"Cutieee...so fluflyyy….zzzzzzzzz"

Here I am… acting as a pillow for Amity as a rabbit. Yeah, she discovered I can transform into one five days ago, and ever since she wants me to stay on this form, for what you ask? So she can hug me and do what she is doing right now, sleeping with me as a pillow. Is it humiliating? Absolutely. Can I do something about it? No, I mean, I could turn back into a dragon, but it would hurt like hell and she would just use me as a pillow regardless, so yeah, my life now is being a living plushie.

How did she find out, you ask? Well…

It's the second day of our travel. Zenshin is surprisingly fast, I woke up and everything past the wagon was moving fast. I'm sure we were easily at 80km/h, and looking at Zenshin I'm sure this isn't even his top speed, he looks like he’s walking in a park, just how fast is this guy?

Wait, he didn't read my thoughts? I thought he was 24/7 reading my thoughts, I feel a little better knowing I'm not being watched all the time.

Suddenly a roar came from the sky, scaring me to my very bones. I've never heard a roar so animalistic. And yet, somehow, I felt a spark of jealousy inside me.

Amity was up the same second the roar echoed through the air.

“Zeny?” Amity spoke.

“I can’t go faster, this wagon is at its limit, if i try to go any faster it’ll break. I already used magic to dampen the impacts it’s getting by moving this fast. I can’t strengthen it any more” Zenshin’s voice echoed in my mind. and now that he spoke about it, i really didn’t feel any movement, even though the wheels are solid wood.

“Ok, i have enough magicules to one [Mana Bullet], i’ll kill this pest”

Amity aimed her finger at some point in the sky, looking where she was aiming I saw what I can only describe as a dinosaur. no, really, i’m pretty sure that is a pterodactyl. that dinosaur is coming our way and fast, one second ago he was a point in the distance, now he’s almost on top of us.

looking at amity i saw those lines that run through her body move out of her hand and concentrate in a single point in front of her finger. but looking at the distance and speed, it was clear she wouldn’t finish in time before that flying lizard is right on us. and by the looks of it, it’s going for Amity, maw open up and everything.

think. think! What can I do? I need to help in some way.

I cast a last glance towards that dino, and my body moved without me thinking about it. I felt heat run though my lower body and the pain from when i use the [True Mimic] skill. The pain was intense but my body continued.

I jumped towards Amity as that dino closed on us. my front paws hit Amity’s face, caughting her off guard as she began to fall on her side, with me right behind her. if i've done it a moment later her head would be dino food, but i didn’t do it a moment later. Those giant teeth grazed my right left leg.

BANG!

A loud sound of a gunshot entered my ears as I fell on Amity’s chest. The figure of the pterodactyl crashed on the ground a couple meters away from us, and Zenshin avoided it like it was a hole on the ground.

“Hey, little gecko, what was that for...oh. my. Gods. HOW CUUUUUTE!”

It was at that moment I realized my lower body was one of a rabbit.

After that, she made me become a whole rabbit. and now I'm in this situation. The only downside for now is me having to be a plushie pillow for Amity, really.

"We're here" Zenshin spoke inside my mind. I'm getting used to it, I feel I shouldn't but I am and there's nothing I can do about it, it's a little frustrating I'll admit. 

Amity is still sound asleep muttering incomprehensible stuff, it doesn't look like she'll wake up soon.

"..." I swear I saw a vein pop up on Zenshin's head, even though it's covered in fur.

A tail came down from above, slapping Amity's face with force, the sound alone was enough for me to know it must have hurt, causing her to wake up and almost jump out of the wagon.

"Finally awake? Good. As I was saying, we're here, our first stop and the first city in this world for our new little friend. I'll want to hear what you think about it. Truth be told, it might not be much, honestly, but that's…"

"Look, little gecko, that's our new transport method!" Amity cut Zenshin as she pulled me from the floor and put me above her head, pointing to a thing moving in the distance. Wait, that thing, is that a…

"It's a magic cart! It's not as cool as my broom, but since my broom is resting in pieces right now it's the best option we have, really"

I'm pretty sure that's a train. I guess this world is more advanced than I thought. I was going with a medieval European way of thinking, guess I need to throw that out of the window as they clearly have enough technology to build trains and railroads. Thinking about it, it makes sense, they have magic that can bend time. Why wouldn't they have something like a train?

Zenshin stopped near some trees and jumped doing a backflip. His giant body became blurry as if it was dissipating, returning to his small self and landing right in front of us.

"This is the limit I'll pull the wagon, we'll need to continue walking. I don't want people seeing me in battle form, nor do I want them to mistake me for a domesticated monster, nop, don't even think about it, Amity. I'll be expecting a pen made out of dragon fur, slime ink and a full set of silked paper as payment for the transportation" Zenshin spoke looking at no one.

"Do you want me to become poor?!" Amity shouted at Zenshin. As I don't know what any of that is, I can just imagine their price being in the thousands.

Both of them began to walk to the city. I, of course, was being carried around like a bag, even more so now because I'm a rabbit as Amity wants to pet me constantly. I'm not going to lie, it’s a good feeling and I'm a little ashamed of admitting it.

The walk lasted a few minutes before we were by the city’s gate. One look at the thing and I could say it is easily 35 meters high and the walls were about 10 meters higher than the gate. as we were entering the city, a guard came to us.
