After beating dozens of skeletons, I arrived at different kind cavern. My night vision was deactivated. It seemed the bright light came from shiny rocks and stalactites.  Grasses grew everywhere. Usually once I entered a new area, skeletons would ambush. No skeletons sighted until now and my gut feeling convinced there would be the end of them.

"Grrrrr"

My stomache growled for fiftieth times. Being with flesh came together with problems, such as hunger and fatigue. The problem was I couldn't rest to avoid being off-guarded against annoying skeletons. Moreover, I yet to find beast  with meat.

Suddenly, I felt a killing intent from behind. I turned and something in grey was moving in the air towards my face. I barely dodged. Killing intent were felt from several directions. 5 creatures came out from the grass. They were rabbits. Grey. Six of them. Unlike usual rabbits, they got fang and unleashed murderous intent. I spontaneously retreated several steps.

These rabbits were seriously agile, several times faster than skeletons. Worse, they were small so it's hard to hit.

I stored my club into the dimension and retrieved a sword from the dimension. This was not rusty. It was a light sword taken from a defeated skeleton. This was my first time using it.

6 rabbits jumped simultaneously and I made a horizontal slash. 5 were slashed but a rabbit leaped and bit my shoulder. It looked shocked as its fang only scratched my rotten skin. It quickly jumped away. I noticed my shoulder had very little wound. I never expected a zombie could be this durable.

Wait a minute. Come to think about it, I raised my Durability to 20 points in that white room. Wow. So this durability came in handy against more agile and numerous opponents like the grey rabbits. Hahahaha !

Afterwards the wild rabbits that kept appearing in succession were all slaughtered in a single hit each. Could there be a colony of wild rabbits? When I beat the 50th one I leveled up. I wanted to check my status but I was wary of the rabbits, so I postponed it.

By the time I beat the 51th one, my arms started to feel heavy. When I defeated the 52th & 53th that appeared in succession, I had exhausted my stamina. I couldn’t lift my arms. My legs were trembling. What was this? It’s as if I just finished running a marathon.i never experienced during 6 months existence as a skeleton.

My hunger instinctively made me bit a dead rabbit. Upon swallowing, I felt my energy returned slightly. As I took second bite, another one appeared. And naturally it came attacking. In a hurry, while trying to bite the meat, my leg received its head-butt. From the impact I drop the meat. Right when I fell to my knees it lunged for a second time. This time it’s aiming for my head. At once I stick out the sword in front of me, and just like that it was firmly pierced and died.

I drop the sword piercing the rabbit and breath heavily. Oh no! I feel like I’ll faint.

Even after taking a second bite I didn’t feel like my stamina recovered. Maybe after swinging my sword 2 or 3 times I’d collapse. Damn it! If I don’t get out of here, more will come. I slowly walk away. Because I reached here while beating them, if I go back the same route there’s a low probability of them appearing in the same place.

As to not make any noise I slowly advance through the grassland. However, as if realizing they cruelly appeared here. Avoiding the plunge I dodged to a side. Damn, so I must fight? I swung the sword at the rabbit that jumped again and defeated it. I knew that I mostly used up my stamina from that single swing. My feet were staggering. I leave the dead rabbit there.

I gambled. I quickly ate two dead rabbits. After several minutes, my stamina slightly recovered. Luckily, no rabbit appeared.

I raised my attributes on stamina, hoping increased stamina parameter would fully recovered recovered my diminishing energy. My new status:

Meanwhile, I noticed dozens of red eyes in the grassland. Rabbits leaped towards me one after another. From ten to thirty, from thirty to forty. I randomly slashed around. Several rabbit got past and bit me. I wasted no time to evade. I just slashed, slashed, punched and kicked for hours. Once I killed a dozen, another new dozen appeared.

After several hours, the number of rabbits dwindled to below ten. I believed Tutorial alerted that I leveled up 5 times. However, I was barely able to lift my sword. I let the remaining rabbits climbed onto my bodies and bit me. While they were biting, I used entire energy to thrust my sword into their body one by one. At times, I accidentally injured my own body as I couldn't see clearly. Energy was escaping my eyes.

The rabbits kept biting. My high level durability was saved me. I frantically head towards the exit but they kept attacking one after another. Finally I could see the entrance towards another area. However, just when I felt relieved another rabbit appeared, I mustered my last remaining energy, killed it and fell to the ground.

I tried not to faint for several minutes. Luckily, no more rabbits remained. My consciousness faded away.
