From what I can tell this doesn't seem like this is the first time he's done this when you check his profile activity it shows him responding to comments that sounds like an author to deleted novels

I went and reported the fake's account on webnovel. This can be done by clicking the account name on any of the stories they have up to get to their account page, clicking the ... on the right side of the page, and then clicking report.
Is the other story plagerised does anyone know?
