A/N: This... I thought of having this be another chapter altogether, but I guess my other, younger mind of a few months decided against it! Now, let's first address the elephant in the room... >.>;;   Sooooooo... I know many of you might be mad that I didn't upload in almost 3 months... and my excuse reasoning is that I was lazy up to a lot of different things and relaxing! Yeah, that's right! Nothing off there! The reason I'm writing again is that I've just seen my translations' views and stuff go up by huge margins, but this has been here, all lonely. I want to bring this back, so here we go! *Again, the updating time is indefinite and not resistant to change*

Chapter Fifteen the Second Part:

As I was awaking, I felt myself being shaken by something outside. Was it the carriage or something? Wait, I can feel hands gripping my shoulder, so it must be a person who is shaking me. I wish they'd just stop... so I didn't open my eyes. Looking back on it, that was quite a bad thing to do, considering that the person who was shaking me awake could have possibly been a harmful bandit or another robber, but eh, the wonders of sleep, I guess...

For some reason, the person shaking me just wouldn't stop. That idiot... doesn't that person know that a growing boy needs his rest?! Sleep is an important thing for our bodies! Yet the buffoon's trying to wake me up! This is a crime! .... well, it really isn't, but still...

Finally, not being able to stand the shaking any longer, I opened my eyes, and what greeted me was the eyes of an old, wrinkly man who had grey tufts of hair and a long beard. Wait, but wasn't I on this trip with... Feeh?

"Who're you?" I asked that stranger who was shaking me.

Looking at me who opened my eyes, the old man shot a glare towards me. "Just because I told you you could sleep, you think sleeping THIS long is going to help? Next time, I will have to make you drive this thing," he grumbled.

I was a bit confused. What was this old man saying to me? More importantly, the dude hadn't even answered my first question yet.

"Right now," I started, "could you first tell me who you are? Then, let me recollect a few of my memories and I'll talk."

The grey-haired old man looked a bit questioning, but then, as if gaining enlightenment, his eyes brightened up a bit.

"Oh, of course. In this form, you really wouldn't recognize me. Well, I am Feeh... your... guardian. Remember what we discussed a few days back before getting on this trip?" the old man asked.

"Can't say I do. My head's still a bit fuzzy," I responded back.

"Haha, my boy, you just need a bit more time to recollect your memories, especially after having merged a little bit with that extraterrestrial thing..."

Oh, that's right. I seem to have had a bit of a personality change a few days ago. Hmm... let's try getting my thoughts focused on it. It could help me think more about my memories.

*******

I had just finished a duel with Feeh and then he'd declared that we were going to the Institute of Magic after I'd questioned him. I seem to have been terribly rude at that time...

I had to go get the people in the barn and tell them we were going to be moving. Perhaps because I was  'controlled' by that thing that took control of me, I didn't particularly listen to Feeh's instructions and just became a bit selfish and first went to pack some of my things. I still can't remember exactly what I packed because of my fuzzy memories.

As I went up to my room upstairs in our home, I had heard Feeh talk to me through wind magic.

"Hey, Cadmar, he said through the wind,"we're changing plans. You don't need to go get the others. I'll talk to them and then after we get to the town where the institute's located, I'll open a teleportation formation to this house! So, just pack your things and come out here!"

I replied to him, also through wind magic,"Alright. I'm coming down. I've already packed my things."

Ah, I didn't even ask if Feeh had packed his bags...

When I came down with my items in a bag, I was met with the sight of Feeh who was old and wrinkly and a caravan that had appeared suddenly.

Upon closer look, the caravan was made of wood. However, I wondered, how the heck did Feeh think we were getting to the institute through this forest, which housed our home which was in the center of the forest, nonetheless, without any mounts?

Seeing me appear, Feeh looked up at me, frowned a little bit and told me,"Eh... I still find that very neutral expression of yours unsettling... you're usually always so cheerful... anyway, I'm in this form because I am supposed to have been old like this out in human society. Hmm? You are still raising one of your eyebrows with the neutral expression... something wrong?"

I answered ,"Now, explain why there are no mounts for that wooden caravan. You aren't taking anyone with us so how's it going to move?"

Feeh looked a bit puzzled and then nodded with an understanding expression.

"Ah, I forgot to explain! So, you know how I'm going to teach you Magic Engravings? This is a sub-division of Magic Engravings! This is a carriage created by using the skills learned in Golem Crafting! Basically, Golems are things you can create and have them do stuff for you as long as you tell them what to do," explained Feeh.

