Finally, I was born.

 

It has been a few hours since I was born. I skipped over the moment I was born due to the graphic details.

 

Here’s what I’ve learned so far.

 I have white-hair. Which, honestly is quite strange? My father's hair is black while my mothers is a golden-blond type color. Maybe because I am a Celestial? No clue. Anyway, I can't say for sure, but I think I'll be quite beautiful in the future? Well, I really don't want to use the System the Gods gave me access to for checking the standards of beauty in this world... So let's find out naturally in the future.

 

Moving on...

I have 3 family members.

 

My father’s name is Arnold. He is one of twelve S-rank adventurers, who are as expected from fantasy novels. They do all sorts of jobs but mainly focus on dealing with monsters. I hate to say this about my father… but he is a complete ikemen¹Ikemen refers to a very beautiful man - it is a word that originates from Japan.. 

 

My mothers' name is Fianna. Like my father, she is one of twelve S-rank adventurers. They met a long time ago and are now collectively known as an adventurer party called ‘Armodium’. Although, they have been retired for around 7-years due to wanting to take care of me and my sister.

 

That’s right. I have an older sister - her name is Rylla. She is 4 years older than me. I don’t know what to really say about her since she has been out most of the time doing errands for our parents.

Ever since I was born the basic info regarding my skills and this world was imprinted into my … brain? Soul? I don’t even know… I should ask the gods next time I talk with them.

Apparently, this is true for everyone - but if they say status in their mind, their status opens, viewable only to them. However, if “Status” is said out loud, the status is viewable to everyone present.

 

Hmm, so according to the info imprinted into me... I can use the Eye of Knowledge combined with the Eye of Appraisal to view my own skills information and learn more about them. To do it… Seems like I just have to focus on the skill.

[Divine Blessing of the Moon] - The divine blessing granted by the goddess of the moon - Lunaria²Refer to the previous chapter for name explanation..

Effects:

• Grants skill [Stellar Magic]
• Makes it easier to level-up during the night - normally skill [Lunar Growth] is granted. But because you are the child of Lunaria, the skill [Lunar Child Growth] is granted.

 

Oh, it worked!

I see. So her blessing gives me access to some type of magic and makes my leveling faster during the night? Good to know. Just in case, let’s view the other blessings as well.

 

[Divine Blessing of Creation] - The divine blessing granted by the goddess of creation - Hokaria³I decided on Hokaria after some thinking. The gods of creation are often depicted as gods who created EVERYTHING. Hokaria thus comes from the Japanese word ‘Hokanohito’  which means other people/everyone else..

[Divine Blessing of Destruction] - The divine blessing granted by the goddess of destruction -  Tuhania⁴This one is a little more straight forward - It comes from the word 'tuho' in Finnish, which literally means destruction..

[Divine Blessing of Magic] - The divine blessing granted by the goddess of Magic - Maharia⁵Once again - a more straightforward one: It comes from the Japanese word 'Mahou' which means magic, witchcraft, and sorcery..

• Grants skill [No-Chant]

[Divine Blessing of Nature] - The divine blessing granted by the goddess of Nature - Shi⁶Comes from the Japanese word 'Shizen' which means nature and natural..

Hmm? I wonder if I can use this with skills and titles as well?

Hmm? Many divine blessings, huh? I suppose this is weird even from the systems perspective haha.

[Growth] - Promotes growth.

• User XP gain x1.2
• Skill XP gain x1.5

[Lunar Child Growth] - Both user and skill level exp gain x2 during the night.

 

Yep… Not even surprised anymore… Sigh… Aren’t the gods going overboard with this?

 

Let’s look at some of my other titles and skills before I get way too depressed.

 

[Magic Apprentice] - Title granted to those who have at least 1 Mana Tier. 

 

[Mana Tier] -  Determine how much potential energy the same amount of mana contains. In your case, since you were born as a Celestial Vampire, you will automatically gain 1 mana tier on birth, others usually gain their first-tier at around 5 years of age. Goes from 1 to 21. 1 to 10 is often called Mage, 11 to 17 Sorcerer, 18 and above is called Sage. Above 21 exists the god’s realm.

 

Yup, I’m a monster at this point.

 

[Druid] - One who possesses Nature Magic.

 

Lucky One, Intelligent One, Nimble One, Charismatic One, Lucky Devil - All of those should be self-explanatory.

 

Now… the interesting bits… This is gonna be horrible, isn’t it…

 

[Limit Removal] - This allows you to remove the maximum skill level limit from skills. Limit removal is impossible for some skills, for example, System-related skills.

 

Hmm… Well, that isn’t too bad. At least my growth isn’t limited.

 

 

[Celestial Vampire] - A legendary race lost during the Great War of Power 10000 years ago. A perfect balance of both light and darkness.

I tried appraising both words of my race separately and…

[Celestial] - The highest-ranked existence of light.

[Primordial Vampire] - The highest-ranked existence of darkness.

 

I didn’t learn much, except that I confirmed I am an absolute monster.

 

I suppose I should check the Racial Skills?

