Without knowing the time that has elapsed since the unknown superior being answered my last question, it could be seconds or hours, it was difficult to make sense of the time in a state in which only my mind worked. Unique skills? I mean there cannot be two user of the same unique skill or what? Can I guess why is it called 'Unique Skill'?

Ultimate skills? Going by the name it is something like the big boss or a superior model of a 'Unique Skill'.
[ Ultimate Skills are the pinnacle of certain skills. There are many ways to obtain an Ultimate skill but each one of them is upon itself an extreme breath taking challenge. ]
Pinnacle? Many ways to obtain but each are too extreme for a living being. Makes sense if it was only hard then the power balance would have been broken.
[ Ultimate Skills could only be countered by another Ultimate Skill . Ultimate skills allows the user to exceed the power limits of mere bodies and grants the user the power to manipulate laws of nature. ]

[ Master points are a special currency which are only available to World System users. It can be to buy anything from the World System Shop or to travel to another and alter it's rule. ]
I can buy anything with Master Points through the World System Shop! Anything! Any items from animes and Light Novels and every Characters! And even go to other world with Master Points.
[ Yes, Master it is certainly possible to buy anything though the prices sometimes are absurd. ]
