(Don't be mad at me for this, but I'm skipping all the to A talk about Your Quirk episode.)

The camera opens to everyone standing in front of a stage looking up at a board that as the results of the exam.

Everyone in Class A passed except Shoto and Bakugou. Yoarashi didn't pass either.

Izuku looks to Shoto. 

Yoarashi:"Todoroki!"

Yoarashi walks up to Shoto. They stare at each other for a few seconds then Yoarashi slams his head into the ground.

Yoarashi:"Sorry! It's my fault you didn't pass! It's because I was too narrow-minded! I'm sorry!"

Shoto:"I started it in the first place. Don't worry about it."

Yoarashi:"But--"

Shoto:"There were things, I realized thanks to you confronting me directly, too."

Mina:"Todoroki.... didn't pass?"

Sero:"Both of our top two failed?"

Denki:*Looks to Bakugo.*"You should rethink your abusive language. Words are important, you know."

Bakugo gives Denki a death glare and Denki gets scared.

Bakugo:"Shut up. I'll kill you."

Mineta:"Because they are both highly skilled, they end up fighting against their own egotism."

Mineta goes up to Shoto and puts a hand on his shoulder.

Mineta:"The hierarchy's collapsing...!"

Tenya slaps and grabs the sides of mineta's face. Then Tenya takes Mineta off of Shoto.

Izuku:"Todoroki..."

Momo:"Todoroki..."

Shoto stares at Yoarashi.

Mera:"Um, next we will pass out your results."

Some men in suits go up to the students and hand them a piece of paper.

Mera:*Tired.*"They will have the breakdown of your scores, so please look over them carefully."

Man:"Kirishima."*He hands Kirishima a paper.*

Kirishima:"Thanks so much!" *The man walks away.*

Bakugo looks over to Kirishima.

Bakugo:"Hand it over..."

Kirishima:"That's not how this works."

The camera moves over to Denki and Hagakure. Denki is looking over a sheet of paper and Hagakure is shaking his shoulder.

Hagakure:"Kaminari, lemme see!"

Deki:"Wait a sec, I haven't looked at it yet."

Mera:*Tired.* "The cutoff score was 50 points. We scored based on a demerit system. You can see how many points were taken off for which actions all listed out on the printouts."

Ojiro:"61 points.... I barely passed..."

Sero:"I got 84! Look, isn't it amazing?" *He shows off his paper.* "I'm kind of good at this, huh?"

Jiro:"Wait, Yao-momo, you got 94 points?!"

Izuku walks over to Tenya.

Izuku:"Iida, how'd you do?"

Tenya:"I got 80 points. Overall, I think I had trouble with practical application. What about you, Midoriya?"

Izuku shows Tenya his paper.

Izuku:"I got 71 points. I didn't lose points for my actions, but mostly for my conduct before I acted and for standing around and stuff."

Tenya:*Fist pumps the air multiple times.* "I'm thankful that they tell us what we need to improve on!"

Izuku:"Yeah."

Mera:*Tired.* "Um, for those of you who passed, from now on, during emergency situations only, you may exercise authority the same as that of pro heroes. In other words, fighting villains, saving people from criminal acts or accidents-- You may act on your own judgment in these cases without the direction of a hero. However, this means that each and every one of your actions carries with it a responsibility towards society."

Mera:*Tired.*"I'm sure you all know that the great hero, All Might, has used up all of his power. His existence played a large part in suppressing crime. With that deterrent gone, and with only Io losing some public support, impudent people will definitely appear. The balance will be destroyed, and as the world changes greatly, you young people will someday become the center of society. Next, you all must become exemplar heroes and become great enough to suppress crime yourselves."

Mera:*Tired.*"This time, all you have received your provisional license to perform hero activities. I would like to think of yourselves as fledgelings and be even more diligent in your studies at your respective schools. And for those of you who did not pass-- There is not time for you to feel dejected that you didn't have enough points. There is still a chance left for you all. After you attend a 3-month-long special course and pass an individual test, we plan to issue a provisional license to you all, as well."

The students that didn't pass get excited.

Mera:*Tired.*"In order to deal with this 'future' that I just spoke of, we need as many good heroes as we can get. The first test was one to weed people out, but we would like to grow the hundred selected in that test as much as possible. This is why we watched all of you until the end. As a result, we saw that it wasn't that you didin't have promise. Rather, once your inadequacies are corrected, all of you have the potential to be even greater than those who passed. I think it will keep you pretty busy doing this concurrently with your studies, and you may also choose to retake the exam in April instead, but--"

Bakugo:"Of course!"

Yoarashi:"Please!"

Izuku:"Isn't this great, Todoroki?"

Mineta:"Stop that. You don't have to take it. Just take it easy. The hierarch--"

Tenya slabs and grabs the sides of Mineta's face.

Tenya:"We're waiting for you."

Izuku:*Nods.*"Yeah."

Shoto:"I'll.. catch up soon."

Later.

The camera show Izuku looking at his license while crying.

Ochaco:"Deku, are you crying?"

Izuku:"Well, it's... you know... I was helped by so many... and caused trouble for so many...."

Izuku:"So... how do I put it? It's like proof that I've matured, and it makes me so happy."

