Xiao Zhan’s everyday life in Beijing is not the same anymore. During his vacant hours from work, Wang Yibo always called him for no particular reason. There were also times that the boy waited for him to end his shift and ask him out for dinner.
And this day is one of those days…
“Zhan Ge, here!” Wang Yibo called him to catch his attention.
The boy is waiving at him while wearing that bright smile. As soon as he sees Wang Yibo, he immediately went to his direction.
“Bodi, where are you bringing me this time?” he asked like an older brother and patted the boy’s head.
(Authors Note: Didi refers to Little brother in China and usually they connect it with the last syllable of the name of the person like Bodi: combination of Wang Yibo and Didi.)
“Let’s have a long drive tonight and then watch the stars together, Zhan Ge…” Wang Yibo answer.
He laughed as he heard Wang Yibo’s answer. After all, he realized that it’s not bad to have a little brother…
“I brought my big bike… Zhan Ge, let’s ride it together.”
“Okay, let’s go Bodi…”
Before they set out, Wang Yibo gave him another helmet and helps him to wear it…
Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan ride the big bike with their hearts content in the streets of Beijing…
“Zhan Ge, embrace me tightly… I’ll drive faster from now on…”
Xiao Zhan knows that Wang Yibo is not joking. Right after he heard those words, he stretches his two hands and embraces him. There’s not a slight of hesitation to his action because he’s comfortable with him and they’re both boys as well, why need to be cautious?
“Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!” Xiao Zhan screams out loud while laughing. He never thought that he will enjoy this kind of dangerous ride.
He heard Wang Yibo chuckled and shouted as well just like him…
After a long drive, they stop at a park where they freely watch the stars…
“Whoah, I never thought that watching the stars here in Beijing would be this good…” he uttered.
Wang Yibo stared at Xiao Zhan and secretly smiled.
“Yeah… same here…”
“In my hometown, I always looked at the stars with my grandma… At a time like this, it made me miss her…”
“Do you want to visit her, Zhan Ge?”
Xiao Zhan looks at him and paused before saying anything…
“When I have enough money and when I can buy her a hearing aid, I’ll visit her… I still have a lot of time before holiday, so definitely I can save enough before that…”
“Zhan Ge, your grandma is so lucky to have you…” he sincerely said to him…
“Ahahaha, you think so?” Xiao Zhan shyly chuckled…
He nodded his head then watches the stars and said something to Xiao Zhan…
”And I’m one of those lucky people who found you…” he said.
Xiao Zhan couldn’t help but patted the boy's head...
“Lucky or not but I guess I’m the one who found you…” Xiao Zhan jokingly said to him… “See? I’m the one who looked for your address so----------- it’s me who found you…”
“But I’m the one who provided my address…”
They laugh and looks like a two silly little kids when they realized how childish their conversation all about.
“Zhan Ge, it’s your day off tomorrow right?”
“Yup…”
“Would you like to sleepover to my condominium tonight and watch movies?”
Xiao Zhan was obviously startled with Wang Yibo’s invitation… His reaction was like a girl being invited by a guy in his home for the first time.
“If it’s not okay with you, let’s have it some other time… But I’d rather you said yes to me now…”
He coughed when he heard those words… There were really times when he could not grasp some of his words and it’s like there’s some meaning behind in it…
“Zhan Ge, I want to end this day with a smile on my face… If I went home alone tonight, then I will be bored again…” Wang Yibo convince him like a spoiled brat.
He thinks for a moment and then nod at him…
“So is it a yes?” Wang Yibo happily confirmed it to him…
“Since I have nothing to do tomorrow, why not…”
No matter how many times did Xiao Zhan delivered packages to Wang Yibo, it is still his first time to step in his condominium… The inside is spacious and it’s like one of those he had seen in TV…
He also saw a lot of LEGO pieces in the table and some are inside an opened package that he delivered before that has not been completely assembled yet…
“That’s the Little Prince…” Yibo said to him then go to the fridge to get water…
“Ah… so this is your hobby…”
“Once I’m done with assembling the Little Prince, I’ll give it to you Zhan Ge…”
“There’s no need… How can you hand something very important that you earnestly give your time and focus into?” he said…
“Because I think… you’re so much like the Little Prince…” Yibo said it cutely…
He doesn’t know how to respond to Wang Yibo so he shifted his attention to other things… But before he can recover, the boy delivered his final blow that made him blush…
“Zhan Ge, would you like to take a shower first? Or would you like to take a shower together with me?”
