Dyne and Arya began their swift run across the entire area. Through Jedo, he managed to create a strange ability naturally created by one Legaia accessory.

“What a cheat.” Strafe sighed. The item normally wouldn’t be a cheat item. But because of the other abilities of the accessories that Dyne had, this item became a cheat.

Jedo was creating dark energy that caused nearby monsters to sense death, and some of the creatures would seek out this death energy believing that a nearby creature was close to dying. This premonition drew out many of the hiding creatures and made them search or head towards Dyne's location.

In Legend of Legaia, this accessory was perhaps one of the most unused and ignored. Unless a player was grinding or was trying to capture a certain Seru, this accessory wouldn't be worn. And

“Bad Luck Bell. This thing is normally useless. But you’re using it to fast travel!” Strafe cursed as he saw Dyne use this ability in partnership with the Chicken King.

Dyne and Arya moved with incredible speed. The usage of Dyne also improved as Dyne was able to use more Time/Space magic which was one of the many things that the Chicken King had. Their movements were twice as fast, and it was as if the obstacles before them would move.

Dyne had a massive increase in his stats since Jedo finally awoke a Ra-Seru and officially had a dual element, allowing him to give more and more of the soul force to Dyne.

As Dyne moved, he couldn’t help but ask Jedo to bring up his stats. Dyne took a quick look at his stats to bask in its glory.

Dyne watched and delighted in his new stats. He had increased two levels when he gathered the dark energy and aided Jedo in harnessing the Darkness and Time/Space elements. As a result, Jedo’s added soul force also increased as well.

“I should have the powers to match a level 1 Martial Formation cultivator now! And Jedo should be above average among Ra-Serus… This is great! Once I get to Legaia, I’ll start hoarding all those Serus! Vera! Gimard! Theeder! Nighto! Gizam! Zenior! Who knows? I might even go for that young Koru in the forest! And there’s that Holy Zenior! I can’t wait! I can’t wait!” Dyne laughed as they ran.

“But you already have a Gimard!”

“What about two Gimards? Besides… If I can catch some of those Serus and bring them here, it will strengthen my current team! With Jedo’s power, I can store these Serus and bring them here! Since there’s no Mist here, my team can assimilate with those Serus and fight!” Dyne kept monologuing about his plans. This was the reason why he had to rush into Legaia.

Dyne couldn’t explain what specific benefits he could give. But if Dyne succeeds in moving inside Legaia and can come out with a few Serus, it could greatly change the tide of the battle.

The priest that followed Chrone would improve with Veras. Ishreth and Zehir could do well with serus that could inflict area damage like the Gizams, Theeders, or Zenoirs.

The rest among Leoric’s men and soldiers could do well with any Serus. And Dyne predicted that a Leoric with Nighto’s would do strangely well. His enchanting power to draw soul by adding Hell’s Music would be great.

And then there were his allies. Lachdagonan and Emera were already spirits. Who knows what they could do if they see these Serus? What if they devoured serus? Ussylyss and Arya would also improve even with Vera.

“Too bad there are only ten Ra-Serus in Legaia. Since Vahn, Gala and Noa will get their original Ra-Serus and I have Jedo, there are only a few Ra-Seru’s left. Biron should go to Tetsu, and Rena should probably have Horn.”

“You’re thinking way ahead… Calm down, nerd.” Strafe frowned.

But even with Strafe’s insults, the maddened and daydreaming gamer continued to think of the possibilities.

Arya watched at the side and only smiled at the maddened laugh of her master. She had already seen his madness and grew to like it.

“Arya’s watching.” Strafe reminded.

Dyne couldn’t help but turn to Arya in embarrassment and notice her cute smile.

“Erm… Sorry about that. Anyway, another monster is near. I’ll hit it, and let’s run again!” Dyne smiled.

“Do not be embarrassed, Lord Dyne. Powerful people like you have the right to be rather eccentric. Even those ladies, Amorien and Ishreth, seem to find your eccentric acts quite cute.” Arya giggled.

“They-They said that?” Dyne asked as he blushed.

