“Shisu,” Gu Ge Bon asked in displeasure “when are we going to get there, we have been walking to this damn town for 3 days and we still aren’t there”.
“We will get there when we get there, if it wasn’t for your stupid decision we would already be there” Shisu replied casually.
“How the hell was I supposed to know that there were living mountains there,?” Gu Ge Bon thought to himself.
After a while, the sloshing sound of the mounts that the bandits used to climb down the mountain was the only thing that could be heard, the sound of insects rubbing their wings together, the song that the birds made ceased, and even the trees stopped creaking with the wind.
At first, this sound was peaceful and calming, but after more of this silence the bandit's nerves started breaking like and they started to feel like an animal about to be pounced on, scared and cornered.
“Are you all a bunch of children, you didn’t even get this scared back at the pass, so you're all scared because of some silence” Gu Ge Bon yelled at the bandits even though his nerves were slowly breaking.
After 30 minutes passed the group of bandits finally could see the tree line and they all let out a sigh of relief.
“Ok, we should see it after we go a mile northeast, so before we go to the town we will rest here for 2 hours” Gu Ge Bon explained to the exhausted bandits

“Can we beat them?” Yang Chen asked with a cold sweat forming on his back

“Am I supposed to know what that means?” Yang Chen thought to himself before asking “what does stage 1-1 mean”

“Anyway, back to the situation at hand have all 203 artillery bombard them when they are in sight of the town then send 400 high-grade combat robots to kill the survivors” Yang Chen only said this after careful thought as there was only so much someone could do off of a few strategy books

“Alright it's been 2 hours get the hell up and start making your way to the town” Gu Ge Bon
After 5 minutes they finally got to a hill right before the town
“Alrighty boys let's speed up the plan, and get us a town, I don't think any of us would like to go back to that frozen peak,” Shisu said only to hype up the men
“Let's go” most of the men loudly cheered
By now Gu Ge Bon hairs were standing up straight, after two decades of fighting he understood what this meant
“Everyone stop” Gu Ge Bon ordered while holding his hand up
“What’s wrong, getting cold feet,” Shisu said to try and piss off Gu Ge Bon
“Something is wrong” Gu Ge Bon seriously said completely ignoring what Shisu said
noticing this Shisu immediately grabbed his almost 2-meter long scythe and looked around for any danger after a full minute of this even the stupidest person there could see that there was something wrong so they all got careful
After another full minute on nothing, a few of the bandits started looking at Gu Ge Bon with confusion as nothing was happening
