Primo was lying on the sofa, watching the news, with a bored look on his face.

His eyes turned towards the opening door, watching a thirteen-year-old Ruby walk in. He yawned, sitting up, "welcome home."

"Hey, Dad." Ruby waved her hand, stepping towards her room, disappearing from his sight, making Primo sigh, "children, they grow up so fast."

He plopped back down on the sofa when Ruby backstepped, staring at him. She made an annoyed face, letting out a breath before she walked over.

Primo blinked, looking up at her, standing in front of him, with her hands crossed, staring down, "do you need something?"

"Get a job."

"I have a job. I run AIM."

"No, you do not have a job. You do not run AIM. You let someone else run AIM for you!"

Primo blinked before he sat up; he held Ruby's hands, "what happened?"

Ruby looked away, chewing in her mouth, "nothing happened."

Primo pulled the table with his leg, "sit."

"No."

Primo didn't ask again but stared at her. Ruby raised one side of her mouth before sitting down. She jerked her hair back, staring at the hands that Primo was holding in his, "what happened?"

"I said...nothing."

"Rubes, what happened?" Primo softly asked.

Ruby parted her lips before closing them when Primo raised her chin, "what?"

"A woman came to school...said she is a friend of mom."

"Ok? And?"

"Well, she knew that you are Primo...that Primo...and she said that reason mom didn't live with you was that she didn't want to hold you back. And that you are only staying at home because of me, and it's killing you."

Primo chuckled before it became full-blown laughter, making Ruby more annoyed, "shut up!"

Primo rolled his eyes, "when did my daughter become innocent enough to believe someone who just came over."

Ruby embarrassedly circled her golden hair around her, "then...why did you give up being a superhero? Isn't it because of me?"

Primo chuckled, "I didn't give up. I am taking a breath before things become a bigger mess. Anyway, soon you'd be having a problem that I am too busy and never here. So, can you draw me a picture of this woman?"

Ruby stood up, taking out her cell, "I took a picture of her when she wasn't looking."

Primo took the cell, going through her gallery when Ruby tried to take it back, "just see that one!! Not all! Dadddd!!!!"

Primo chuckled, putting his hand on her face, keeping her at a distance, "Sure, sweety. Dad is just trying to find one."

His eyes scanned through her pictures, "ah, are these your friends? Wait, you went to the movies? Did you skip school!"

"Daaddddddddddd!!"

Abruptly, he stopped on one picture, "hey, is that a boy whose cheek you are kissing?!"

Ruby slammed away his hand, hastily taking away her cell, "that's none of your business!!"

Primo took the cell away again, "ok, ok, I am just gonna look at the picture of the woman."

Ruby sat down beside him, staring at the cell when Primo leaned towards her, kissing her head, "so, you have a boyfriend?"

"It has nothing to do with you." She carefully watched him look at the picture of the woman, snatching away her cell.

She wanted to stand up to walk away, but Primo held her down, "so, sweety. You have a boyfriend?"

Ruby curled her lips, "not exactly boyfriends. The boys in my school are so dumb. Even Pete is better than them, and it is Pete I am talking about. I was just trying to see how a kiss felt."

Primo parted his lips in realization, "ah." He pointed at his cheek, "you can always kiss Papa?"

Ruby turned towards him, cupping his face between her hands, "Dad..."

"Yes?"

"You are creepy."

Primo chuckled, holding her jaw, kissing her cheek, "I know, sweety. I know."

"Ew! Getaway!!" Ruby rushed out of his grasp, snorting, walking towards her room, "take care of your problems, Dad! I don't want that woman creeping around!"

"Yeah, I will," Primo stood up, stretching his body, and orange fire covered his body, turning into a three-piece pinstripe suit.

He looked down, "something is missing...let's see."

Flames rose from his neck, spreading, forming a cloak with an upturned collar and red tassels. He raised his hand, waiting when Ruby, who came out to take food, covered her face, "what are you doing?"

"You weren't supposed to see that," He just said when numerous flames passed through the walls. It collected around his finger, forming a ring with blue crystal and roman numerical I.

He glanced towards Ruby, who scrutinized him, "so, are you going to fight someone?"

"No?"

"Remove the cloak. It looks stupid if you are not fighting."

