After Manic Blade had sneknapped¹I couldn't help it... meme FTW! Rose the adventurer's had split up with some of them escorting the students and teachers back to the Academy while the rest had attempted to immediately track any signs that Manic Blade had left behind. Unfortunately they had been unable to follow the skilled adventurer and subsequent search parties had been unable to find any sign of him.

[I apologize but for now we will register you as a secondary attendant for Rose and considering your circumstances we'd be willing to allow you to attend classes as well.] - Principal Night

[I'm going back into that forest and searching for Rose myself! I know the forest better than any of your teachers and...] - Karen

[At your level you'll only get yourself killed, I'm aware of the fact that you've been inside the forest for a while but the deeper area's of the forest have creature's that you wouldn't stand a chance against.] - Principal Night

Rose's roommate's had attempted to join the search parties as well but they'd been stopped as well and were currently under house arrest to keep them from sneaking out. The only reason Karen was not included in that was that the Academy wasn't sure how to handle the Slime Girl. She'd been called to the Principal's office to figure out how to deal with her which led to the current argument.

[Besides I don't believe that Rose is in any actual danger, our best option is to continue searching the forest while preparing for the tournament in 5 months. We don't normally allow first year students to participate in the tournament but with approval from a teacher it is technically allowed.] - Principal Night

Motioning towards the door as a black haired woman with fluffy ears entered. Karen thought about continuing to argue but the look on the Principals face was telling her it wouldn't make the situation any better. With one last look of derision on her slimy face she allowed Margaret to guide her out.
