“Overkill”
After a breakfast I was taken to a weird building where I was given a piece of metal. The others insisted that I don’t throw it away so I had to keep it with me, even though it serves no purpose.
“Alright, guys, I found a nice looking quest with a good reward. It should be enough to cover her food expenses for an entire week!” (PF)
“What’s the catch?” (F)
“The catch is that we will fight underwater. Let’s go buy ourselves some breathing potions, magic lamps and harpoons!” With this we all headed to buy the things required.
The adventurers were picking unknown bottles with colored liquid, then they bought several lamps and harpoons. With this we headed to the north and after several hours of riding in a carriage we arrived to a lake.
“The plan is to divide into two groups. One of the groups will dive and draw the water wyvern’s attention. When the monster becomes agitated the divers will make it surface and the main group will kill it. The main group will remain in a boat until the monster is on the surface. Easy plan.” (PF)
“Where will I be?” I needed to have an understanding of what my actions should be.
“You will be on the surface. Your fire magic will kill the wyvern, I hope.” (LN)
With this we moved out on two boats, one for each group.
In the middle of the lake our boat was shaken and I ended up overboard.
“Oh s*! Somebody, help her!” The others started panicking.
‘Ping… ping… ping…’
I detected something underwater. A submarine?
“Are there any underwater enemies?” I just need to make sure.
“SWIM AWAY! SAVE YOURSELF!”
‘Ping-ping-ping!’
“So…?”
“YES! YES! YES! NOW RUN!” Commencing ASW.
‘Puw-puw-puw’
Depth charges shot.

BUM BUM BUM
An unknown biological form surfaced. The submarine signal disappeared.
‘Just what the hell happened…?’
‘I don’t want to know…’
‘And why the hell were we preparing for so long…?’
Overkill indeed and depth charge against a living thing didn't need a direct hit just the explosion sound is enough to kill them heck it didn't need to be even near anyway
Poor thing didn't even see it coming...

@Maple None of the guys left their boats before the ASW began.
@AFP_Writer I thought there is since somebody said swim away if they're unlucky enough to be underwater when the depth charge exploded the others can see exploding heads and guts

@AFP_Writer I think I know cuz there is a Russian kid in our server and there is one time he asked for some resources and I give since I have a lot then he asked others as well but it escalated HE THEN SPAMS THE GC FOR ALL OF THE GUYS THAT GIVEN HIM STUFF AND WON'T STOP BOTHERING US TO GIVE HIM AND ME WHO SAID I NEED TIME TO GET THE ITEMS FOR ME TO GIVE HIM WON'T STOP SAYING WHEN WILL HE GET THE STUFF AND IS ANNOYING AS HELL!!!!!!!!
@Maple Well, that 'thing' is out of ordinary. Just a stupid kid. Here they are called 'schkolota' which vaguely means 'stupid pupils'. It is used to exactly describe this kind of players. Stupid, demanding and cheeky. And also stupid.
@AFP_Writer well there is also this scenario I was talking in GC with a friend and I promised to help him get the event items to get the bike skin he wants since I'm already done with the event and promised to give him any I will get but this 'thing' popped up and asked if he can have some as well me being a nice player said yes but when I'm done helping my other friend but then he said when can I have it and can I have it all? And he didn't stop bothering me everytime I login and he always ask random people for expensive stuff in game to be given free even tho the guys are asking how to find it but he ask if he can F*CKING HAVE IT FOR FREE
@Maple The exact description of a little moron we all know and love in our games. And also when you say no they really love to start swearing and telling they will find you by IP or that they will kill you, rape your mom and etc.
@AFP_Writer I endured toxic LOL community before losing interest in the game but this kid makes my head boil in anger and in my whole life I only want him to be gone I prefer toxic players instead of annoying leech like him and the kid probably didn't understand english properly and the kid was so dense that he didn't even know he's getting kicked by other players and still continue asking for stuff

@AFP_Writer heh roasting toxic players are my specialty but the kid isn't the aggressive toxic player he's just a leech and if you ignore him he'll go away BTW the moron always got tricked and gets robbed and you know why

@AFP_Writer exactly everytime he gets good items he will look for a trade partner then if they agreed on the terms they will trade but most of the times he gets killed and always cry and says why you kill innocent player in GC just him being in GC makes me angry also he speaks broken english which make it looks like talking to a ret*rded baby

@AFP_Writer me either I stopped playing AL when my phone memory storage reached crit level and considering AL every update is huge but Akashi always benefits in update events
@Maple I am so lucky to have 200 gb of space. There are no updates that can fill that much. Though recently I have some artifacts appearing during the battles.
@AFP_Writer plz tell me what kind of godlike phone is that and let's see if I can afford it I would like to play AL again and also Genshin impact/Honkai impact
@Maple The phone is called BlueStacks installed in my PC. Also I forgot that I actually have 700 gb of space left...

@Maple BlueStacks, it emulates a phone. With some customization you can have a good storage for your AL waifus. And if you try hard you can even fight with ease.
Also, don't be jealous. This computer is like 10 y.o. I already can't wait to replace it.

@Maple IDK, I plan to buy PC with a budget of 1500$ and that is because I have a friend who has some connections and knows what and where to buy. A good phone costs around 1000$. With my salary I would be able to buy something with such prices in 6 months. Considering how your temptations work I'd say that if you want to buy a good phone then save money. Really save them. If you need a PC then I think it is easy to find a machine for 500$, especially if you search on aliexpress. If you don't plan to play ArmA 3 with maximum settings then that much would be enough.
@AFP_Writer I use mainly watching Hololive streams these days and I don't play games too much on PC and I play mainly on my Phone but I will try my best to resist and save up to buy new ones
@Maple The lower your requirements the cheaper the hardware, just saying... My 500$ PC handles most good games (pre 2015). Intel I7 3440, Nvidia GTX 680 that will be more than enough to play AL on the PC.
