POV: Dragon.

I barely survived, honestly I have 31 hp left. A single hit from one of them would have finished me. Welp, time to dig into these beasts, who would miss out on a chance to eat superior mana meat.

I ate about 2/3 of each, then I took a four day deep rest. Then something woke me up, I felt a new presence. I opened the eye opposite to the presence, and faked a hazy distant look, like I fell unconscious. I maintained my slow breathing, and looked around my area with mana vision. What I saw was a natural chimera.

Realizing it’s not worth a surprise attack I got up for a better look. It looked was a spider shaped blob, with a vibrant orange rust color, and slight draconic features. When I think about it, this area is soaked in my mana as well. It’s horns take after mine, (the horns are kinda like this, but the eyes are in the normal area, the horns are further back, and a few other changes) and it’s two main eyes basically are mine.

Letting it die easily with my features would be an insult, so I will take it in for now. I walk over, pick it up in my talons, and fly to my lair.

All high rank dragons are prideful in some way, it wouldn’t make sense for a hurricane to be humble.
