Walking into the School and into the staffroom, Elias was greeted by Mr Briney tinkering around with the paper

"Boy, You're here." Mr Briney said, Looking towards Elias, who just came in

"You wanted me to teach you right?" Mr Briney said "If you managed to Make a poison barb In a couple of days, Ill accept you as my student " Mr Briney said with a cunning laugh. Poison Barb was an extremely hard thing to make. The deadly poison needs to be coated on the Blade with Precision. When he was young, it took him 3 months and a couple of trips to the hospital to make

"Can you show me how to make it?" Elias said. With his memory, this shouldn't be a problem

"This old master isn't that cruel ." Mr Briney said  " Watch closely "

"A Poison barbs shaft is made from Beedrils blade-like hands. They malt every 2 months but they're not rare." Mr Briney said  "The poison is collected from a female salazzle, whose poison can poison even the pokemon who resistant to it," Mr Briney said 

"First, You need to make the beedrills blades into an arrow-like, shaft" Mr Briney said, holding the chunky blade towards the grinder, He ground it into an arrow shape

"You then need to dip The arrow into the poison and leave it for 5 minutes," Mr Briney said, Dipping the Arrow into the pot of extremely strong poison

"The poison needed to be neutralized by a weaker poison, making sure it doesn't burn through the Arrow." Mr Briney said "But don't worry about that, the school has premade poison for me,"  He said 

Elias was watching Everything in his head. Rewatching and Replaying it. Every movement he made was in his head permanently. Even the speed of the grinder was in his head

"And Here you are, a perfect poison barb!" Mr Briney said 

"Now you try!" Mr Briney said with a Cunning laugh

5 minutes later 

"You're a monster, are you even human?" Mr Briney said on all 4's ready to cry 

"Who knows," Elias said, Looking at his perfect Poison Barb. This could be useful for later , Most Bug types and Grass types are poison types

"You, I'm leaving this job," Mr Briney said  "Come live with me and be my student " Mr Briney said

"Ok," Elias said, It what he wanted 

"I live outside Petalburg forest, In the small house with my Peeko, My true companion" Mr Briney said  "Come see me when you want to become my student," He said 

"Fine by me," Elias said, His poker face showing a quick smile

"As for the poison and leftover beedrill hands, keep them, I was intending to give them to you for your multiple failed poison barb attempts but I guess you don't need them," Mr Briney said with tears in his eyes 

 In Elias's eyes, More money in his eyes 

Walking out of the School, he Went to the Rustboro city Auction, Because apparently there was a pokemon section where you could buy pokemon from 

Although he has some money, it isn't a lot but it should be able to get him a teammate. He didn't want to cross regions, because he didn't want to 

In the auction house, there were 2 ways of buying pokemon. One was an auction where a group of people would bid for the pokemon, but the problem was that it got dominated by upper-class people, while direct buying was a way where you could buy pokemon straight up. These pokemon were fairly common and only the rare pokemon are put on auction

Looking at the Avaliable options , Elias was shocked by there diversity
