Looking around the room, Avan looked around with a look of Curiosity 

"Where am I?" Scanning the room with his blue eyes, he sighed 

"Guess I died," He said, Looking down at his "Body"

Avan - 21 Years old

He loved watching anime and reading light novels, it was his passion, after all, he needed something to distract him from the brutal experiments of his doctors. Although, he doesn't blame them for their efforts to treat his cancer, which was never seen before 

Looking around the room, he attempted to move, which bore no fruits 

He was Looking forward to death, constant pain and guilt were all he felt

"I wonder if I'll meet my family here?" He said, Trying to look around the room in a desperate headshake 

His Parents and His sister Left this world before him, dying of the same cancer he had 

Apparently, the cancer was Undetectable, with the doctors only realising that it was a disease after their deaths, in return for their shortcoming, they gave him everything they could, Healthcare, surgery, Experimental drugs 

They died on his 11th birthday, shortly after giving him a Nintendo Ds with Pokemon Platinum on it 

He kept the Cartridge and DS in pristine condition, and it was in his bedside table even when he died

"Is this Supposed to Be a Purgatory or something?" Avan said, not wanting to stay here forever 

Eternal Loneliness. Something That Avan feared. He didn't want a second time, that was for sure.

When he was Looking at the Bright White room, Avan couldn't help but think of a quote that was famous 

"Whoever battles monsters should take care not to become a monster too; for if you stare long enough into the Abyss, the Abyss stares back into you."

How edgy, he forgot the author's name, must be some old geezer from the 14th century or something

The room suddenly started to shake

"W-whats going on?" Avan said with a frown, but quickly calmed down 

He already died once, what was there to be afraid of?

Actually, don't answer that.

The white room was replaced by a black one and he couldn't feel his mouth, his legs, his arms

Nothing.

He couldn't even physically talk

He could talk in his head though, but that's a no-shit-sherlock Guaranteed

Suddenly, there was Rumbling, and he could see the Light 

"It's a boy Miss!" The nurses Exclaimed, Looking at the baby boy 

"H-He's Beautiful." The woman said with a smile

Meanwhile, Avan had Question marks on his head 

That time I got reincarnated as a baby ~~~~

Nah, just kidding 

"Aw god I'm a fookin baby again," Avan said with a mental facepalm

Being the baby had the disadvantages of being having to grow up, which is a massive "Nerf"

But he could collect Information and pretend to be a genius, granting him more Power and Wealth

But all of that crumbled after one simple question

"Where am I?" 

While his mother was holding him, he used his non-existent Neck muscles to look around the Glamorous and Flamboyant room 

"Chansey, Use Heal Pulse on the young master!"

Looking towards the Pokemon, Avan gave a happy smile 

"Ive won the lottery," He said  "Guess this world will be more fun," He said with a smile 

He wasn't In any world, he was in a pokemon world
