"You could've waited inside." he said with a slight frown.

"Mmn. Didn't want to trouble you."

It was only then that he noticed Jang Xin's handsome and slick look. This man was wearing a maroon suit with a black tie and inner shirt. There was a short chain pinned from his shoulder and onto his chest pocket creating a short chic curve and sitting on his silver-black wheelchair made him look dashing overlooking the fact that he's crippled.

Tingxiao frowned now regretting the fact that he's attending the party with him unable to monopolize him from the crowd.

If Jang Xin could read thoughts, he'd be laughing at this. In his eyes, Tingxiao was the embodiment of a high class man. Gray clothes adorning his toned body perfectly fitting his manly curves paired with a white inner shirt and a black-white dotted tie. A black earring with a silver rim was on his right ear like a finishing touch pairing his new shorter hairstyle which was gel-ed and parted.

"Your hair. . . you cut it?"

"Mmn. Too long." He wanted to look presentable for him.

Tingxiao slowly leaned in keeping his eyes on Jangxin. His eyes strayed on his lips for a bit before taking the man in his arms and carry his weight. He wouldn't mind repeating this everyday and anytime, him relying on him was all he could ask for making his heart race.

He helped Jangxin to sit beside him not releasing the hand on his waist.

"So you wont fall to the side." he reasoned out.

Jang Xin nodded but couldn't take his mind away on the hot palm resting on his waist.

Arriving the rented villa, everyone's attention were caught right away in his arrival. The crowd froze in disbelief as the taciturn devilish man came out with an also handsome man in his arms. They were about to go insane when they thought they were open to such PDA breaking all women's hearts but was saved when they saw the chauffeur taking out a wheelchair from the trunk.

"Sh*t. . . almost thought I lost my chance right there!"

"Omg, saved! When I thought the Boss was gay my heart was sinking in blood!"

"Who's the handsome man? what's his relationship with Boss?"

Chatter filled the room but the two went strolling in unperturbed with a matching aloof- expression.

"Tingxiao." Xu Anru walked up to them. She was wearing a dark blue antique dress to compliment Tingxiao's suit like a couple pair.

"Who's this friend?" she asked not hiding her curiosity. For Tingxiao to personally pick up someone and even openly show care to this person, it meant he's  important to him. But why had she never seen him before?

"Jang Xin. Head designer of the new company building."

Not only Xu Anru but the crowd also heard his words. The head designer? but that doesn't explain their good relationship.

"Brother~" chimed a lively woman's voice.

Jang Biqing was shocked too see her crippled brother in their company's party. Tsk. Just work he said, if you were close to him only for business reasons would he accept the humiliation of picking you up and dragging you in!?

"BROTHER?!" this sudden reveal added fuel to the crowd's gossip.

"H-he's Jang Biqing's brother! My gosh what genes!"

"Eh? but she never mentioned anything about having a brother. . ."

"Her private life is unknown to all, how could anyone know."

"Maybe he didn't want to put pressure on his brother, I mean he's. . ."

"If Tingxiao is really close with her brother. . . does that mean Jang Biqing is actually. . ."

"Then Xu Anru. . . was she just pretending?"

Hearing such nasty comments from the crowd, Xu Anru's face became ugly and Jang Biqing kept up her smile secretly stepping on Xu Anru's face on the inside.

The two men ignored everything around them including the two ladies. Xu Anru was waiting for Tingxiao to defend her and maybe admit their relationship right there. But her expectations was let down  as the two dashing men went to grab some food.

". . .right. . . of course he wont. Not like this." she reassured herself putting the disappointment aside.

Hours passed and nobody was bold enough to disturb and approach the two. They would sneakily stand closer and eavesdrop but were disappointed since they were talking about architecture which barely anyone outside the field could understand.

Tingxiao was currently looking through Jang Xin's sketches with interest.

"CEO Feng. you're knowledgeable." he praised.

"Mmn. Before working in the family business, I wanted to become an Architect."

This information didn't surprise Jang Xin and nodded calmly.

"Tingxiao. Call me by name." CEO Feng was to distant, he didn't like it.

"But we're in public."

The able man handed him a glass of wine while giving him a stare that he wont take no for an answer.

"Why did you take architecture?" Tingxiao asked.

