Silence...

A cold dark room with many empty vessels,
The followers are still and quiet
Void of feeling and emotion, but for the cold.
A wind picks up outside,
And with it the sound of wailing.
The hearts of the men are stirred into action;
They are frightened.

And the fear grows ever stronger,
As flames are carried by said wind,
Breaking through the barriers,
Both physical and mental.
The light of the flames fills the room,
As well as filling the vessels.

Sound! Noise!
A cacophony of voices grows louder!

But, not in the same tongues
As before,
And with the feeling of
Heated Passion
For the Lord.
For many days these vessels were lost,
But now they are found,
Because of Pentecost.
