Title: A wagon ride and a walk in.

Chapter in which we learn a bit more about the guild, little interactions between our characters. Crowd went wild.

Time had passed nicely since I had woken up in this new world.

I met the last member of the group, one of Akira's closest friends, his name is Kuro, he is a human of about fifteen years old, moreover he is a swordsman like Akira. He has a charming and well drawn face, long blond hair tied in a ponytail with a beautiful blue ribbon that matches his eyes wonderfully. 

I couldn't deny that he had a natural charm, at times I felt dizzy with his presence and charming smile. By the way, Akira is no match for Kuro in terms of appearance, they both look like handsome princes or Idols who have decided to go on an adventure.

The world is unfair. I thought with a little comical tear.

I have to say that Kuro seems intelligent and thoughtful compared to his fellow adventurers. The only noticeable difference between them and Kuro is that he seems perfect in every way, which is annoying. 

How is it possible for someone like him to actually exist? I thought princes only existed in fairy tales, his beautiful smile and blue eyes give him a fairy tale atmosphere.

Of course, we are in a fantasy world, I knew that this kind of thing would gradually become the norm in my daily life. Nevertheless, my mind was still struggling to adapt to such perfection, Kuro embodied that perfection.

Although now, for some reason, I have the feeling that he is harbouring a heavy secret deep in his heart. Such a smiling, caring guy must be hiding something. I thought as I watched him carefully.

Anyway, it's none of my business, but if one day he needs to confess to a trusted friend, I'll be there to listen.

In short, the group is composed of a perverted dwarf, a self-proclaimed big sister, a half-normal person, an airhead and a handsome prince with no flaws.

At the moment we were sitting in a sort of horse-drawn carriage driven by our most distinguished dwarf, Aldoro.

As Aldoro drove us to the city of Hankua where the adventurers' guild, our destination, was located, I took the opportunity to rethink the information I had been taught by Lora and Akame.

If I remember correctly, the city of Hankua is located on the border of the Elven forest. Apparently, it is one of the important crossroads of Kotaro's empire because of its geographical location, given that the city is connected to a huge railway network. Moreover, the city is a hub of activity and includes a large number of novice adventurers. Hankua is also home to one of the most prestigious adventurer's academies in the empire.

Akira, Lora and Kuro studied at this academy.

However, the news that made my heart skip a beat for a while was about the status you get after signing up for a guild.

It's literally crazy. A real status like in the video games! I couldn't help but jump for joy inside, my heart was doing little happy and excited jumps.

Apparently, with this status we get to see our personal information such as our abilities and blessings. 

As far as blessings are concerned, few people have them, as they are given by higher and mysterious beings.

Of course, it is strongly advised to hide one's blessing so as not to be pursued all one's life by corrupt nobles and passing bandits. I had received a stern look from Lora when she was explaining the blessings to me, telling me that it would be dangerous for my life and that she didn't want to lose her new favourite little sister because of a stupid mistake.

How many favourite little sisters do you have again?

Both Lora and Akame seemed extremely concerned about my fate. That feeling is comforting.

Well, I couldn't tell her that I have a memory of being blessed by a certain cold goddess.

I will have to keep this blessing a secret until I am strong enough to defend myself from the strongest in this world. I hesitated to let them know that I have been blessed by a deity, but after some thought I decided not to tell them.

In reality, I don't know the real value of a blessing from God, I prefer to avoid unnecessary problems. I don't want to start a war, this is bound to end badly. I thought, shaking my head.

As far as my mind is concerned, it seems to be juggling between that of a young girl and that of a young man. Of course it's embarrassing, honestly, the embarrassment I feel when I blush slightly while looking at Kuro is unpleasant to my man's heart. 

However, this man's soul and heart resists and effectively protects me from any external charm. Moreover, for some reason, Akira and Kuro's fairy charm affects me less and less over time.

Anyway, I think I'm getting used to this little body. 

