Chapter 324

Somewhere in Russia.

The whole place was covered with fog and no sound could be heard. It was the silence that makes people deaf. This was the place where Ivan Smirnov was laying, his hideout, based on the intel they gathered and Miriam's Clairvoyance.

While the fog was covering the place, people slowly appeared one by one. They were called because of one thing, to stop this farce called war. What Ivan did was too much for the whole of humanity to accept.

Some people tried to speak about the war, some said that everything was manipulated by one person. However, the Russian spoke that it was all nonsense, what they wanted was revenge and they won't accept the people who badmouth their reasons. They lost their loved ones and no one could deny that fact.

So instead of using the democratic way to end the war, a certain group decided that they had to end this by killing the hidden boss, which is Ivan Smirnov, the necromancer. That asshole has to die…

"Eh? So you're here too?"

Kim Soo-Woon was surprised to see Jake Raynold, the man who was always in the Dungeon and who was always absent whenever this kind of stuff happen.

"I don't want to be called a coward. Damn those stupid people, they didn't know that I'm not hiding, I was really absent the whole time because I was killing monsters in the Dungeon."

Jake mumbled his heavy words. To prove the point that he was not a coward, he immediately agreed to Kyle's proposition. He wanted to show his true power.

"By the way, the last time I saw you, you're not that kind of strong. What did you do?"

Jake asked as he felt the unlimited power inside Kim Soo-Woon. Kim Soo-Woon opened his cigarette and shook his head.

"You wouldn't get it."

Just like the meme.

"This asshole…!"

He hissed, he wanted to teach this Korean bastard a lesson but someone stopped him. He turned around and realized that Ai Biyu was there.

"Stop this."

She said seriously, Ai Buyi was still hot and fiery but the eye bags under her eyes were clearly shown. She was part of the Hunters who were fighting the undead and Russian. Her Guild was quite affected by the war. Ai Biyu killed thousands of people and she burned her fellow countrymen when they turned undead. Ai Biyu felt like her occupation as a Hunter was tarnished by this war. Especially when the purpose of this war was to power up the necromancer Ivan.

She was the angriest of all of them. Jake grimaced at her and clicked his tongue. He lost his interest to beat Kim Soo-Woon, he was not that stupid to cause a ruckus while on the mission.

Janna, the fourth member, appeared in the mist. She was the one who created this fog to lower their visibility and to reach Ivan's hideout without getting seen.

Janna glanced at Ai Biyu but she didn't talk. Instead, she sighed and further gathered the mist around them. The last time they see each other was when the Bone Dragon attacked Africa. Janna was with the deceased Francisco to blind the Dragon at that time.

Then, another person showed up, he was contacted by Kyle too. Lee Hal-Sung walked in with dozens of swords revolving around him like a certain Xianxia character. Kim Soo-Woon whistled and gave him a high-five but Lee Hal-Sung just shook his head.

"You disappeared for years, I thought you were dead. If you're going to die, you should have given me the Untraceable Cloak of yours."

Lee Hal-Sung said. The Untraceable Cloak was the Item that kept Kim Soo-Woon not being seen by Miriam's Clairvoyance. It was the Item that made him invisible in the eyes of the people, it was weaker than Niña's Skill but it was enough to dodge the other Hunters.

"No, I think he will give it to me. Hey, how much is that Item? I will buy it three times the price."

Jake replied but Kim Soo-Woon didn't answer any of what they said. He didn't have any intention of selling the Item, it was rare.

"Y'all, I think you should focus on the incoming enemies. It seems that Ivan detected our presence."

Janna announced as she felt multiple enemies entering the fog. It was good that Russia was a cold country, she had a lot of ways to turn the ice into a mist.

"Okay, time to do my job, time to shine!!"

Jake Raynold stepped up, in all of the Hunters, Jake Raynold had the most simple and powerful Skill. He wasn't damaged by anything, that was it.

[Jake Raynold.]

[Level 883]

[Skill]

[Invulnerability: immune to any/all forms of physical damage and harm regardless of its type or level of power, unable to feel physical pain, and is immune to bleeding or loss of limb.]

At first, Jake's Skill was called Tough Defense but because of constant leveling and being the highest Hunter, his Skill evolved into a concept that no one could fathom. This was all because of Jake's thirst for power.

He was indestructible and his strength was tremendous. His Skill didn't focus on offense, but because of his level of being the highest, his strength became on far with the other prominent Hunters. In a way, he was on far with Mikael and Oliver in terms of strength because of his constant leveling. Although that concept would be broken once Mikael came out of the Hidden Dungeon.

Jake faced the undead who rushed to them, he smirked and killed them one by one. He didn't care if the enemies attacked him, because he was never going to be hurt. Instead, the undead lost their teeth as they continued biting Jake who was swinging his fists.

As for the others, they continued to enter the hideout. This mission needs cooperation because Ivan had a way to escape. He could swap places with his undead, that's why Miriam and her team were on constant checking.

Their faces when they entered the place frowned because of the sickening smell of death lingering. Ivan's hideout was a wide cemetery in the middle of nowhere. Truly befitting for a person who governs death.