"Go into more detail."

"Fine... basically, I crafted this carriage using Earth Magic. Though it looks like it's made from wood, it is in fact not. It's made from dirt that I gathered up from the ground and turned into the shape of a carriage!"

"This doesn't look like a carriage. It looks like a run-down wagon... I've been calling it a caravan for so long because I didn't know if it could be considered a wagon."

"Eh?!"

"So, go into even more detail about this 'carriage'."

".... so, this, um, vehicle, was shaped using Earth Magic and Dirt, and I engraved some magic runes on it to turn it into a golem. Because I made the wheels into golems too, as long as someone tells it which direction to go in, the vehicle will move by itself, with no need of mounts!"

"But won't a self-moving wagon look like a Demon Carriage to others? We might get mistaken as undead and our corpses could be turned into materials for some Necromancers, you know?"

Feeh looked up at me. Then he looked at the ground. Then at the sky. "Be calm," he whispered to himself,"don't get weirded out... deep breathes... iiiin.... oooout...."

I had watched this show unfold with the same expression I had earlier – a neutral one.

"First of all, Cadmar," Feeh said,"please show some human emotions when you're talking about our bodie being turned into materials.... you look creepy saying that with no expression on your face... and also, second, who said we're going near a human settlement? We are going to a special home I've had for quite a long time that i haven't always used. When going there, all we need to be weary about is travellers. No one who is living in the house cares about undead!"

"Oh? Alright."

"So, anymore questions, boy?" Feeh asked me to be sure.

"No. Now, l will just be fainting. Please catch me."

With that, I fainted.

*****

"Oi, Cadmar!" i heard Feeh yelling.

I almost jumped out of the bench in the vehicle I was sitting on, realizing that I'd been thinking about some extra things. Deciding I would ask Feeh about this Golem later, I just focused my sight forward.

Abruptly, the Golem stopped when Feeh said to it,"Golem: Stop."

"Ummm... why did we stop at this clearing, Feeh?" I asked.

We had stopped at a clearing in the forest. There were lush, green grass growing around it, and it seemed like the cleariing was a bit large, being a bit less than 3 miles in length on all sides... a perfecf square.

I got this estimate by spreading my Mana and then sensing everything that it touched.

"Hmmm? Oh, I'm just stopping here because I need to meet an old acquaintence! Haha!" laughed a questionable Feeh.

"But there isn't any sign of life anywhere within this clearing, though..." I said.

"That's where you're wrong, Cadmar,"Feeh said. "You must unveil reality itself to find the truest answers!"

"Eh? What do you mean by tha–"

My question was cut off as Feeh pointed a finger towards the seemingly empty clearing and a beam of harm-less looking light sped out of it.

I watched as that yellow beam of light went towards the middle of the clearing and then.... self-destructed.

As that happened, I saw that sparks flew out from site of the explosion, and could faintly see an area around the clearing shimmering and then starting to convulse.

Suddenly, a big sound erupted inside a circle of land at the middle of the greenery, and then it... just shattered.

Now, where it was originally just a piece of lush, greenery-filled land, a HUGE manor appeared.

"Ummm... what just happened, Feeh?" I asked.

"Don't worry! Come one, Cadmar!" Replied Feeh as he pulled me towards the manor.

At the front of it, there was a garden, separated into 2 squares with a path in the middle, leading up to some small steps that one needed to take to be able to knock on the big, doors that were mainly black, but had some gold paint around the frame, matching the color scheme of the blue-colored manor. There was a lion-shaped, gold-colored door knocker at the middle of the door along with a gold door knob.

They were too high up for me to reach...

As Feeh took me up, over the stairs, I heard... nothing at all from inside of the manor. Feeh knocked on the door and we waited.

"Feeh," I started,"who's manor is this?"

"One of my acquaintances!" he replied cheerfully.

Come to think of it... why's Feeh so cheerful right now?

As I was thinking that thought, the large doors opened and I was blasted by the music from the inside of the previously quiet manor, as well as greeted by the sight of humans, undead, dragons, and demi-humans dancing to the fast-tuned, hip hop beat...

That was the very first time I entered the Demon King Eloza's manor.

AN: so, a cliffy~ yay~  anyway, I thank the people who spammed my profile. And... I am thinking if renaming the MC, cuz it's awkward now that I am known as Cadmar... please give me new name ideas in the comments!
