A woman in a maternity hospital gave birth to a baby, the nurse went to the baby room in the middle of the night, accidentally found that the baby isn't breathing, body cold, dead.

The hospital decided to cover up and replace the dead baby with an orphan just a few days old. The woman was unconscious at the time of birth and had not yet seen her own child, so it was theoretically safe to replace a baby with a nondescript one.

The next day, the woman was given access to the replacement baby, but she frantically shouted, "this is not my baby!"