 

[Bloodsucking] - One of the vampire race's racial skills. Allows the user to suck essence out of a body. This has a variety of large usages including but not limited to:

• MP recovery
• HP recovery
• Skill stealing
• EXP gain

ANOTHER RIDICULOUS ONE CAME OUT!⁷I love this sentence, but I am pretty sure it also happens to be a reference to some novels? Really not sure.

 

Hmm? Wait... EXP gain… Let’s see… According to the information in me, there are monsters in this world that give EXP. Okay, say I defeat a Level 100 monster during the night. Now say the monster originally gave 100 XP for killing it and 10XP for absorbing it.

 

I’ll gain a lot of extra XP for beating it. Will I also gain extra XP when absorbing it?

 

Hmm… right I think I can use the System for stuff like this?

Okay, what did Lunaria mean when he said 10 years?! The way I say with any training it’ll take me at most a year to reach the world's peak!?

[Vampire Initiation] - One of the vampire race's racial skills. Allows the user to give their blood to non-vampires thus effectively turning them into one-rank lower vampires.

 

Hmm? Since I’m the Primordial Vampire doesn’t that make them very high-ranked?

 

Interesting.

 

[Absorption] - Allows the user to convert matter, mana, etc, and turn it into EXP.

CMON! Gods, what sort of nuclear bomb are you making me into!?

 

[Underling Creation] - Allows user to create underlings out of nothing. This is a racial skill usable only by Primordial vampires.

 

Yeah, alright.

 

[Mana Efficiency] - Reduces the amount of mana used on spells.

 

[Mana Generation] - Generates mana from one’s soul. This is different from most who absorb mana from the atmosphere.

 

Heee, those are quite nice.

 

Hmm, since I have [Sunlight Nullification] it probably means I don’t actually need to hide from the sun like typical vampires.

 

I suppose I should check some of the other skills as well.

[MP Recovery] - This allows you to absorb mana from the atmosphere.

 

[HP Recovery] - This allows you to naturally generate health.

 

[Accelerated Thought] - Makes your thinking process faster.

 

[Parallel Thought] - Allows you to have multiple complex thought at the same time, combining this skill with [No-Chant] allows you to use multiple spells at once.

 

Hmm, quite overpowered but at this point, nothing will surprise me… I hope.

 

[System Eye of Analysis] - This allows you to use the system to appraise beings and objects and get an understanding of their status.

 

[System Eye of Knowledge] - Allows you to look up things using the system.

 

[System Disguise] - Allows you to hide your status from Appraisal-system skills.

 

[System Access] - Allows access to the system. Stage 1 out of 8.

 

[Mana Perception] - Determines how well one can perceive the energy called Mana.

 

[Mana Control] - Determines how well one can control the energy called Mana.

 

[No-Chant] - This allows you to use magic without chanting.

 

[Nature Power] - +50% combat power when surrounded by nature

 

[Lunar Power] -  +200% combat power when fighting during the night.

 

[Sun Power] - +100% combat power when fighting during the day.

 

Am… Am I still mortal?

 

Well, I think I know but I should probably check what each of the different stats means as well.

 

[HP] - Hitpoints. You die when it reaches 0.

 

[MP] - Mana Points. Shows how much mana you have left. Since all life in this world requires mana, you faint when it reaches 10.

 

[ATK] - Displays a numerical value of your attack power.

 

[DEF] - Displays a numerical value of your defense. This is what an attack has to go through before it would affect your HP.

 

[AGI] - Displays a numerical value of your agility. This directly correlates to your speed.

 

[INT] - Intelligence. Displays a numerical value of your intelligence. Exact effects vary from person to person.

 

[LUK] - Luck. Displays a numerical value of Luck.

 

[CHA] - Displays a numerical value of charisma. Those with high charisma draw people towards them.

 

Hmm, alright, yeah. Pretty much expected that. Then what about skills?

 

[Fighting Skills] - Skills related directly to Combat.

 

[Magic Skills] - Skills used for magic. These are all affected by Magic-related Blessings.

 

[Production Skills] - Skills user for production.

 

[Survival Skills] - Skills used for surviving.

 

[Racial Skills] - Skills that are given by the users' race.

 

[Extra Skills] - Skills that don’t go directly in any category, yet aren’t unique.

 

[Unique Skills] - Unique skills that only the user possesses, often extremely powerful when compared to any other category.

 

Extremely powerful it says… I don’t need it... Getting more power might actually drive me insane at this point… You agree with me System… right?

Wait… Can I use the System to appraise the System?

 

[System] - A system created long ago by the current gods to both aid and restrict. It was made after the Great War of Power mainly by pleading to the god of ?!? and borrowing his power.

[The Great War of Power] - ACCESS RESTRICTED AT STAGE 1

 

Oh? Interesting. I can smell a plot.

Also, by accessing the system I learned that it would be beneficial to me to move my mana inside of my body while still a baby and thus it is what I am doing at the moment. Mainly because I have nothing better to do.

Apparently, when we reach 5 months of age we are required to undergo a sort of “baptism” ritual where our names will be given. Does that mean others don’t know my name?

While thinking all these complex thoughts… I’d forgotten one thing… I… am a baby… and babies happen to sleep… A LOT. And thus, before I knew it, I had fallen asleep.
