Reed was pacing near his chair, reading the charts on a strange machine that he had been secretly pointing towards Sephiroth, "You...I should say, J. C. Scarlet A.K.A. Jay. There is a chance that once his soul was taken and yet, the Stones let him live. He became what they are...a Singularity."

"Mr. Reed, why don't you say it in a way that we understand?" Nick frowned.

"He's trying to say that there couldn't be more than one of him in the same universe. Even if someone managed to create a clone, then it would awaken Jay's consciousness. He would be literally in two places at the same time."

"So are you saying?" Steve leaned forward, "That this is Jay?"

"No, he's not," Tony frowned, "He might be familiar...but it's not him. Right."

Sephiroth shrugged without answering, looking towards Reed with interest.

Reed shook his head, "No, he's not. That's the thing, when he was about to be born, Jay's consciousness connected to this body. But since he didn't want that, he used Heart of the Innocence to try and break the Singularity connection. Using the energy from all the mutant genes, the Heart opened a tunnel to Lightforce Dimension, taking in the energy to break down the Singularity connection. But seeing the connection break, Dormammu thought it was a perfect opportunity to come inside the material dimension like ours. So he tried to take over Sephiroth's body but failed. Now, inside him, there was this tug of war between light and dark forces. Which weakened the connection between Jay and the body."

He took a deep breath, "Which led to the birth of Sephiroth. Another Singularity was born from the first Singularity. If I am not wrong...you and Jay have been avoiding each other, right?"

Steve leaned forward, "What is that supposed to mean?"

Bruce raised his hand, "They are a paradox. If the two of them meet, then they might die, merge, or the universe goes poof."

"Nothing that major," Sephiroth watched them with an amused smile on his lips, "If we meet, then one of us must die. It's as simple as that. When we are at a certain distance, we can feel a pull. Which we tend to avoid. Now, I have no idea how was that important. I would really like to get back to important things."

Reed walked to the table, putting his hand on the table, "But it is important! The way things are now, it is only a matter of time before you die. The more Jay regains his powers, the stronger the Heart gets. You will lose your sense of self."

Sephiroth shrugged, "Probably. But many of the people here would be happy if that happens."

"No, we won't be," Steve frowned, "Whatever the case...that's just wrong."

Reed nodded, "That would be wrong. I helped Jay create the Heart, and I have that technology. I can help you create another."

"You can't create another Heart," Sephiroth denied that, "There is only one...Hmm, there is not just one Lightforce Dimension."

"Exactly," Reed grinned, seeing the understanding dawn on Sephiroth's face, "There are two Lightforce Dimensions. There can be two of Hearts in this universe."

Sephiroth raised his hand, "I'll thank you for reminding me. But I don't plan on creating another Heart. I have something else in mind to solve this little problem. Let's talk about the bigger ones."

"Personally, I think that this is a very big problem," Natasha narrowed her eyes, staring at Sephiroth.

"Oh, then what do you call this?" Sephiroth opened the image of a man wearing red tights, with yellow-colored bracers, a championship belt, boot, and cape.

"A man with no fashion sense?" Tony spoke, making Peggy roll her eyes, "Just like your father. You can never be serious."

"That is...not a human," Doctor Strange frowned, leaning forward.

"It's an alien, powerful one," Sephiroth spoke, "I could sense him when he reached a certain range. Call it an instinct. So, I dug a bit further...and I found this."

He changed the image, showing a massive asteroid, which seemed to be glitching.

"What is going on there?" Reed, Tony, and Bruce jumped up after seeing this, forgetting about the heavy talk they were having until now.

"That's a meteorite?"

"It's massive."

"And it's being held together and hidden?"

"It would need very advanced technology to do that."

"Hey guys, look there, see the edges, the formation? It doesn't look like an asteroids formation."

"True...this looks more like the land from under the sea...or..."

"Remains of a planet."

"Brilliant as expected of great minds," Sephiroth clapped his hands, seemingly complimenting them, "But you missed everything important."

"What?" Tony raised his eyebrow, Bruce and Reed looked towards him as well, taking his words as a challenge.

Natasha glanced towards them, "You missed that something that big can't be hidden on Earth. So it's outside Earth, that means this image is from space."

"Which means that alien has a physique that allows him to be in space without any protection. Even Thor can't stay in space so freely," Nick Fury narrowed his eyes.

