Rose walked up to the witness stand, her eyes red as if she had been crying

She glared at David with palpable hatred in her eyes

David was shocked. Why did she change so much? Is this why she's been avoiding his calls?

"State your name" the prosecutor said

"I am Rose Parker Dempsey-Jackman. I am the wife of Eugene Jackman, one of the murderer..." she said

"Objection your honor" Serene said

"Please refrain from using words like murderer. Please say the accused" the new judge said

"I am the wife of Eugene Jackman, one of the accused's victims" Rose said

"Do you know the accused?" the prosecutor asked

"Yes. I've met him before in college" she answered

"Did anything happen between you two in college?" the prosecutor asked

"No. We didn't have a relationship. He was one year my senior and a well respected talent" she answered

"Then what happened?" he asked

"One day, I was invited over to see his process of his latest artwork. When I entered his apartment, he was nude, and he.. he...tried to rape me.." she started crying

"What..." David sat, stunned. How could this happen?

"After which he was expelled from the prestigious college" the prosecutor said holding up documents of David's expulsion

"Are you ok Mrs Jackman? Can you continue?" the prosecutor asked her gently

"Yes... I'll go on" she said

"Then what happened next? When did you meet again?" the prosecutor asked

"I didn't see him for a few years, but a few months ago, Eugene invited me out for lunch, and introduced me to David as his best friend from college!" she said

"Did you recognize him? And did he recognize you?" the prosecutor asked

"I knew him right away! But he didn't recognize me at all" she said

"Then what happened?" the prosecutor asked

"Nothing. Until the day that my husband disappeared. I had known that Eugene was spending more time with his old best friend, so I called David to ask if he's seen Eugene. But he said he haven't" she answered

"And then?" the prosecutor asked her

"On that night, he came over to comfort me. And that night... he raped me" she said and started crying again. 

The crowd started murmering 

"Silence! Order in the court" the judge yelled, banging his gavel

"How did you find out that Eugene was killed by him?" the prosecutor asked

"He kept asking me to come over to his workshop, and finally I did. He showed me a naked skinned man fucking a skinned woman, saying that that is Eugene, and he would do the same to me if I don't obey him" she said

The crowd started making noise again. 

"Order! Order! Order in the court" the gavel pounded

"You seemed to continuously go over to his workshop. A Detective Howie, another missing person, had files on your visits. Did you have a relationship with the accused?" the prosecutor asked

"Never! He's the murderer of my husband! How can I betray Eugene like that?" she cried

"They why didn't you report him? Why did you keep going over, most likely to be raped again, over and over?" he asked

Rose whimpered silently. 

"I was afraid. I wasn't afraid for my own life. But you see, I was pregnant with Eugene's child. I would do anything for the safety of my child, even having sex with this murde... I mean the accused" she said

The court was silent. You could hear a pin drop. David's heart dropped to the floor at this moment. 

"When... when I lost my baby... I decided enough was enough. I would hang this motherfucker" she said with pure hatred in her eyes. 

The prosecutor let the silence hang in the air. 

"You say that he admitted which one was Eugene. What about the rest?" the prosecutor asked

"I wasn't there all the time. But he personally identified and showed me the bodies of Megan Clarkson, Sumi Lee, her 3 lovers, I can't remember the rest" she said, looking exhausted as if a huge load was lifted off her back

"No more questions. The witness is yours" the prosecutor said to Serene

Serene stood up and walked to the witness. 

"Mrs Jackman. Among the victims are Brandi Bigalow and Elizabeth Northington, are they not?" Serene asked

"Yes" Rose answered

"And they are among your social group, aren't they?" Serene asked again. 

"Yes" Rose replied

"It is known within your circle of friends that you have a beef with these two, isn't that true?" Serene attacked

"All friends have disagreements... but" Rose answered

"Dis Brandi not exposed your breasts at the Gala dinner, and nearly got a stripper to have sex with you?" Serene asked

"Ye..yes but.." Rose answered

"And did Elizabeth not get Eugene's parents to sue you for Eugene's property" Serene asked

"Yes.. but

"And did Elizabeth not spread her thought about you killing Eugene?" Serene attacked, going for the kill

"But that doesn't mean I killed them! The accused was obsessed with me, maybe he decided to kill them on his own accord" Rose yelled

"Maybe. But it looks clearly that it is YOU who have been taking advantage of my poor autistic client. Like the Baggio Family, you found a convenient scapegoat and someone to get rid of the dead bodies, didn't you?

You have been selling David's body artwork through your gallery. I am sure they were made to order. How is that possible? Only if you kill people in order to fill the order. David was only the artist doing the work. YOU'RE the mastermind" Serene pointed at her.

"A search of your house will no doubt turn up multiple pieces of art made by David. I'm done with the witness" Serene said and walked away. 

David looked at Serene in awe. 

"You...you're awesome" David said as Serene sat next to him

"I don't only pull dicks you know" she said 

"Now mistress says, don't forget your commitment" her face turned serious. 

Although the case was still very messy, there was no concrete proof that David killed anyone, only preserved them. 

He was released from all charges and investigations were started against the Baggio family and Rose herself. 

Although all his exhibits were admittedly the bodies of the victims, but because there was no DNA evidence, they couldn't find out which was which. And as there were clearly some bodies who were donated, the whole exhibit was in limbo

The bodies could not be returned to David, because there is a law where a person cannot benefit from his crimes. So they were sold at auction. 

A rich buyer bought all the exhibition pieces. 

As for his cryonics firm, it closed down because it was proven in court, he was a fraud

The only business he was allowed to keep was his nearly non functioning sex doll factory.
