Second, I will be removing the general skills, and will, instead, add them to the evolution menu. I am adding Racial skills instead, as well as attunements. I also decided to change the attunement settings later, I would give more details on that in future chapters. I am also changing the premise of attunements. They cannot get stolen anymore but can be gained through evolution, items, or enlightenment. People can still use magic that they don't have an attunement to, just with incredibly reduced efficiency.
Third, I am thinking about the power scales of levels. At first, I had the idea of making the physical prowess of a creature 2^lvl. This means, that at lvl 10, a human can potentially lift 1000 times his normal capacity.
Also, his speed increment would be the root of 1000, namely, 31.62 times faster than normal, about more than half the speed of sound. (If we ignore air resistance and the such.) Naturally, some abilities, mutations, and spells, could increases it further.
Now, I also had another idea. Why limit to only 1000 times? I can make it so that a demigods physical prowess grows like this:
(LEVEL + 1)! = 11! =1*2*3*4*5*6*7*8*9*10*11 =~ 40,000,000
This means, that a human demigod can lift 40m times normal. A normal, untrained man will struggle to lift 45 kg overhead, so about 1.8m tons. (Assuming the ground is capable of supporting him.)
In terms of speed, I would be doing it by the root of the physical increment(Ignoring wind and particle resistance, and if the ground can keep up with the strength) Which means the person could move 6,324 times faster. That also means, that without friction, a normal man, running 6m/s, would run at 37,947 m/s. If the speed of sound is 340 m/s, then it is Mach 111, more than 5 times faster than the assassination classrooms yellowish teacher.
And this is all assuming that we are talking about a normal human template. If it was a warrior or assassin, or perhaps a higher human race... Yeah, you get the picture.
Naturally, I would also increase prices to evolve accordingly.
Dude you just need to write, and write what feels good to you, stop with these bullsh*t polls. In order to get better only actually writing the novel can help. Sure review you previous work, mark what you're unsatisfied and remedy it in the future, but quit asking for constant validation it's your novel not the audiences!

I think removing the attunement stealing is a good idea. I had the thought that wizards or organisations would just go and harvest low level universes at that point, what would Eli even do about it? he be completely powerless to stop it and will be for 1000s or millions of years.
Your formula for the speed of a High-level person (without additional abilities)
[MAX SPEED] = ROOT([LEVEL]!) * [BASE SPEED]
[LEVEL] 18 with [BASE SPEED] 4m/s = 107% speed of light
[LEVEL] 17 with [BASE SPEED] 16m/s = 101% speed of light
a snail would need to be level 22 to break the speed of light
If you can run at 10% or more of light speed you can probably travel interstellar without a spaceship. you just need to aim and take resistance against radiation and micro meteors. So, if Earth's universe is discovered by some level 15+ Wizard or Organisation with access to them, no place in the galaxy their arrived in is save. Leaving out long range FTL travel like Teleport spells or any Sci Fi solution. With those, nowhere is save. and it is not like you could hide in a galaxy for long, at 10% speed of light they would need a million years to get to every star and planet in it. So, if Eli is by some lucky coincidence on the last to be farmed planet, he needs to train for a million years straight to than be captured by people who do this for Billions of years and answer to a superior who has done this for a trillion years.
This is to say, giving people a reason to farm a universe is a bad idea.
Based on this, levels should grow exponentially in difficulty to obtain.
To name another story with a similar problem, the Outer Sphere,
it has the scenario where Earth's universe is linked to other Universes and they just start plundering everything they can, and the MC is basically powerless to do anything about it.
But all this aside. I think you can take you story in any direction you like as long as you do not fall into two pit holes. First would be the Stupid MC, an MC that forgets their abilities and cannot reason themselves out of a wet paper bag. One who does tremendously stupid things and believes themselves to be smart. Secondly the doormat MC, nothing is worse than giving the MC no will of their own or even choices. A good story is advanced by a character's actions and not by forces of nature pushing the character along.
At lvl 10, you are a demigod, a step away from apotheosis through understanding the laws of the universe. At that point, you stop evolving 'physically' although you would start attaining power through divine means.
lvl 11 is a minor god.
lvl 12 is a lesser god.
lvl 13 is a god.
lvl 14 is a greater god.
lvl 15 is a pinnacle god.
at that point, the system stops supporting you. Above that... I Didn't decide yet.
And I said 'running speed'. I didn't say anything about traveling speed using spells. If a lvl 4 space mage used a teleportation spell, forget about reaching other galaxies, they can create special arrays to their own homeworld, and start a mass invasion on the planet, provided that the planet is relatively defenseless. IE earth. Imagine an army of 10,000 wh40k librarians, 100,000 space marines, along with 10m lvl 1 Tempestus scions, all armed to the teeth with lvl 1 gear at the very least. This is not even including the fact that the earth would be in a mana apocalypse where a large portion of the population just dies from mana cancer or turn into flesh-eating mutants, facing mutated animals and insects, monsters that pop up everywhere, and that the gunpowder formula would work in 25% capacity, radio waves would get jammed, and sensors would be in turmoil, having critical failures, and governments firing nuclear missiles in a panic, only to find out that not only was the radioactivity ineffective as a weapon, but it counter-fires as it causes mutated creatures to spawn... Yeah, the earth is f*cked. Abandon ship!

allright, i kinda missunderstood your leveling system a bit than. but Nukes being inefective? Magic is great and all but physics in the ultimate killer. Of course earth today is far away from achiving reativistic missiles, Anti Matter bombs or black hole canons, aside from our Nuclear arsenal we got very little with oomph. altho with electronics going crazy and chemistry being so strongly effected I would wonder if nukes even work, the classical nuke has 2 sub critical masses that get united by an explosion, so if the explosion is too weak the nuke might not even be able to reach critical mass properly. it certainly would be better for the MC to see earth ravaged by mana than nuclear winter for 1000s of years.
I remain curious how the story will go. Like i said, only two things will put me off, stupid and Doormat MC

nuclear explosions can work, just that because of the mana, it jams some of the wireless signals such as radio waves, and some of the wired signals. Electricity can still work normally though, but some of the materials would start to, well, change. Being more mana-attuned.
