Not waiting for Ja Sun's transformation to complete and gaze at him like wide-eyed chumps, Tyrant Eye, and Di Tian attacked the youth yet each attack tore through his slimy physique and went past him. Aside from physical and spiritual attacks, mental attacks were bounced back, and soon...

The duo came to a stunning realization.

Ja Sun's entire physique had morphed into this goo-like state and their attacks weren't tearing through him, no, Ja Sun merely adopted his stronger divine intent to his advantage and separated the goo appropriately immediately. In fact, the other attacks that did land on him were covered by more purplish, venomous goo, and Di Tian was forced to give up once Ja Sun literally separated his body into two halves and then controlled it to...

Form two hands that gave the two beasts middle fingers. Well aware that this meant an insult in the human world, Di Tian looked like he had smelled the most terrible fart in the world and was forced to endure the scent for hours to come.

"Oh? Did you already figure it out?" Ja Sun's cold cackle rang even when his form was merely a ball of slime.

"We've dealt with slime-type spirit beasts in the past... your entire strength is melded into a single point that is hidden by the slimish exterior and given that you possess divine intent, even we cannot truly identify where the core of your being currently lay," Tyrant Eye scoffed. Indeed, he was right...

However...

"What's the origin of this mixed venom?" Di Tian inquired. Even his injuries had healed now that he wasn't touching the slime physically but the poison still existed within his system similar to an undying and persistent beast.

Not answering the duo, the formless slime began to slowly take a humanoid shape until it began to harden. This time, the duo let Ja Sun take his form without attacking. Soon, in their eyes formed a 3-meter tall purplish humanoid. What once was a slime now felt similar to a thicker and more viscous sludge that defined Ja Sun's entire musculature and adopted the same form as the Vajra Gauntlets, making it clear that Ja Sun's body was in between the state of complete transformation as well as wearing the slime as a form of armor.

His head was now covered by a slick purple helmet that gave way to three pairs of narrow eyes. One pair, in the middle, was entirely golden while the upper and lower pair remained dark red.

Attracting the two beasts, however, were the eight spider legs emerging from Ja Sun's back and were as hard as metal. Their tips were sharp as a lance and their joints snapped with a metallic noise.

"An external spirit bone indeed," Di Tian narrowed his eyes, "But how did you ever find a million-year-old Death Spider Emperor?"

Things felt extremely clear now.

The strange poison... the ability to perform a tiny aspect of immortality...

Everything was common to a Death Spider Emperor.

Even though the facial region of his lips was now covered by his armor, Ja Sun's chuckle and smile felt all too apparent to the two beasts, "How did I find a corpse? Would you believe me if I said that it was just lying around?"

His chortle earned him sharp, intense gaze from the two beasts. His treasures had far surpassed the imaginations of the two overlords of their territories to the point that the two had begun to question if they would even be able to extract everything out of this human.

It was as Di Tian said.

This was Ja Sun's external bone gained from the corpse of the million-year-old Death Spider Emperor. The external bone replaced Ja Sun's flesh and muscles and resided within them, heck, while absorbing this particular fortune, Ja Sun felt his skin stripping layer by layer and his muscles getting replaced fiber by fiber.

{A/N: Just a more permanent symbiote style from marvel— venom, carnage, etc.}

However, with such torture came plentiful benefits. The first and the foremost was that in this transformed state, Ja Sun touched the lower layers of immortality. Although he can simply form spaces in his body to let the attacks pass, even if it hit him, they would get absorbed at a near-instant speed while healing himself, of course, the underlying principle was that he had enough spirit energy.

Then came the fact that his body was highly toxic in this form. Each physical attack if successfully landed on the opponent would also serve to poison them. This is the major reason why Ja Sun hadn't used this form. Even if he can control his toxins... what's the point of not poisoning others? Of course, he didn't want to just win by controlling the opponents through poison but the two beasts in front of him had more experience in one particular concept that even Qian Xunji didn't know completely— Law.

