On the polar opposite of the continent, the main actor was the Hero Kouga Takeru, under the guidance of the Amalthea Empire.

The empire currently has the strongest human. The empire straightforwardly sent him to the numerous battlefields, and Takeru did as requested and fought in battle. And so, his skills were polished in battle.

Takeru mostly kept his abilities a secret. Especially his half immortality. His unique skill Tigers' 9 lives allows him to survive any attack that normally would be fatal. In short, you would have to severely injure him to death 9 times before you can kill him. He wanted to save that knowledge as a trump card though.

Currently it is only a step in the plans, but the empire is right now discussing about how to conquer one of the demon race’s base. In the empire, these were protectors that possessed quite the power, but there was no one that could handle them. The use of these were soon authorized. In short… he was greedy and took as much as he could.

After that, Kouga Takeru was given a number of magic items that create a barrier with high efficiency against black magic and physical attacks to be equipped on him for his daily life. It is good to have a sense to protect yourself. Basically he was covered from head to toe in a fancy armor without losing speed and being able to use more power.
