Progress

One week has passed since I allowed my hands near mana. I changed it to water, then to earth, then water to earth, then back again and now I figured out how to mix them together. I am currently trying to mix it just like the mana I feel from my mother. If I manage that, then I could theoretically cast higher magic. Thankfully the higher magic my mother uses, is the type that you mix together. I don't know what it would be, but I am excited. 

Ah, my mana filled up again. My current training routine consists of me taking my mana from my mana pool, then playing with it until it either dissipates or my mana pool fills back. If my mana pool fills up, then I change my mana to neutral mana and diffuse it back into my body. I also make sure that it travels into all the nooks and crannies of my body. Once I am finished with controling my mana into my body, I take some new mana and begin to play again. If I get tired or bored during this process, then I simply sleep on the spot or enter my mind space to do something more interesting. Thanks to this cycle, I am now pretty fast in changing my mana type. It takes only some seconds before it changes.

I am quite happy with what I currently have, but I want some wind and fire mana. I already know, that, once I have figured out, how to mix my mana into the higher mana my mother gives off, I will be bored shortly after I figured out how it works. Unless, I can think of something which can occupy m-

I feel the same thing I felt when I first changed my mana to water and earth attribute. My well breaks a little and a hole is formed. When I first felt this, I thought this doesn't mean anything, but if you guide your mana trough this hole, then the transformation into a different mana type is much easier to accomplish. The well currently has three holes and I wish for more.

The mana gives of a dirty feeling and it's 'flavour' is a little bit foul. I think I will call this mana marsh or swamp mana, because that is the first thing I thought about when I finished transforming it.

Great, now I am back to doing nothing. Why didn't I get x-ray vision or something similar. No, I get night vision and infrared vision. Hm, I will work on that and maybe on holding multiple mana types at once.
