"It's not that bad, by the looks of it whoever was driving this wagon was caught by surprise, tried to turn to escape and got an arrow in the middle of his head, losing control of the wagon, and… well, you can see how that turned out"

Amity said after she was done inspecting the damage to the wagon. I just wonder how we will… you know, put it back how a wagon was supposed to be.

"I should have enough magicules for a simple strength spell. [Iron Will]"

As she said the name of the spell, a spinning circle with strange symbols appeared around her on the ground for a few seconds before disappearing. 

"That should do it"

Amity then proceeds to grab the side of the wagon, pulling it. Maybe it's easier said than done? Right before starting she looked confident, but now she's struggling to keep a smile on her face as she pulls it back onto the ground.

“Sigh Wow, it was harder than I thought, this curse must be stronger than I anticipated, but it’s done! Well, almost done, but I don’t have enough magicules to finish our preparations, so this will have to do until then”

Zenshin jumps in the wagon and look around. I’m a few steps away from them, because I have no idea if I should or if I can help at all.

“So, Amity, how do you suppose we make this thing go? The last time I checked, we don’t have any cargo monster or the necessary to move it through magic. and if we can’t move it, it’ll be as good as a piece of junk”

“Hehehehe but we do have the necessary to make it move, it’ll only require me to do some convincing on transportation mean”

“What do you mean? unless you have a Minor Wyvern on your pocket, I don’t understand how you think we have the strength to make this move. You are as weak as a human, our little reincarnated future wyvern-like(?) over there is even weaker and.... No, absolutely not”

“C’mon, Zenny, you’re the only one who can do it. Besides, you look awesome when you’re in that form”

Amity is looking at Zenshin with puppy teary eyes, begging him to do whatever she wants him to do. I’m totally lost here, I don’t know what they’re talking about.

“No, I won’t do it. That transformation is for whenever we are attacked, not to be a cargo monster”

“I will give you a Dragonborn paint set”

Zenshin’s ears twitched at the sound of that and his eyes are looking at Amity’s eyes, I can almost see a string of hope behind his curious expression.

“Explain yourself”

“It’s pretty simple. you…”

She pokes Zenshin’s nose.

“When we get home I’ll buy everything from that paint set, brushes, paints, even those super expensive paper screens”

Amity hops in the wagon as Zenshin gets off and goes in front of it, where there’s wood bars, probably for those cargo monster they talked about earlier?

“Sigh Ok, I don’t exactly know the map of the region, I just know the general area”

“Oh, don’t worry, Zenny, mama Amity will guide you to our destination!”

Zenshin just shakes his head and looks forward. suddenly a wave of pressure hits me and I see Zenshin’s body grow as big as a giant wolf, his seven tails grow to 2 meters long. His light blue fur becomes a mixture of dark blue, black and white dots, it feels like I’m looking at a galaxy textured fur. I barely looked at his claw, the one thing I can say about them is...they are BIG. even after the transformation ended, there was some kind of pressure emanating from him.

“Oh, Zenny, did you leveled up since last time? your aura is way stronger than I remember, and it’s not the curse making me feel this weak to it”

“I’ll be honest, I trained and leveled up some skills, that’s why my presence feels bigger, because it somewhat is. Now, let’s go before I change my mind, I can only keep this form for three days straight before needing to rest”

Zenshin grabs the wood bar with his mouth, it feels extremely small with his giant maw and teeth grabbing it, I’m sure he could use it as toothpick. And the size of the wood bar? I would say it’s the size of my former human head, yes, it’s that big and Zenshin is even bigger. if I’m scared? of course I am scared! just the sheer pressure emanating from him makes me feel as small as an ant. I don’t doubt if he sneezes on me I’ll just die on the spot.

It has been a few hours now, the village we were is nowhere to be seen on the horizon. We’re in a small forest right now that according to Amity, “Shouldn’t be overcrowded with monster this time a year”, the explanation is somewhere around this place is the food court of wyverns all year round, except now, because the population of “food” is so low because of the constant hunt, or something like this, I’m mentally tired and I don’t know what to do. She didn’t even finish her sentence, she fell asleep. I look at Zenshin and he keeps going.

Somehow sensing I’m looking at him I feel his voice echoing in my mind.

“It’ll be better if you go to sleep for now, there’s still a long road ahead of us. don’t make me use my [Commanding Voice] on you, so just lay wherever you want and sleep.”

I guess I’ll just do it, then? I am kinda sleepy, I’m not gonna lie. I just laid where I was, that just so happened to be near Amity, and closed my eyes. I just hope tomorrow won’t be so boring like the last part of today was.
