On the ground there are multiple bodies with blood around the area. One is a person with green dragon features. Another body is one that looks like Smaug, he's just a little bigger than the actual Smaug.

Smaug walks over to Vault and looks down at him. Blood covers Smaug.

Smaug puts a hand on Vault's chin and pushes his head up so he's looking at Smaug.