“Yes. They’ve been arguing about who will marry you, too. I’m quite jealous, to be honest. Emera would tease them, saying he already made a vow to be with you forever, which is practically like marriage.” Arya chuckled.

Dyne couldn’t help but blush, and his ears turned red.

“Wha… what about you?” Dyne dared to ask. He could feel his heart beating, but with such daring words from those women, Dyne was worried that he would lose his chance with Arya, who looked so much like his crush.

“Me? Lord Dyne. I already am your shadow and vowed to live for you. So I think I’m ahead of Emera by a bit.” She chuckled.

Dyne was doing his best to maintain the effects of the Chicken King.

Strafe and Jedo were rolling their eyes.

“A cultivation genius like this… and he really has a weak spot for girls…” Strafe cursed.

But then… He realized it.

His head froze, and he dared not utter it. But Dyne actually sent his consciousness inside Jedo’s soul space to scream.

“CRAP! RENA! I FORGOT!” Dyne cursed inside and went back to his body as he continued to run as if nothing had happened.

Jedo was startled at their sudden cry of Dyne.

“Ma-Master Dyne? What happened?!”

“The game! I have three girls who like me now! That will make it harder to make Rena fall for me!”

“Wow. From a guy who can’t get one girl, it’s really quite bold of you to assume that they like you. Don’t mess this up, kid. In your current scenario, it’s possible that you’d end up losing all of them since the rivalry is intense. Besides, you are still ten years old! Would these girls settle with someone so young? You are also gathering more powerful cultivators together. What if these cultivators had their eye on your girls? Your girls could still end up with these other characters! Ardnula and Ussylyss could make a move!”

Dyne’s expression turned to horror.

"You... you really think that's possible?!"

"You have a history of having bad luck with women. I won't be surprised that Basileous Basileon destined you with this. However, there is a price to becoming a madly obsessed gamer like yourself. And that is virginity.

“At least this genius is rather insecure about his love life.” Strafe secretly sent a message to Jedo.

“Indeed, Lord Tieg. We can use this as a means to get back at him. He already has quite an envious start at ten years old. He has four girls! A part of me cannot accept if he continues in this!”

“We have to manipulate him into being more scared and paranoid.”

“Right. He already is such a genius. He cannot succeed in his love life!”

“It seems we have an accord, Jedo. Let’s do our best to make this kid have an unlucky love life!” Strafe vowed. Somewhere in Strafe’s soul, the poison spirit was agreeing to the plot being made.

Dyne kept thinking of a reason to explain to Rena how he had a beautiful ninja serving him. And he also didn’t want to make it look like he wasn’t happy or proud of Arya if he talked to Rena.

“Damn it! No matter what, I would receive negative feedback from the other!” Dyne sent his consciousness in again to curse.

“Normally, cultivators look for women one at a time. I mean, normally, that’s the cliché in most harem novels. So it’s your fault you found all five at once.” Strafe laughed.

Dyne kept grumbling, and even Arya noticed the change of emotions and expressions on Dyne's face.

Somewhere in the forest…

“Dad! Now!” Rena shouted as she kept shooting magic missiles.

Lucas ran from the back and jumped at Kong ape from behind.

He slashed the large sword down and wounded the neck of the Kong Ape.

After the ambush, the Kong Ape fell to the ground bleeding, and Trina rushed in and stabbed a long spear at the Kong Ape’s head.

The Kong Ape finally fell.

“Good! We killed three!” Rena cheered.

The father smiled. This was quite an improvement.

“I’ve improved so much that I think I can already fight a Kong Ape one on one!”

“I think so too, dad! Your skills and attacks have improved so much! Not many in the village can match you now!”

“And it’s all thanks to Gyoro and Ururun!”

Behind them were the dead bodies of several Kong Apes.

Gyoro and Ururun had grown longer and were nearly one meter long. The two stood over the dead Kong Apes. Between their munches and bites, the heads turned to Lucas and gave a cheerful cry.

Suddenly, the heads turned in another direction. Both heads looked with a confused expression at first, and then they cheered and raced forward.

“Gyoro! Ururun!” Trina cried.

“It’s little brother Dyne! He’s back!” Rena cheered.