“Wang Yibo, stop joking!” he annoyingly said.
Wang Yibo just laughed and watches his blushing face.
“Alright Zhan Ge… I’ll get a spare clothes that you can wear…”
When Wang Yibo turned around to go to a room, he suddenly slaps his face lightly… He scolded his self for blushing like a girl. All his life, he was never been tease like that by anyone…
After the both of them take a shower, they directly went to Wang Yibo’s bedroom to watch a movie…
“Zhan Ge, what would you like to watch?”
“Bodi, I heard my co-workers said that Gonjiam is a good movie. Let’s watch that…” he suggested.
“Y-You mean that Korean horror movie?” Yibo ask him hesitantly.
“Yes…”
“T-There’s actually a lot of other movies that I could recommend aside from that…”
Xiao Zhan noticed the face expression of Wang Yibo and realized that he’s not into horror stuff. His devious mind said that it’s payback time for teasing him.
“Bodi, are you afraid of horror movies?” he innocently ask him. “It’s alright; let’s just watch a movie that you like…”
“W-Who’s afraid of horror movies… I’m a guy after all…” Wang Yibo denied it.
“Right…” he immediately agreed to him. “Then let’s watch Gonjiam…”
“…”
While concentrating to the movie, Xiao Zhan couldn’t help but notice Wang Yibo’s reaction. The boy secretly panicking and every time there’s a scary scene in the movie, he put his hand into his forehead trying to cover his two eyes without being obvious.
“Bodi, are you okay?” he considerately asked.
“Y-Yes, Zhan Ge… W-Why, what’s wrong with me?” Wang Yibo forcibly replied back at him.
Later on while watching, he felt that Wang Yibo is already so closed to him… Their shoulder already brushes each other and he can even smell the boy’s natural scent.
He smiled and looked at the boy… Unexpectedly Wang Yibo is already sleeping beside him… Is he really that afraid of the movie their watching that he could not take but closes his two eyes already…? He finds it cute and amusing…
Without a thought, Xiao Zhan watches Wang Yibo’s face: starting from the forehead, eyebrows, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips and even down to the boy’s chin… When he realized what he was doing, he suddenly coughed and went back to watching the movie…
When the movie was finished, he decided to sleep on the couch. But before he gets off to bed, Wang Yibo suddenly wakes up…
“Go back to sleep… I’ll be in the couch-------------“ before he could say what he wanted to say, Wang Yibo pulled his one hand that made him outbalanced and lie on the bed.
“Zhan Ge, just sleep here…” Wang Yibo said in a hoarse voice.
“Y-You might not be comfortable if I’m here…”
“I’ll be very uncomfortable without you beside me after watching that movie earlier…”
“So you’re really afraid of horror movies…” he teased him… “You should have told me from the start…”
“It’s okay because you’re here…” Wang Yibo closed his eyes and then without a word, he embraces Xiao Zhan…
Xiao Zhan suddenly trembles and looks at Wang Yibo with puzzled eyes. In his entire life, only his grandma embraces him like that whether in public or private. If the boy could see him right now, he’s blushing like crazy…
“J-Just what are you doing?” he asked him like a girl.
“Goodnight, Zhan Ge…”
After that “goodnight”, there was a silence in the dark room… Instead of arguing with Wang Yibo, he decided to close his eyes and thought that the boy might have been petrified of the horror movie that they have watched earlier…
“Goodnight, Bodi…” he said in a low voice.

In real life, there was really a time that Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan watched Gonjiam. It was revealed during the interview of the two… A fun fact is that our Bodi is so afraid of horror movies, ghost and the dark.
Gonjiam is a Korean Horror Movie and yeah, I watched it too before together with my brother…
