.

The report was about how the said boy had completely mastered the basic jutsus and the subjects taught in the academy.

After going through it, he calmly looked at Iruka and said,

"It would seem that we have another new budding genius in our midst. Care to call him in Iruka?"

"Yes, Hokage sama!"

Iruka respectfully bowed and called Hiroshi in who has been waiting for the call.

It has already been three months since the day of rebirth and during this time, Hiroshi constantly pestered Iruka sensei to teach him different jutsus. He also started going to the village library to get all the knowledge he could get.

And so after three months of constant grinding, he was able to learn everything the academy had to offer. It was all thanks to 'Super Growth' cheat skill that allowed him to learn and understand everything at an unprecedented rate.

"long time no see Hiroshi kun! how have you been since we last met?"

"I have been doing great Hokage sama!"

Third smiled at his response. He noticed that something has changed in the boy in front of him but he just couldn't put the finger on it. He  asked a few more things and asked Hiroshi if he would be interested in becoming a genin immediately. Needless to say, Hiroshi instantly agreed.

"Alright, I ll have your Iruka sensei immediately prepare a test for you. If you are able to clear it, then you can immediately become a genin after a few days."

Hiroshi agreed and was escorted to a big hall where he gave a small test that was prepared to test his knowledge. He was also made to perform all the basic jutsus.

After everything was over, Hiroshi was sent back to his house and was told to wait for further instructions.

"Hokage sama, is it really alright to promote him to genin? He is just 5 and doesn't even know some higher level jutsu."

Iruka reported Hiroshi to Hokage in hopes of getting a jonin to teach him further and never expected that Third would directly let Hiroshi graduate and become a genin. Third blew on his tobacco pipe and said,

"You reported him hoping to get a jonin to teach him further and before meeting him, I was of the same opinion but after i met him, I think he would be alright."

Third did not explain further and Iruka though dissatisfied, did not ask further. Unknown to Iruka, in third Hokage's eyes Hiroshi's image overlapped with his greatest student and one of his biggest regrets.

'This time, I would not let darkness take over another budding leaf.'
