Adrian was having a good sleep that night.

He couldn't catch any new Pokemon, but that didn't stop him from enjoying himself in his dreams.

Antona appeared by his bedside. She was feeling conflicted.

The Guild Master had commanded her to remain hidden, but she had something urgent to do.

Unable to stop herself, she proceeded to shake Adrian while he slept.

[Master Adrian. Please wake up. Master..]

Even after trying for a while, Adrian was still fast asleep.

Having no options left, she pinched both his cheeks and shouted,

[Master Adrian!]

Adrian jumped up on his bed. Although still half asleep, he became vigilant of the shadow in front of him.

[WH-WHO ARE YOUU?!]

Antona quickly clasped her hands over Adrian's mouth and spoke,

[Master Adrian, I am a member of the Crimson Guild. I have an urgent task. Please cooperate!]

Adrian looked terrified but still spoke within her hands,

[How can I know that you are not lying to me? Do you have any proof that you belong to the Crimson Guild?]

Antona became surprised as she quickly considered the question and spoke in Adrian's ears,

[I happen to remember Master Adrian taking some of the Guild Master's clothes & then..]

[WAIT, WAIT! Hold ON!!]

Before she could continue any further, Adrian spoke up to override her further sentences.

He knew that she must be speaking the truth. Only someone of the Guild could have found out his blunder.

(...how did she found out? I was sure here was no one around at that time?!...)

Adrian tried to calm himself down, but the shame and embarrassment of having been exposed turned his face red.

[Speak no further! I know now that you are from the guild. What is it that you want?]

Antona sat near the bed & spoke,

[Master, today I happened to see you use a medicine on that poor boy. He was dying, but your medicine cured him completely! I checked on him earlier. He is becoming healthier as we speak!]

Adrian became startled as he backed away from her,

(...for how long has she been monitoring me?! From the guild days?! Is she a STAKLER?!!...)

Knowing that she came from the guild, he assumed her to be an ugly bitch and held no good feelings towards her.

However, he was scared of another fact,

(...what if she snitches about my acts to my mother?! No. I must make sure to comply to her demands... MOTHER MUST NEVER FIND OUT!!!...)

Even as he felt like he was being effectively blackmailed, Adrian smiled somehow & answered,

[Oh, you mean this?]

He quickly took out the FULL HEAL and stuffed it in her hands as he spoke,

[Ehem! For the guild, I must fulfill my duties! Take this and go quickly! The mission must be fulfilled. as soon as possible. If you need something else, you can come to me directly..]

Antona's eyes shined with a strange light. She didn't know what was going on in Adrian's mind & judged him to be a great future Guild Master.

(...Master Adrian is so kind! He is so generous! I must praise about him to the Guild Master!...)

Although her cheeks were flushed red, she kept her feelings hidden underneath & quickly bowed to Adrian once as she spoke,

[Thank you for the aid, Master. I will report to you soon.]

Antona vanished from Adrian's eyesight, as Adrian tried to see if she was still around before falling down on his bed in defeat.

[Would these guys ever leave me alone?]

Mariana paced outside Adrian's room furiously. Her tail shook in frustration, while her furry ears were drooping low.

She was biting her thumb in frustration as she paced around.

She held her head as she screamed,

<AH! Why can't I be with my Darling!!>

To calm herself down, she looked inside the room & could see Adrian hugging his head as he contemplated something.

Looking at him being like that, Mariana was having a hard time controlling herself.

<Ah, my Darling looks pitiful~ He is sooo cute!! I want to hang around him, hug him, play with him, eat with him, sleep with him... AHH!!>

She quickly went outside as her frustrations continued to rise.

She saw Antona speaking to Adrian earlier. That was the straw that broke the camel's back.

She had held herself back all this while to wait for a perfect opportunity, but was outsmarted by Antona.

Initially, she thought they both were kindred spirits, since both could only observe Adrian and couldn't approach him.

But, her trust was broken today!!

She had tried possessing other women, but Adrian never cared about her. She even tried possessing the most beautiful escort at the Brothel, but her plan failed again.

She also found out that some bodies were highly incompatible with her possession and the person may become either crippled or turn dead after the possession wore off.

Mariana's eyes became strange as her conviction strengthened. She stared towards Adrian & declared,

Her pupil began to turn into heart shapes. She was marveling at her Darling who was looking so pitiful.

She even started drooling imagining it.

Then, her eyes turned fierce,

<As for anyone else that stands in our way... they better prepare to disappear from this world..>

The aura around started to turn from yellow to purple as her eyes started to look devoid of life.
