I let out a roar that made the rabbits take a step back, at the same time I feel something moving inside me, going to my wounds.
A tingling sensation fills my body covered in wounds as they close and new scales grows on top of the bare skin that were wounds just a moment ago.
[Proficiency points have reached sufficient levels, Extra skill [Regeneration] achieved Lv. 2]
[Proficiency points have reached sufficient levels, Normal skill [Automatic HP Recovery] achieved Lv. 3]
My wounds are totally healed and my stamina restored, but I can feel there’s something low, I’m not actually tired, but I does feel like some kind of exhaustion.
The rabbits, seeing my sudden recovery are a little taken aback.
I use this as an opportunity and dash towards the closest rabbit and kill it with just one bite, swallowing the piece I torn out from its body without chewing.
The death of its friend pulled the rabbits back to reality, as they started jumping towards me again.
The sun is already setting down and the battle is ending, it can’t be called battle anymore, this was a bloodbath.
I finally kill the last rabbit and eat its corpse.
The battle lasted hours and I can’t move anymore, my muscles are so tired they burn, my mind fading.
I just let gravity pulls me to the ground and my eyes closing slowly as I fall asleep.
I wake up with the smell of blood everywhere.
I jump on my feet and scan my surroundings.
Blood and parts of rabbits everywhere.
God. What happened here? The last thing I remember was running from the rabbits and them closing in, everything after that is a blur.
What happened? I really can’t remember a thing. Why do I feel like I’ve done something bad?
I look at the blood and the rabbits.
I-I did this……d-didn’t I?
I take a deep breath.
How could I do something like this? This isn't like me at all!
Wait, I remember hearing something from…..does that voice have a name? I don’t think it does, I’ll call it Announcer. Anyway, I remember hearing something from the Announcer right before I blacked out, something like a skill? I think I need to check my status.

What?
Excuse me, what happened to my status?
Why is my level 9?
I look around.
Oh, so I really did it, and I guess that's why I'm level 9.
My attributes going up is probably result of my level up.
Now, what is this skill here? I’ll need to see with my [Knowledge Library].
[ [Instincts Overdrive] is a racial skill found mainly on Animalia Dragons and other kinds of monsters]
So, it’s skill found on this "Animalia Dragons". I guess I am one? But what Animalia Dragons are?
[Answer: Animalia Dragons is the sub-species of Sapiens Dragons. Animalia Dragons are known by their lack of sentience and driven by their instincts]
[Proficiency points reached sufficient levels, skill [Knowledge Library] reached Lv. 4]
Huh? Animalia Dragons are not sentient? But I am? Maybe some Sapiens Dragons have this skills? Let me ask.
[Answer: [Instincts Overdrive] skill is not obtainable by Dragons that can evolve to any Sapiens Dragon's species]
Wait, I discovered that I'm not a Sapiens Dragon and stuff, but, I still don't know what is the skill, maybe with the level up my [Knowledge Library] got it can say what it is?]
[ [Instincts Overdrive] is a racial skill found mainly on Animalia Dragons and other kinds of monsters. The skill has the effect of increasing the user's natural instincts to the limit, making the user's mind lose all sentience]
……….
I'm out of words.
What do you mean lose all sentience? I'm still sentient, aren't I?
Sincerely, this gave more doubts than answers. But now I know what really happened, this skill took over control and…..well, the titles speak for themselves.
But anyway, should I take a look on them? Let's see
[ [Pest Control] title is given to the ones who managed to eliminate a pest problem]
[ [Tireless Fighter] title is given to the ones who win a battle against 500 or more enemies]
[ [Slaughterer] title is given to the ones who causes a massacre on a battlefield]
Yeah, I figured it would be something like that.
I sigh and stand there, just looking at the rabbit’s corpses.
Sincerely I’m more frightened by the thought I can lose myself with that skill than having killed this amount of rabbits. I mean, If I really lose myself because of the skill, won’t I become a serial killer basically?
I just need to get out of here while I can, if I stay any longer I’ll probably spiral into depression thinking about what happened, I just prefer to not think about it.
And it looks like I won’t need to eat anything for a while, my two SP bars are full, probably I ate some of those rabbits……I’m not proud of it.
I start walking away from the village and from the bloodbath that happened there while forcing myself to not think about it by simply using [Appraisal] on everything I can see, the information flood in my brain kept me from thinking straight, and sincerely this is for the best…..I hope.
I look at the blood and the rabbits.
I-I did this……d-didn't I?
That's entirely on the rabbits. Get your facts straight, silly.
I'm just gonna mentally insert 'draconis' or 'draconia' for scientific 'dragons'. Make it sound a bit more taxonomical.
It was all the rabbits fault. Death to the rabbits
This is starting to become frustrating. His irrational thought process of asking a question, not finding an answer and then immediately giving up is so f*cking stupid. For example him wondering about the pain reduction. He couldn't figure out that he doesn't feel less pain because the skill is level 1 even when the answer was fed to him. If there was an explanation for his idiocy like his mind being affected by being a 0 y.o dragon, i'd be bearable.
It is somewhat explained later.
Basically, the body he's in right now is like watch reality as if it were a movie and that can screw up your mind a little
Ha ha... his cowardice actually demoted him from a sentient species...
If he doesn't get over useless things like killing and eating monster and the blood I'm going to be pissed.
Not to mention now that he has time to think about useless things like his perceived humanity he runs away and uses appraisal to not think.
F***ing wuss!
Sure... the best time is in the middle of battle when you rusk dying...
I don't blame him for not wanting to think about death and he having to kill living creatures. He's from a much peaceful world (a copy of ours) where carnage is not something you see daily
i know the mc is too hung up on his last life and honestly thats how it should be for the first few days if not months, if it were to occur in real life, but u will have to be able to kill from now on if u wanna survive.
food is needed to keep ur body alive and u will learn that humans will not help u on that as they will start to hunt you for fear of you growing into a full fledged dragon that could kill them all easily, or try to enslave you for that exact same reason but this time to use u as a killing machine on the other factions.
So u will be all alone and will need to kill to eat.
As for the class and teachers that were tramsmigrated... they will not imidiatly think u are one of them and will be fearful of u and if they are strong enough even kill u, so for now... it would be best to not go after them... though u dont know about that for now lol.
anyway, this was all i wanna say byebye
It's way worse, humans will go above and beyond to capture or kill a white dragon as one can evolve into any wyvern and if you're lucky a real dragon.
It's worth mentioning that the bodies of white dragons are worth a lot, even just a part of it
@MrLux dang u really gave a lot of importance to that little creature. poor little dragon, will be forever hunted if the airhead doesnt help him out lol
more please
of course
@MrLux yay <3 non human main characters who are not dumb asses
@Selvaria it's quite rare if I may say so