This question made Jang Xin think deeply about what to say searching through his memories.

"Buildings. . . they're stable and strong unlike my brittle bones. . ." he replied in a mellow tone. "They're beautiful and could last for long years, thinking so made me want to create and design my own." he said with a slight smile on his face.

"you are beautiful. . ." Tingxiao mumbled under his breath after seeing that rare smile.

"Tingxiao!" Xu Anru called drowning his low mumble. It was already night surprising Jang Xin. They had been talking so much since noon?

He didn't even noticed when the announcement and everything else started then ended. It was already time.

The female lead was going to confess.

"Tingxiao, would you mind talking with me for a bit?" she asked hinting that it was something private.

"Go. im fine." Jang Xin said before he could think of refusing.

Tingxiao stared at him for a while then turned his attention to Xu Anru.

"Stay here." He sternly told him and left.

Xu Anru led him into the back garden of the villa and stopped by the fountain.

"What did you want to say." he bluntly asked impatient to go back to Jang Xin's side.

This didn't escape Xu Anru's eyes and grabbed his hand in hers to pull his attention.

"Tingxiao. . ." she said mustering all the courage she had to say what her heart had locked up for years.

"Tingxiao do you remember when you asked me out yet I turned you down. . . " she lovingly said with a tinge of sadness in her tone.

"That time. . . I thought I wasn't fit for you. I felt insecure because I had nothing and felt that I will only embarrass you. . ."  her grip tightened and gently stroked his rough hands.

"These hands made big things, things that I could never reach so at least I wanted to reach a point where I can stand beside you with confidence." she chuckled and smiled.

"Tingxiao" she lifted her head yet stiffened.

"If you. . . love me. . ." she added with difficulty.

"I don't." he rejected heartlessly.

His eyes said it all. There was no happiness, nor surprise. No expectation but only a frustrated frown.

"Anru. Did you really think ill keep holding onto you all my life?" he ranted in disappointment.

"B-but. . . all these time didn't you. . ." she stuttered in disbelief.

"Yes. At first I treated you well. But didn't you wonder why I didn't do more than that?" he sighed exasperated.

"Im sorry. But im over you. Are we done?"

Tingxiao turned to leave but she wasn't letting go refusing to believe that their relationship didn't go the way it played out in her head.

He sighed and forcefully shoved her hands away.

"Xu Anru, I consider you as a close friend." He nailed the box close, firm in his refusal.

It was the first time, the first time he ever called her with her full name. She stared at him in tears hoping for something. . . at least a flicker of their past love.

But his indifference was solid proof that she was long gone in his heart.

"No. . ."

Xu Anru ran, not daring to leave through the front entrance and left unbeknownst to everyone.

That fleeing figure, was now unfamiliar in Tingxiao's heart.

"I didn't know you liked to eavesdrop." he exclaimed and Jang Xin strolled in leisurely looking straight at him.

" It was stuffy inside."

It wasn't a lie since people surrounded him soon as Tingxiao left. As a handicapped man, it was hard for him to leave and when he did, he stumbled at the two.

Tingxiao walked up to him, taking him off his feet and both of them sat on the fountain. He circled his arm around the handicapped man's waist afraid he'll lose balance and fall into the water.

Ming Yu as the author was now ultimately confused. He clearly remembered writing about Tingxiao happily accepting her confession yet things didn't conclude as planned. why?

Didn't the Admin say that everything will follow the original story?

"Xu Anru, why did you reject her?" his curiosity peaked.

Tingxiao didn't reply but the arm around his waist tightened.

He turned his head to observe Jang Xin in detail. How was he supposed to answer? that he fell for him at first sight? That for almost a year his thoughts were filled with his image waking up wet and horny every single day? That he hoped to trap him in his arms day and night not letting him leave the bed?

Or that he wanted to strip him off his suit right now and f*ck him?

Jang Xin felt discomfort from his intense stare. He started to feel nervous, the arm around his hip was radiating with heat burning him through his clothes.

He grabbed the heated arm to take it away but it wasn't budging.

"Tingxiao. . ." he mumbled but soon shut upped.

Tingxiao's eyes were unfocused and dark, he raised his free hand and rubbed the base of Jang Xin's neck.
His touch made him quiver from the tingling feeling coursing through from his fingertips.

