An issue has arisen, there are 2 different containment facilities: The Fridge and The Raft

The Fridge - in a classified location, it's a detainment and storage facility of SHIELD.

The Raft - located in the Atlantic Ocean, the place where Captain America's companions were kept after Civil War, unaffiliated with SHIELD, belongs to the USAF, mainly the United States Navy.

I'm a bit at a loss right now, since 'lone island, prison, Atlantic Ocean' are the description.

Unless one of you readers knows a place that's located in the Atlantic Ocean, belongs to the SSR (God knows who it belongs to now since the SSR was reformed), a prison that spans across thousands of square kilometers, stores most, if not all, of the dangerous stuff SHIELD will collect in the future, I'll refer to it as the Raft for now.