"That's the difference between agents and scientists. One sees the threat, other the possibilities."

Peggy looked towards Sephiroth, "What do you see?"

Ever since she came here, she had been keeping quiet, observing Sephiroth, trying to figure it out.

"Oh, I know the answer of that," Tony spoke, glancing towards Sephiroth, "Possibilities and then the threat from those possibilities, right?"

Sephiroth looked at him a bit surprised, "Didn't think you would know that."

Tony smugly smiled when he and Sephiroth turned their eyes towards Doctor Strange, who had started speaking.

"So this man is lurking outside Earth, with a meteorite-"

"It's an asteroid. When it enters Earth's atmosphere, it becomes a meteorite."

Doctor Strange gave Bruce a look, who nodded, "I'll shut up."

"Right, so he is lurking outside, with a meteorite that was a part of a planet. He's watching us. Why?"

"To see if the meteorite could finish the job?" Natasha suggested.

"No." "No."

Nick and Sephiroth spoke at the same time before Sephiroth gestured Nick to say first.

Nick frowned, staring at Sephiroth, speaking, "Look at his clothes. Have you ever seen a villain where clothes like those?"

"More like superhero clothes," Peggy narrowed her eyes, "He wants to be a Hero? Are you suggesting that he will throw that asteroid and then save Earth from it?"

Ororo shrugged her mouth, "No one would question the man who saved the Earth."

"So, Is he like screening? Whether he wants to become the Hero of Earth or not?"

"Or maybe, he's looking if there is anyone strong enough to stop him," Steve stared at the image.

"Right, that could be it."

"So what? He's trying to see if he can come over and put himself at the top of the food chain?"

"Probably?"

"Again, you guys are still missing something important," Sephiroth just stood there, watching.

Everyone in the room exchanged a glace before Reed curiously looked at him, "Not sure what you are talking about?"

"Well, he is here, with a meteorite, but since there was a glitch, then that means he is using a tech. He's using a tech, then that tech must be somewhere. Since we can see it, then we can assume that tech is in a spaceship. One that is being cloaked from our sight, and our tech can't read. Do you understand yet?"

"Unless it's done by his own powers," Tony's eyes lit up, "There is a spaceship out there that has the technology. It allows him to keep the asteroid in place and hide it. Moreover, travel across solar systems. If we can get our hands on that thing."

"We will be able to reverse engineer it, and the Fleet project would advance at an even faster speed," Bruce shrugged his mouth, nodding.

Reed looked over with interest, "This is starting to become even more interesting. You wouldn't mind if I officially join in, right?"

"Aren't you forgetting the main problem?" Nick frowned, "There is an asteroid that could destroy our planet, and if he is confident in stopping it, then tech which can destroy it. How do you plan to fight someone like that?"

Vision, who had been staying quiet, standing at the edge of the room, spoke up, "I can slip inside if I control my density and take the data? We can counter him with his own tech?"

Ororo nodded, "That's a good idea. Kitty could be helpful too... she is very good at hacking things. More than just good...she's second to none in this field."

Sephiroth shifted his eyes ever so slightly, watching Ororo, "Her. I know her. I was going to take more of a frontal fight route, but I am starting to like your idea."

"Wait before we continue any further," Peggy knocked on the table, attracting everyone's attention as she looked towards Sephiroth.

"What do you get out of this? Don't tell me you did this out of the goodness of your heart?"

"I would never stoop that low that I would do something out of the goodness of my heart. It's simple, you can use that technology to create weapons, defenses, ships. Whatever you like. But only I get to use is for commercial use."

Nick furrowed his brows, "And why would we let you do that? You might have brought the information, but it only gives us a slight advantage."

"I agree with Director Nick," Ororo straightened her body, cautiously looking at Sephiroth.

"Because, if I can reach him, then I can send him two simple words. We know."

"You wouldn't! Do you know what kind of trouble that could cause? He just might throw that asteroid with all intent of killing us!" Reed abruptly became angry when Sephiroth tapped on the table.

A set of papers appeared in front of everyone else, "I am not a goody-goody boy, here to share information, to become friends. I am here on business, and it's simple. I get commercial rights, and you get military rights for this technology. Or we both get nothing. Well, you don't...I just might decide to go out alone and try my luck."

Sephiroth stood up, "Read them, take your time. Tell me your answer in an hour. Or get that tech in an hour."