Jang Xin was stunned, his head somehow cloudy unable to think straight whenever their skin touched. He was submitting, subconsciously.

The kiss was light, too light it wasn't enough. Tingxiao's tongue took action and slipped in mixing Jang Xin's sweet nectar with his. He shifted his body, wanting to go deeper, deep into his throath and taste every corner he could.

Jang Xin moaned in pleasure his hands unconsciously grabbing Tingxiao's back and rubbed himself closer to gather more dept. This further stimulated Tingxiao, his hand sneaking into the his shirt exploring his body.

The clouded moonlight shined down illuminating Tingxiao's face.

-----------Admin is online.

[Admin: Author I'm back. WTF!?]

No!

Jang Xin pushed him away finally regaining his senses. Their breaths were uneven and it took a while for Tingxiao to snap out of his trance.

[Admin: . . I'm out.]

-----------Admin is offline.

"Did you dislike it?" Tingxiao asked, his voice raspy from lust.

Jang Xin evaded eye contact, shy and confused not knowing how to face him. He put aside the Admin who just came back and focused only on Tingxiao.

"I am in love with someone else."

His words were like a burning slap to the face, the burn reaching Tingxiao's heart. He glared like an deranged person ready to kill the b*stard who dared to eye on the same thing, but even his murderous look only made Jang Xin wryly smile not even flinching from it.

"He passed away." he cleared up the misunderstanding so Tingxiao wouldn't boil from unnecessary anger.

"Its a problem of the heart. I can't move on."

Listening to this extinguished his anger but left his heart troubled. If it was someone else, they would've tried to prove themselves that they were far better but that one clear look on Jang Xin's eyes dispersed all the heat he had within losing his drive.

He really meant it. Jang Xin fell hard on love and couldn't move on.

Tingxiao felt like thousands of ants were nibbling his heart with pain. His shell was never changing, but his heart would pound with a dull and numbing ache. . .

For someone to make Jang Xin fall hard in love. . . he, needed to accept that he cant force his way in.

"Tell me. . ." he asked, struggling to hear their story or not.

It may hurt him. But he needed a convincing reason to hold himself back.

Jang Xin smiled and lightly laugh. This male lead, no, his friend and admirer is really good to him.

He recounted their most precious memories. How they met, how stupidly assertive and straightforward Li Jun was. How he's possessive and overprotective barely letting him out of his sight. Li Jun's sweet habits and how he'd given him everything he could've asked for in life.

The clock hand went past 10pm and Jang Xin just finished talking. Of course he fabricated some details taking out facts like it was the romance he had during the old times under a reigning Monarch.

Jang Xin had his eyes closed awaiting for judgement. Is he mad? heartbroken? Should he call a Taxi too pick him up if he left?

Then he heard the rustle of Tingxiao's clothes.

So he's leaving. . .

He heard no footsteps but felt the rough texture of a hand emitting warmth rubbing the base of his neck. This act was too familiar, the temperature of this hand was just right. Ming Yu was shaken, slowly raising a palm to cover his.

"So you loved me that much. . ."

Ming Yu's eyes snapped open.

The man before him didn't change. He was wearing the same dashing grey suit and spotted tie, and a new hairstyle. But the look in his eyes was familiar, too familiar he couldn't believe it.

"Ah Yu. . ." Tingxiao called lovingly reaching his other hand to cup his face.

Tingxiao was crying, a silent tear cascading his face.

"I promised. . . ill follow you." he added smiling at him.

"Li. . . Jun. . ." Ming Yu doubted his own words.

Tingxiao smiled happily and lowered his head and softly  kissed his lips. That familiar loving and gentle gaze couldn't be faked.

"Ughn. . ." Tingxiao groaned suddenly grasping his head and his face distorted from the ripping headache and then-

"Tingx-?!"

Plop.

Both fell into the fountain water.

Jang Xin was drowning. He couldn't breathe and desperately tried to push Tingxiao's weight away so he could gather some ground and use his arms to push himself out of the shallow water.

"Aheuk!! khak Tingxiao!" he screamed panicking, losing all composure.

He pulled him, unconscious onto his arms to raise his body up but he kept slipping out of his arms.

"Help! Somebody HELP!!!"

He screamed louder and louder not taking his eyes away from him.

What just happened?
