Imagine the pain that I had to go through because I had to decide on one of them... Purely on looks, I probably would've gone with C because that pose is amazing, but it doesn't fit the image I have in mind for Ari.

Even though I had so much effort put into her design already, Ari won't actually be relevant in the story for a while. It's nothing more than a teaser at this point~.

Okay… I do like the Ari from the second artist… but I think there's a rather large gap here. I just love the initial version of the new artist sooo much.

We have one illustration left in October that's from another new artist, but that's going to be a one-off thing. I like that illustration, too, because it has an entirely different feel. Still, it was too expensive for what we got, not to mention that I didn't overly like working with that artist…

Aaaanyway, the two illustrations that I have planned for November will be from the illustrator of the original Ari. I got the first draft of one a few days ago, and the quality of that is already so outstanding that I'm currently using it as my wallpaper. Look forward to that~.

Could it be you're an Ari fan? Well, join the club, but are authors allowed to do that with their own characters?

@Marmot I'm a fan of all my characters~. If not, why would I spend time writing them? Ari's currently a bit special because I spent so much time creating her in the background. I mean, her design is much more complex than all the other girls. I knew how Sophia and Maya looked before the store started, but I designed Ari as the story progressed and had much more time for it. I think that shows.
Speaking of, I've already been collecting ideas for another character for quite a while and already have a rough picture of her, but I don't see her showing up for at least the next 100 chapters. Probably much more than that, even.

Okay, I made an assumption, with the usual results. Mea culpa. And yes, loving ones characters does sound like a good thing.
But that's a different thing from putting her image on a hug pillow. Fans of this novel could do that (I really could see that happening to Ari), but the author?
@Marmot Yeah, hug pillows are a bit much for me personally. She would fit, though, yeah. No lewd side, though!