Finally, the addition of eight spider legs on his back made his combat style more versatile. He still needed more practice to form a complete style unique to himself...

But then again—

Ja Sun's eyes glinted as he eyed the two beasts.

One long-range and one all-rounder beast— perfect for a deathmatch and to form a combat style.

One stone, two birds.

Or in this case, one cause— two benefits.

"Careful," Di Tian warned for the first time, "Death Spider Emperors got their names not only because of their pseudo-immortality but also their ability to drain life after going through their third tribulation..."

"Oh?" Tyrant Eye grew a tad bit more cautious and now realized why such a prized spirit beast wasn't included in the King's Lair. The Death Spider Emperor would never stop hunting an Emerald Swan.

As if affirming Di Tian's words, the eight spider lances on Ja Sun's back snapped and pointed in their direction while his chuckle echoed within Tyrant Eye's domain.

"Careful now... from here on, I will stop holding myself back..." His words echoed but then he added internally, 'Aside from some divine weapons and forbidden technique.'

Ja Sun's first spirit ring appeared once again, however, instead of additional four wings, the ends of the eight lances glowed gently.

Already aware of what this particular skill might be, the two beast's prepared themselves, expecting Ja Sun to transfer all his enhancement into speed... yet—

All eleven of his limbs lost that particular glow except for one spider lance that Ja Sun waved around carefully.

Stunned, Tyrant Eye hissed, "What do you think you're doing?!"

"Didn't I say I'm going all out? It's the first time that even I am using eight additional limbs... I'm going all out in getting to know them. See? Focusing all the enhancement on one limb would make it extremely hard for me to make use of this limb. When I do stop enhancing this one... I would have an easier time later on. It's a pretty basic training routine actually. In fact, you can do the same with your tentacles—"

"Stop! Talking!" Frustrated, envious, and now enraged, Tyrant Eye roared and let loose a torrent of spiritually charged mental attacks.

Di Tian was the same. A nerve popped on his forehead as he had begun to realize that even when against the world's best, Ja Sun refused to put them in his eyes and slammed his scaled palms together. A dense and dark energy gathered in between the tiny space of his palm while Ja Sun waved his single spider lance to smack against the beam of attacks.

While it is true that Ja Sun could never contend against a spirit beast in his human form... he could play with that boundary to a certain extent in this form. After all, right now, Ja Sun was more beast than a human.

The attacks could not hold against the casual wave of the leg of the million-year-old Death Spider Emperor extending from his back further enhanced by...3600%!

What amazed Ja Sun was the fact that he could actually feel the space cracking at this point. Not as if shattering and forming black holes, no, but visible by tiny white cracks were produced yet the tip of the spider leg remaining as sharp as ever. Everything from here on out, every discovery would only serve to excite Ja Sun for this is the first time he had begun to test his limits in a long while.

"Fall back!" Di Tian whispered a hushed command.

"Don't you order me!" Tyrant Eye growled. Instead of falling back, the space in front of his helmet glowed and a silver stream of energy shot into the dark orb that Di Tian had congealed. Understanding his intentions, Di Tian, too, let go of his inhibitions as vast silver spatial energy was merged into the dark ball that seemed to have absorbed even the light before. Now, however, it looked like a glimmering black star!

They gave up on trying to capture him, Ja Sun understood that at a glance. He proved too much of a 'hassle' to be caught and before letting him turn into a menace, the duo turned to their spatial attributes to crush him in one go and they were right to do so. Of all the attributes, spatial one might just be the kind to actually tear him into bits and pieces if not ashes.

Smiling in excitement under the grim purple helmet as six of his eyes narrowed down, Ja Sun stabbed all eight of his lances into the ground to push his body up while stretching his arms outwards, "Now, now..."

A fiendish purple domain spread out of his body, easily contesting against the mental domain of Tyrant Eye while instantly restricting the Spatial attribute in the region that made the two beasts scowl. Purple miasma began to form and layer on the ground as the two beasts took to the sky but they could no longer make use of the spatial attribute. Like all domains, they, too, felt their benefits from Tyrant Eye's domain canceling out by the negative effects of Ja Sun's domain.

