- is what I would have loved to say but the treant healed faster than the magic could affect it and dealt almost no damage to it. Thinking about my situation, I'm gonna lose aren't I? Right now I'm hurt ,though I'm already slowly healing, and I have no way of killing it. So what do I do now? Right no the correct answer is 'to run away and is what I should be doing, but there is one more thing I want to test

And after that I ran up the nearest tree and crotched on a thick branch before starting. holding my arm out to the side and constantly keeping watch of the treant that was just looking up at me , I then made my hand to look like I'm holding something before envisioning that I was holding one of the knives, then pushing pure mana to my hand before shouting

And one of the knives actually appeared. 'Now what am I gonna do with this?' you may ask with your small brain, well I'm gonna do what I tried to do with the glaive but ultimately failed. I'm gonna learn the 'mana wear' skill. Why I think this will work? Well it's smaller and that's about it.

Wait..... What's on my leg? 

Looking at my leg there was a piece of vine rapped around my ankle. Looking down and following the vine it seemed to lend into what seemed to be the mouth of the treant, sort of like a tongue. Seeing this I tried to burn the vine as fast as possible but before I could I felt a drag and was immediately pulled down. Now this is bad, very bad and I am likely screwed if I don't think of a way to get out of this. So I did what you should do in this situation, cut the vine and shoot the fucker in the mouth with magic, lots of magic. This made able to jump off the treant's head and get behind it, which I promptly did. On the ground I began doing whatever I thought would allow me to get the skill, wrapping the knife in black fire mana, but it didn't work, surprisingly. So I did something else, shoot it with a different magic       

Blue fire

It was a mix of Ice and fire magic, didn't think it would work but it did. It had a clear teal color but other than that it looked like a regular flame 

 I shot at its legs and it started to spread while also freezing the legs of the beast. 

I should of used this earlier, I can't heal from this even after breaking the leg and it just continues to spread for some reason, maybe the inside of it? Well whatever it is, it's working in my favor

The fuck just happened?

The treant suddenly started to contracted and getting smaller until it locked almost human, it even felt stronger. none of the magic was still in effect and whenever I tried to hit it again it did nothing and it just walked it off

I suddenly felt the urge to run, but before I could even think about it I was in the air before crashing down into the ground and spiting blood

The moment I could I took of running because what could you do in this situation, though that did nothing and I was almost immediately flung through the air and punched in the gut before finally dropping on the ground

Why did I come here?

I was over confident wasn't I?

Well whatever, gotta die with pride, Hahahaha, Yeah that bastard always said that. Though it's like either of us did ,huh.

I'm..... I'm gonna do something even more stupid. I used a mixture of mana solidify and Black fire. It worked perfectly and I started. I firstly used null magic to get faster before attaching a thread from the mixture and started jumping around and wrapping it around the treant over and over again while using poison magic for keep sake and while this did work, it was only for a bit and it easily got out of it   

It then started to fire something at me. It looked like a green ball of mist and it was coming straight at me. Instinctively I Dodge and when I saw what it to the tree behind me, I sighed a breath of relief that I dodged. The tree was  dissolving in front of my eyes and when I looked back at it, it was already firing more at me and I was pushed back into the defensive

While running around, dodging attack after attack and thinking of how to kill this beast, it clinked I thought of a way to kill it but I need to get closer first

Running around while slowly going closer to it is what I was doing until the bastard grew a sword from the ground and started attacking me. Though I was blocking with the short swords, I was getting tired and I couldn't regen stamina yet

We continued fighting for a while when finally I saw an opening before shoving the swords and all my left over mana into it. This finally killed the thing.

I fell on the ground ,panting. I had a few broken ribs and cuts and nicks all over my body. Christ was he strong. I better get up now or else other one will come and I'd truly be done for. 

God does this hurt 

I'm gonna be limping to the Inn now aren't I? I really hope I can find a healer at the gate. 

Wait a minute...where are the the level up notifications? I should of leveled up a fuck ton from that. 

So I leveled up twenty five times huh? that must of been a strong monster, well I did almost die. I also healed a lot from that so I should be able to get back to the inn now

walking out of the forest I had to keep my guard up because, if I saw another one of those things I would need to run.

Finally back at the entrance it seemed I wasn't beaten to near death and there others here, resting. 

I don't have any reason to be here so lets leave. I can just wait and the bones that were broken would just heal.

Looking around the area I was in I found something interesting.

It was an angel, halo and all.

Now this would be fun
