This one varies by what I'm actually doing to get the kid dressed, but this is how it usually starts:

Hi dear, can you please put on your cloth? (on cloth)
Let us go and take a nice walk? (nice walk)
You so butifull when you wear your diaper
Put on your pants too, now you're looking dapper