Right now, the suppressive and beneficial support of the domain was canceled while their unique attributes remained. For Ja Sun, the Death Domain, that was also wielded by Bibi Dong, not only turned the surroundings into a haven for Death Spider Emperor and hell for any other spirit beasts due to astounding toxins, but it also wildly suppressed other attributes. The more concentrated an attribute is within the toxin of the user, the greater the suppression. Aside from this, the domain canceled Spatial Attributes.

After all, what good is a spider if it let anyone escape its net?

As if unwilling to give them any chance to find a more beneficial way to escape his clutches, the eight lances began to ooze strings of purple slime.

Ja Sun's control was sloppy, fortunately, his experience wasn't. Instead of having fun and screwing around, Ja Sun employed his divine intent to quickly come in terms with the extra limbs as they soon stopped 'leaking' the purple web but instead shot it towards the two beasts.

Just before the ball of webs reached the duo, they exploded into spirals of giant webs that threatened to tie them and finding it safer to avoid or defend against this attack than let Ja Sun's toxins impede them, a cover of darkness despite being suppressed rose barely to entangle with the web. However, no longer keeping away from the close combat, Ja Sun chased after them instantly, his eight lances stabbing into the wall of darkness and tearing it to shred as if it was something physical and of substance before cocking his fist as they glowed gently with shock force!

Not stopping there, however, all of Ja Sun's limbs equally enjoyed the strength of his shock force but only the attacking limb would get all 3600% of enhancement transferred.

Bang!

Air crackled as Ja Sun's fist slammed into Di Tian's arms while his scales began to grow out of his wrists and cover his arms. The pitch-black scales instantly shattered as his bones creaked, making his golden pupils narrow down to slits in shock.

Bang!

A lance stabbed forward into his chest as Ja Sun spiraled from the recoil. The collision caused an outrageous noise and wind to kick up. The fact that Ja Sun could only compete with Di Tian's human form after such a physical enhancement excited him greatly.

As Di Tian's body shot down, Ja Sun chased Tyrant Eye instead.

"Don't be unruly!"

Tyrant Eye roared. Unlike the spatial attacks he had issued, a rather mysterious breath escaped his being while energy once again collected in front of him. Going all out this once, Tyrant Eye's life force, in Ja Sun's eyes, began to deplete instead. The fact that the attack expended Life Force made him a bit intrigued as the attribute of the attack still puzzled Ja Sun.

It seemed to resonate with the Spatial one but felt so... fleeting.

The attack was almost instantaneous, yet, Ja Sun's chest suddenly parted by itself, letting the attack pass through without any issue.

However, Tyrant Eye only mocked, "Come back!"

His weak whisper shocked Ja Sun as the attack that should have disappeared behind him formed in the front once again and slammed into his chest.

"I've studied evil and time attribute for many years before forming this technique, human. It costs me my own life force but... hehe, can you sense your soul origin shattering—"

"An attack that targets soul origin?" Ja Sun looked down at his chest, all six of his eyes revealing a rare look of pity, "Man... you've really used up your luck to meet me, huh..."

With a sigh, Ja Sun's fingers carved a strange rune and all the strange shiver of his soul origin calmed down.

Dazed to the point of disbelief, Tyrant Eye couldn't help but stay rooted in the air.

"You... can manipulate soul origin?"

He whispered, yet he couldn't believe what he was saying. Not even those with divine intent can just manipulate soul origin... it requires divine knowledge in the form of mysterious, godly techniques.

"Manipulate, refine, devour. You name it, and I will do it," Ja Sun shrugged. Now fully understanding the fact that despite his strength, all of Tyrant Eye's skills were naturally weak to him as if he was born to counter this very beast, Ja Sun decided to put an end to him and give all his attention to Di Tian who had begun to transform.