There's also the possibility that I'm a loli, the idea that I might be older than a former dragon is crazy.

I shudder at the thought. I shook my head, firmly refuting that assumption.

"Yuna?"

A voice snapped me out of my thoughts and when I look to see who it is I see it's Lora and she's staring at me strangely, I don't like that look.

"Yes, Lora?" I say with visible hesitation in my voice, she smiles, honestly I have a feeling she's thinking of something indecent. 

And without warning, Lora grabs my hands with a smile before making a big leap and putting her head on my thighs.

"Huh? What? W-What are you doing Lora?" I asked, raising my eyebrows with a visible flush on my cheeks and a questioning look.

She looked intently into my eyes and gave me a pout.

Well, I think I know what she wants. This is so absurd, normally the situation would have been reversed. I thought with a complicated look.

Every once in a while, Lora seems to be able to have a serious vibe and aura, but right now she looks like a little girl throwing a stupid tantrum. I wanted to slap my forehead so much I was amazed at these antics, but my hands were tied by Lora using them as props.

Am I a doll? I thought with a little ironic tear.

*Tossed*

"Hmmm...Big sister" I began, she gave me a victorious smile and waited for the next part. "Could you explain to me why your head is on my legs?" I continued in a shy tone with the same redness on my face.

I felt bad for taking advantage of her, though it was more likely she was taking advantage of me. Her delighted smile gives me the feeling that she is surprisingly enjoying this event.

Would the situation be different if she knew that I was not really a girl? 

Of course, I couldn't tell them that I am a boy reincarnated in a girl's body, they would think I was crazy. Maybe in the future I could tell my story.

"Take care of your big sister on the way." She replied with a cheeky smile as she adjusted her head comfortably on my legs.

Spoiled children! I screamed inwardly.

I can't help it. She might as well enjoy it... 

*sigh*

"Alright..." I say with a concerned smile as I gaze at the scenery through the large carriage entrance to my right.

Once out of the Elven forest, I realized that the landscape of Kotaro's empire wasn't that different from the one on earth, in fact, the only noticeable difference would probably be the small, fantastic beasts walking around and the shiny, taller trees. 

Although, glowing trees are a strange ability of my eyes. I thought as I remembered that Lora and the rest of the group couldn't see what I was seeing.

However, there is a real contrast between the elven forest and the forest of the Kotaro empire, the elven forest has an interesting array of colours and a great diversity of nature, unlike the forest of the empire which seems more bland and less impressive.

After travelling through the forest for about two hours, the wagon was finally approaching the city. I could see the huge stone walls through the small opening in front of the driver.

Lora was still resting on my thighs, it was uncomfortable, but I didn't mind at all, I couldn't feel them anyway. 

However, this incredible view of the city rekindled an unknown strength in my legs, the giant iron gate and the metal towers on either side tickled my growing curiosity.

When I saw the small end of the grey stone walls, I couldn't help but be excited, I really wanted to visit this city.

Noticing my excitement, Lora stood up abruptly and then stretched, feigning a tired little awakening.

"Sleep well?" I asked her with an exhausted smile.

"I slept great, thanks for asking your big sis. By the way, your legs are very very comfortable." She replied with ecstatic delight and a thumbs up in satisfaction.

As we approached the city, the carriage suddenly stopped halfway to the big iron gate.

"We have arrived!" Aldoro shouted in a hoarse voice.

Why is it stopping here? The gate is still a long way off. I thought as Akira quickly got off followed by Kuro and Akame.

Lora tugged on my arm and explained, "The carriage is not allowed to take this entrance, we will have to walk the rest of the way."

I nodded and obediently followed the rest of the group, once there was no one left in the cart, Aldoro set off again towards a path further east.

As we walked along the main path, I was surprised by the number of glances from the travellers that hovered over us. 

Is Akira's group that well known? It seemed to me that Kuro and Akira were famous, they are handsome and competent after all. However, the problem was that many of those looks contained barely concealed lust. Are these men and women that horny?

