You seem to have Elemental Affinity I listed twice consecutively, which I presume was supposed to be 1 and 2, and then Regeneration III twice (both before and after Regeneration I), presumably meant to be 1 and 3.
It's meant to be said twice or lv up out of order has he was gaining the skills for bouth status screens in order he gain them or increased them depending on the body.
I answered Chouzen the same thing earlier but I guess he deleted his comment

Still doesnt completely explain how regen 3 appeared twice without regen 2 ever appearing and regen 1 only once, if supposedly the skills only started applying after his first kill.

There is a large gap from the fight until him checking the status.
The "Pleasure Dungeon" was the thing that only started applying now since the first kill was with a Dungeon Monster, not something from this world.
Not saying everything is perfect. The gap between the fight and him checking the Status, plus the change in rules made by the MC over the novel makes the system in the starting chapters quite confusing when paired with the then Useless Gloria.
It was not supposed to be comprehensive until he makes the changes to make things less mechanical, just like the Wandering Gaze.

@DarkGodEM Although this makes sense in retrospect, I also came to comment this, and I think you should lampshade it in the story to make it clear that it's intentional, for example with the MC going "huh?" after the doubled level.
