It's been a while since we started to run, and finally we're outside the Auction house. 

The outside is chaos, houses are burning, low level demons are everywhere fighting with the knights, adventurers and mercenaries. I bet Basti and Seele was helping others that's why they don't come to my aid, what an unfaithful servants, I'm trying so hard to be a good person now you know!!! 

“Who are you even mister?” 

I asked the old man as we run

“Now your calling me mister huh? Is it because I save you? Hahahaha!!” 

This annoying old man really gets into my nerves

“I'm Hercule by the way, The former hero” 

He said giving me a wink, smile and thumbs up combo

By the way I'm the one getting dragged by the hand while the slave was being carried on his shoulders

“Heeeh... Suspicious, what's the former hero doing here then? Are you maybe the enemy's target?” 

I questioned him. Please answer yes, I don't want to be the target

“Nah nothing like that, I'm actually here because of a mission, You know what's happening in the north right?” 

The north huh... 

“So it already began...” 

Wait, isn't it too fast?! In the game, it's said that the demon empire has been established for seven years, and the protagonist at that time was fifteen, that means the invasion happened when the protagonist was eight years old, the events are happening too fast!!

“So you really knew something...”

Saying that, the old man tightened his grip to my arms to the point that it was hurting

“Ouch! What's wrong with you?!” 

Damn it! I accidentally said it out loud

“How do you know about the north invasion?! Where did you put the real Lilliana Beckett?!” 

An interrogation while running from the enemies really?!

“Ouch!! What are you talking about?! I'm the real Lilliana Beckett!! Let go of me!!!” 

“You don't really have a choice now missy, if I let go of you you'll be killed by that boy” 

Damn it!!! I should've been more careful!! Where's Basti when you need him the most?!?!

After saying that I bit the old man's hand and called my trident

“Ouch! You bratt!!” 

Saying that he swung me upwards and slammed my back to the ground with a *thud!*

“Aagh! Seriously doing that to a defenseless kid??” 

I said with a deep voice, trying to surpress the pain. After that I grabbed my trident and used it as a support to stand up

“F-o-u-n-d y-o-u!! Ahahahah!!!” 

Wow what an excellent timing, and a gross attempt of doing the mitsuketa thing, the boy is here now too, he immediately ran at the former hero and attacked him, meanwhile I'm silently sneaking out to find a hiding place

“Not me? I guess the slave was the target after all” 

Either way, I'm still out numbered, The demon was here with the former hero, they're battling each other now, and the slave was held hostage

Thinking that, I suddenly remembered something

“That's right, the alarm” 

Saying that, I immediately grabbed the alarm from my pocket and pushed the button

Upon doing so, the alarm glowed so bright and launched at the air accompanied by a loud shriek

“What the heck, no one told me that this thing is actually a flare not a normal alarm” 

“So there's a rat hiding here now, I was about to let you go but never mind, I'll finish you first”

“Oi wait!” 

I successfully launched the alarm but, it also garnered the attention of the two of them, and the boy is currently coming after me now with, the former hero at his tail

“I just need to hold my ground right?” 

Saying that I raised my trident and did a defensive pose, letting out some water blobs

“How lucky, actually water manipulation was my forte” 

I'm like Ga*ra but with water, not sand now.