Once I was close enough to the queue, I began to hear and understand the murmurs of the crowd.

"Marks, look at that girl, isn't she beautiful?" A middle-aged man began.

"I am jealous of this ideal youth." Commented a woman.

"Spencer you're right, but this girl must be new, I've never seen her before." 

"It's very annoying, the competition this time is fierce."

"As if you had a single chance from the beginning." Replied another slyly.

"That girl will be hard to approach since she seems to be accompanied by Kuro's group."

"That's true! But there's nothing stopping the other one, I'd like to taste her for a while." 

"Stop it, you are too old man, she will be a perfect wife for my eldest son."

"Your silly son? The one who guards the door? She is too elegant for him." His neighbour commented dryly.

"Yes, so?! It's a temporary job, he still has a chance!" He replied with fury in his voice.

"Wait a minute. Didn't you notice?" 

"What?"

"Noticed what?" 

"Look at those ears! She's an Elf!" He shouted at the top of his voice.

"What?! An Elf?!"

  "Where?!" 

"It's true I tell you." 

"Look." 

"This is the first time I've seen one!" 

"Don't you lie about the intoxicating beauty of the Elves!"

The crowd started to get fiercely agitated and the eyes started to become more curious and attentive to our every move.

Well, hearing this kind of surreal comment makes me extremely uncomfortable and sends shivers down my spine. 

How can they say such things in public?

Moreover, now that I know who most of the lecherous looks are directed at, this feeling of disgust is heightened.

Besides, are elves so rare around here?

Looking around, I didn't see any elves, there were only humans, beast-kin and small bearded dwarves. Then I remembered what Lora had told me, elves hardly appear in public anymore.

"Is she looking in our direction?"

"I think so!"

"She has beautiful eyes."

I feel bad. I thought with all those eyes on me.

The stares from the crowd were getting more and more intense and the discomfort of being stared at like that was intensifying, luckily I could count on my new friends who immediately came to help me by hiding me as best they could.

"Are you okay?" Kuro asks me briskly as he takes his place on my right.

"Yes, don't worry, it's a bit disgusting but otherwise everything is fine, thank you." I thanked him sincerely.

"Kuro?"

"What is it Akame?" 

"Well, do we have enough money to go to five? What about Yuna's ID card? You know, the price really isn't cheap for out-of-towners."

"Damn right Kuro!" Lora commented nervously.

"I guess we'll have to leave her at the guardhouse while we collect the reward from the guild." Replied Kuro in a dissatisfied tone. "But don't worry, I know one of the guards, he's an old one who won't hesitate to protect Yuna." He continued slightly exasperated by the situation.

Apparently the guard station is quite small, so we can't all stay together and wait inside.

"Urgh. The look of the crowd is embarrassing. You wouldn't happen to have a piece of clothing to cover her?" Akame asked with barely concealed anger at how obsessed people were with our group.

"Unfortunately, we only have your cape Lora, but I don't suppose you wear anything underneath? Right?"

"Well, well... I can't argue with you..." she said awkwardly, scratching her cheek.

Pervert! I thought as I gave her a reproachful look while shaking my head from left to right to show my displeasure.

"Little sister, it's not what you think! You see, I just forgot this morning, you know, there you go." She stammered, trying not to sound like a pervert to her darling little sister.

Unfortunately for Lora, the whole group not believing a word of it, I wanted to tease her and it works quite well, plus Akame followed suit by continuing to tease her nicely.

"Hahaha, I know Yuna isn't dumb enough to believe you, pervert." Akame immediately replied with a mischievous smile.

I didn't know you like that Akame. I thought as I remembered how serious she was the whole way.

As for Akira and Kuro, they didn't care about this scene at all and continued to walk at a leisurely pace. 

As we walked towards the door, I began to imagine the adventures I would have in the future.

I can't wait to join the guild! With this thought in mind, I continued walking happily towards the entrance.
