He opens his eyes and see's that he is in a grassland full of grass.

 He stood up and shook his clothes.

He had administrator priviledges, so when he said Map, a map of where he was appeared in front of him.

 Then he saw he was 1km away from Luca the capital city of Blumund a human country, it was supposedly the second strongest country in the human realm.

 Tokagawa got ready for a jog and he started off. 

His stats were higher than that of a normal level 1 person because a level 1 human had 10 in his or her beginning stats, but Tokagawa had 20, so he was faster than other people his level and he reached the city in 15 minutes.

 He then walked to the massive wall that was erected to protect the city from Invaders.

 The guards asked him what he was doing at the gate and who he was, he told them he was a passing traveller.

 Then they checked him with magic to see if he was a demon, when they saw he was a human they let him in.

 Age 15 is the standard adult age in this world, so they seemingly understood when he said he was a traveller.

 He decided to look for the adventurer's guild as he wanted to register, with his map it was quite easy to find the guild.

 As he was walking to it to register so he would be able to get an inn for the night, he saw a girl run past him at breakneck speed. 

Few seconds later two big, burly, extremely ugly men ran after her(another 'cliché' hero rescues maiden stuff). 

He followed them and saw that the girl was on the floor while looking scared. He used eye of God on her
