It did not take a long time for me to gather supplies for the travel and right after the sun showed up the next morning, we headed to a nearby town.
After the recent battle I began seriously considering my priorities for upgrades. Yes, right, it would be great to fire guns faster than once every 10 minutes, or to hit something not from point-blank but my current priority should be to at least make the guns operational. I checked what I acquired and used all upgrade points into reliability.

I confirmed that the guns are being repaired and that I am still not able to use them properly.
“Why are you sighing louder and louder with each step? If you’re out of breath then just tell, damn it. I don’t like to babysit you.” Xera was doing her favorite thing – she was driving me crazy.
“Were you not the one who tagged along? If you don’t like the treatment then be so kind to leave.” I could no longer even forcedly act friendly, I already was talking sarcasm to her like I breathed.
“Why can’t you two just be nice to each other?” Lilith was tired of this all as well. She was trying to make bridges between us but ended up resigning after she realized that it just makes everything worse.
“It might look bad but perhaps we are just incompatible?”
“ ‘Oh my’ this might be the first time we share the same thought!” I almost felt a vein showing up on my forehead.
“If you want to copy me then be so kind to at least try.”
“Miss Delight, what are we going to do after we find the town the villagers talked about?” Lilith interrupted Xera before she continued to argue.
“Well, first thing to do will be to find some information. As you can understand I… am not exactly local.”
“So if we hand you over to the authorities we can get a reward.” (X)
“You might but it will not have any positive outcome.”
“Xera, if you have something to tell then please, tell what is USEFUL. Like I am in the middle of actually trying to understand what we are even doing.” Lilith began scolding her knight, I am feeling that this girl is much better than a certain…
“Milady, you trust this ‘person’ who showed up from who-knows-where, you let her accompany us and now you let her order you around.” Xera was doing her best to change the odds in her favor.
“And now I have my ‘loyal’ knight try to order me around as well. I will tell Father to reconsider your position when I have an opportunity to talk with him.” (L)
“Now, now. I greatly appreciate Miss’ efforts but it would be best if she vents her aggression on one person instead of two. It would be a hindrance if she growls at both of us.”
“Go. To. Hell.” Xera barked at me and walked forward without waiting for either of us.
Soon she disappeared behind a ridge. She showed up again the next moment.
“Milady and dumba*, I see a town from up here, can you PLEASE hurry? I want to have a proper bath after this crazy march.” (X)
When Lilith and I climbed up there we indeed saw a settlement in 5900 meters. I wonder if a coincidence rangefinder is an appropriate tool for this but I still like to fool around with my tools just for the sake of amusement.
We hurried a bit but Xera did not even pretend to wait for anybody. I bet she was a tomboy, considering that she slid down the hill without considering how dirty her clothes become.
“You two are soooo slow. I almost fell asleep while you two took your precious time walking around each bush and stone.” She was waiting for us at the bottom of the hill and began showing off.
“Oh my, I am so sorry we made you wait. It might be hard for you to understand girls’ problems~.” I said that and crossed my arms right below the breasts which emphasized them. After Lilith did the same Xera’s face was distorted. I guess she got the point.
Our gifted duet defiled right in front of her and Xera tailed behind us with a defeated expression. With this sorted out we headed towards the town. Right when the town’s walls appeared in our sight, we walked into the end of the queue to enter the town.
The great waiting begins.

@AFP_Writer if by chance Delight managed to make it reach 2000 she'll be practically unstoppable
@Maple If by any chance this relic of the past makes it to 2000 she will be practically anchored at one spot and would not dare even moving in fear of having explosions and fires everywhere.
@AFP_Writer HEY DON'T RUIN MY IMAGINATION! and that's true the Iowa-class is the proof of that and the unlucky ones like the Enterprise (CVN-65) that was scrapped
@Maple Her problem is her reliability. If she had her machinery COMPLETELY replaced then she can sail for another 50 years. But do you know why machinery is never replaced? It is required to dissassemble half the ship.
@AFP_Writer I watched a documentary on making ships (the type was a cargo) and the process was like building a puzzle and they put the equipments first then finish the whole ship(for some reason the notif didn't show)
@Maple Yeah, this is super complex process. You might search for a WoWs ship building videos on YT. They also give some insight.
Also, to improve your mood a bit, Delight has her guns in a perfect condition. She has many spare barrels and thus her only issue is her machinery. Boom boom can be done at any moment.
@AFP_Writer btw will Delight get a Retrofit? also how to stop those ******* PK from attacking newbies cuz the newbies attack us on site as well
@Maple Delight Retrofit is her 1986 mod. The second one I don't get.
@AFP_Writer basically there was Player Killer roaming in our server that targets newbies and the said newbies quit after multiple killings so our server player count drops and some of the new ones that didn't quit attacks everyone on sight
@Maple IDK if that can actually help but you might try to inform other players to hunt the hunter. The PK should be somewhat known so maybe the others will join the crusade.
@AFP_Writer we did and got into a war againt's a enemy clan since the other side thought that we were for a raid we just fled tho but before bombing their hideout the game is RUST btw
@Maple Now it is getting interesting. If the PK was not t*bagged then you should continue the same strat, just try not to draw attention. Sniper rifle strat?
@AFP_Writer Sniper rifle is too hard to find most ranged weapons we had are just some rifles,sub machine guns,hand.guns,bow and those are loud this problem has been around for 5 months
@Maple OMG, if this was there for so long then why nobody else gives attnetion to it? Also, I doubt that the PK will like being hunted with rifles. And if they don't like being hunted then mission success?
I really can't imagine other ways to fight this pest, either create a hell on map for the PK, or just hope the problem gets solved by itself. If there was a way to make the admins ban the pest then it should've been done already...
@AFP_Writer the fact that it reached the admin is just frustrating and the reply was this is a survival game it's kill or be killed and why throw a tantrum when you got killed and robbed? from that they stopped sending messages to the admin since those were right and the PK is a pro and we didn't stand a chance so when you see a weaponless fully armored guy just run