Primo covered his face, "yup, ok."

The cloak disappeared in flames, while Ruby nodded, "ok, you look decent. Where are you going?"

Primo walked over, kissing her head, "going to see your mother."

Ruby narrowed her eyes, "Which one?"

"The new one."

"God!! Dad! She's not my mother!"

Primo rolled his eyes, "she is your mother. It's better if you get used to it now and don't say that in front of her? Food's in the fridge. Also, there are some snacks if you want. Be good while I am gone."

"Yes, Dad."

Primo turned into fire sparks, disappearing, making Ruby curl her lips, "hmm, maybe the cloak was cooler."

She shrugged her shoulder, "oh, well."

Underground Floor,

The flaming sparks appeared in the middle of the passageway, and the red alarm started going off.

The sparks came together, forming Primo's body, and numerous footsteps came to a stop, pointing guns at him.

Primo raised his hand, "seriously? You guys have nothing better to do?"

"No! No! No! It shouldn't be like this. It should have worked!"

Primo watched Fitz walk out of the crowd, looking at a tablet, "I created Quantum Field Disruptors that should have stopped you from teleporting inside!"

Alphonso Mackenzie, who was holding a shotgun ax, leaned towards Fitz, "so it didn't work? We can put down the guns, right?"

Fitz waved his hand, ruffling his hair, "yeah, yeah, it's all right. Go to your posts."

Alphonso waved his hand, gesturing them to leave, as he walked over to Primo, "you can't use the door?"

"Nope, it's more fun this way," Primo light smiled, patting his shoulder, "where is she?"

"She is in Bio and Research Lab," Fitz said, "I'll take you. Also, why couldn't I stop you from teleporting? Your teleportation didn't depend on Quantum Field? But I saw it. There was a change in Quantum Field when you came."

Primo glanced towards him, "well, those are ripples in reality. My powers are a bit conceptual in nature. Think of it like moonlight reflecting in the water. My powers are being reflected on the Quantum Field, doesn't mean that you can block them by covering the Quantum Field."

Fitz scratched his head, "how do you block Conceptual Powers?"

Primo took a sharp breath, closing one eye, thinking, "mmm, ask your Boss? He should know more than me."

Fitz hugged his tablet, "well, he's...busy..."

"Oh, ohhh, that busy?"

"Yeah."

"Who?"

Fitz shrugged, "someone from Attilan...well, he's a famous playboy...so everyone is used to it by now."

Primo chuckled, "what about Jemma?"

Fitz jerked up, "there is nothing between him and Jemma!"

"I mean you and Jemma. Did you tell her yet? The End of the World is coming soon. So, you know? Shouldn't you?"

"Shouldn't he, what?"

Fitz tensed up, hearing Simmons's voice, "nothing! I-I-I-I have....new...new...new data! I should...show...you...yeah...show you data."

Simmons suspiciously looked at him when Primo passed her, holding back his laugh.

He stopped stifling his laughter, walking over to Maya with a smile, "Hey."

Maya confusedly looked up, letting out a smile, "I was wondering who it was when the alarms went off."

Primo hugged her from behind, looking at her computer screen, "are you still working on Extremis?"

Maya leaned her head back on his shoulder, "yes. After two years of combined hard work. We just synthesize Extremis 0.5."

Primo put his hands on the table, nibbling her ear, "good work, sweetheart."

Maya turned her hand back, putting her palm on his cheek, "why are you here?"

"I might have come to see you?"

Maya turned around, leaning on the table, looking at him with a sarcastic smile, "aw, so sweet."

Primo chuckled, kissing her lips, "mmmm, I came to see Coulson. I need information on someone. Someone approached Ruby...I need to know who."

Maya pecked his lips, "ok."

Suddenly, the two of them looked towards the door that was forcefully opened.

Mack was panting, "it's trouble...the alarms weren't for you. A portal opened in Nevada."

Maya and Primo both frowned, "isn't that?"

"The facility that was researching Tesseract."

"Wasn't that product shut down because of how dangerous it was?"

Mack shrugged, "that was what we were told."

Primo scratched the back of his ear, looking down, "oh, well. It might be a good thing. They might have learned how to control it."

"Let's hope so."