Izuku takes out his phone and takes a pictures of his license. 

Izuku:"I want to show it to Mom, Io and All Might as soon as possible!"

Ocahco:*Smiles.*"Yeah, that makes sense."

The camera moves over to Aizawa. Ms. Joke walks over to him.

Ms. Joke:"Eraser! Since we've got this chance do you want to do a joint practice sometime?"

Aizawa:"Yeah, that might be good."

The camera moves over to Shoto. Yoarashi is running to him.

Yoarashi:*Waving*"Hey! Hey!"

Tsuyu:"Oh my, even Shiketsu's here."

 Yoarashi runs by Shoto.

Yoarashi:"Todoroki, I'll see you at the special course! But you know, honestly, I still don't like you! I'll apologize in advance! Sorry!"

Yoarashi runs back to his friends.

Yoarashi:"That's all!"

Kirishima:"Was that supposed to be considerate?"

Shoto:"I'll make the best of it, too."

Aoyama:"Merci... He's someone who's both bold and sensitive, isn't he?"

Izuku runs up to Mora.

izuku:"Excuse me! U-Um...!"

Mora turns around.

Izuku:"What kind of training do you do to erase your presence?"

Mora:"We don't have any training like that..."

Izuku:"But, um, the girl with big lips said... And she seemed like she wanted to talk more, so I was hoping to talk to her, but..."

Mora:"Big lips...? Oh, Camie? She said she wasn't feeling well and took a taxi to the station first."

Izuku:"Oh, uh, I see... I feel bad for not finishing our conversation..."

Mora:"Now that you mention it, she's been weird for the past three days or so. A little different from usual, I think..."

Few minutes later.

Izuku is back with his friends and they see Io standing by himself.

Kirishima:"What is Mr. Io doing?"

Io looks like he's trying not to laugh then he starts to chuckle then he just burst out laughing. He's laughing like a mad man. 

Io:*Laughing.*"Almost all of my students passed the license exam!"

Io:*Sounds crazy.* "That will show the school board that I deserve that 'Teacher of the Year' award!"

Most of the students nearby back away from Io scared. 

Tsuyu:"I think Mr. Io has finally lost it."

Kirishima:"He really wants that awarded."

Tenya:"He takes his job teaching really seriously. 

Later.

Everyone is back in the U.A. dorms common area.

Jiro:"We've got regular classes starting tomorrow, huh? There is no rest for heroes."

Sato:"But man, a lot sure has happened!"

Tokoyami:"I will never forget this summer for the rest of my life."

Izuku is on his phone and Bakugo walks up to him.

Bakugo:"Hey, go out front later."

Bakugo:"Let's have a talk about your Quirk."

Izuku looks to Bakugo as he's walking away.

Izuku:Kac...chan..."

Later.

The camera shows Bakugo and Izuku walking somewhere. Izuku is following Bakugo. 

Izuku:"Kacchan. How far are we going? We shouldn't be walking around in the middle of the night like this."

Bakugo doesn't answer him. 

Izuku:"Hey..."

Bakugo doesn't answer again and they arrive at their destination. Ground Beta. The building Izuku and Bakugo fought in for All Might's class.

Izuku:"This is... Ground Beta..."

Bakugo:"This is the place where we had our first combat training. Where I fought and lost to you. You've always made me sick. You were Quirkless and useless, so how'd you get into U.A., and how'd you get a Quirk? I don't understand this guy that said some stuff that made no sense and then looked satisfied with himself and just kept on climbing up, higher and higher..."

Bakugo:"Ever since the sludge villain... No, since All Might and Io came to town... Higher and higher... until finally for the provisional license, you passed, but I failed. What the hell? Huh?"

Izuku:"That's not a matter of ability, but--"

Bakugo:*Interrupts Izuku.* "Shut up and listen, damn scum!"

Izuku:"Sorry..."

Bakugo:"You've always made me sick and pissed me off. But that thing in Kamino helped me understand, kind of."

Bakugo looks to Izuku.

Bakugo:"I've been thinking about it this whole time. You go it from All Might, didn't you? Your power. The boss villain, apparently he could steal people's Quirks and give them to others people. It's hard to believe, but one of those old cat ladies lost her Quirk and can't work anymore. And apparently he gave Io a Quirk that ruining his own. After you met All might and Io, you changed, and then All Might lost his power. What All Might said after he beat the boss villain... Back then, you were the only one who took it differently."

Bakugo:"Thinking about how those Nomu and Knight scums ahd multiple Quirks, it seems pretty credible. Besides...All Might, Io and that boss bastard knew each other. Quirks could move from one person to another and All Might and Io knew the guy who could do it, so it all connected to what you said about receiving your Quirk from someone. I asked All Might about it. But he wouldn't answer me. That's why I'm asking you."

Izuku doesn't answer. 

Bakugo:"Since you're not denying it, it must be true. Damn it..."

Izuku:"What're you going to do with the answer?"

Bakugo:*Narrows his eyes.* "You and I both wanted to be like All Might and Io. Right... That's how it was... Someone I'd always thought was just a pebble was acknowledged by the people I admired without me realizing it...That's why..."

Bakugo brings is arm up.

Bakugo:"Let's fight. Right here, right now."
