Zhao Yu and Gu Yan's bodies became rigid the next moment, being quickly noticed by Ling Tian.

"Yu'er! Yan'er! What's wrong? Are you two fine?"

Ling Tian frowned as he noticed their expressions. It was as if they didn't want to answer what Ling Tian had asked them.

"We used the space-time technique that you had encountered on one of the worlds when you were traveling alone, Master." Zhao Yu didn't let Ling Tian wait long and answered with a look somewhat full of sorrow. Gu Yan also nodded beside her with some guilt.

They all remembered that Ling Tian had told them that they should never use that technique when they found it in his small pocket world, since it was incomplete and the result could be unfavorable for whoever used it. Moreover, it required large amounts of energy and power to carry it out, as well as a stable and safe environment both at the starting place and at the place on the other side.

Ling Tian was not very surprised by this result, as he had thought something like this was. There were not many ways to be able to leave the Immortal realm and descend to a lower plane. But despite this, Ling Tian's gaze couldn't help but become somewhat gloomy and angry. These women could have died in the process!

Gu Yan was a little more sensitive than Zhao Yu, so Ling Tian was used to this, although it had been a very long time since any situation like this had happened. It just seemed so strange to Ling Tian that these girls would let themselves go and behave for a long time like little girls...

Perhaps it was because of what they had been through, which led them both to let themselves be more sensitive than before.

Zhao Yu pouted a little when she saw Ling Tian's action on Gu Yan, especially when Ling Tian withdrew his hand over her own head.
