“Shen RuYi, this is Luo MiHua, she will be my assistant starting tomorrow.” Jin Hai introduced.

An YunXi nodded his head. Today was a free day so even though she was being introduced there was nothing for her to do. An YunXi extended his hand with a dull expression too shake her hand.

“I will be in your care from now on.” An YunXi’s face stayed rather expressionless, but his tone of voice was rather warm.

The internally bitter Luo MiHua couldn’t help but feel a little more bitter. Her actor was a rather new fishy, but his face didn’t seem too change in expressions. How could someone like that act? A stone face and cold eyes. This small actor seemed too really like putting on airs.

Little did the bitter assistant Luo MiHua know, that little actor was one of the biggest rising stars. The magazine interview and photos had been released, and many were shocked to see the little actor, many people had bought it just because they felt that the images were rather pretty on the outside. The model on the cover was rather famous, but when they saw Shen RuYi’s pictures on the centerfold along with a column of his interview many had posted and forward on Weibo. The little actor was climbing in the number of fans. This wasn’t the only thing, the trailer for the TV drama that he was currently in was being spread all over. Being showed off during advertisements on TV and online.

The bitter assistant Luo MiHua decided she would research about her little, wait she couldn’t call him her actor, so the actor she was working for.

An YunXi wanted Jin Hai too take him to the night market he was talking about. He wanted to see all the stalls on the streets just like his past like. Even though his face was like a statue, Jin Hai could feel the child like aura coming from the usually icy actor.

“Market…” An YunXi’s face stayed the same, neither his lips or eyes seemed too curve. But for some reason Jin Hai felt like he was smiling.

“...” Jin Hai reluctantly dragged the childish actor and the bitter assistant to the night market.

The childish Shen RuYi happily went too the stalls too look at what they had. The bitter assistant continued to watch the actors every move. The more she looked the more she couldn’t look away. She started to see that even though his face hadn’t changed she could feel the mood of the boy. Even with his tight lipped face, she could feel the excitement of the boy.

It was only then did she realize this boy was no more than a child. No parents to take care of him. Little friends. A quiet like personality. He must have been a rather lonely child. He wasn’t even that old, 18 could barely be considered an adult in her eyes. She was a 25 year old woman that felt that people under 20 were children. And Shen RuYi seemed too finally fall under the category of needing to protect rather then work for.

An YunXi walked around each stall with a joyous look on his face even though his lips didn’t completely turn into a smile, you could see that he was very happy. An YunXi didn’t really enjoy sweets so he didn’t really buy much food, rather he caught little trinkets from the elderly and small items from those with children.

“Shen RuYi, you shouldn’t run off.” The no longer bitter assistant said.

“Mhm.” An YunXi responded with a nod.

“Make sure not to take off that hat and sunglasses, even though you are a small actor, you are rising in the number of fans.” Jin Hai also pipped in.

“Oh.” An YunXi replied seeming a bit slow.

“...” Oh? Is that all you say! I tell you that your fan base is rising and all you say is Oh!!!!

An YunXi turned away from the agitated Jin Hai and the oddly acting Luo MiHua. The shopping around became quite crowded, much more hectic than the streets of An YunXi’s old life. He was actually starting to get uncomfortable and the happy aura started too seem rather gloomy. Jin Hai wasn’t really paying attention to the dampening of the boy’s mood, but the newly added mother hen Luo MiHua quickly picked it up. She then stated too Jin Hai that they should leave before an accident happens.

The three left the night market and went back to An YunXi’s apartment. Jin Hai took it upon himself to take Luo MiHua home and she accepted after An YunXi was inside his own home and reading the script for tomorrow.

An YunXi wasn’t feeling so bright after coming home, too erase the unease in his heart he decided to analyse his next scene for tomorrow. He didn’t really know when he started to enjoy acting. It wasn’t about having a bunch of people fawn over him. He really didn’t care about that, he cared about bringing the literature to life. He was fascinated with the job that he was doing. Although he could no longer use his sharpened skills for combat for his emperor, he was still trying his best.

When letting his thoughts drift he thought back to the day that he had to go on that talk show. The people that he had participated with were a rather odd pair. He didn’t really get why when he saw the two it made his heart itch. He didn’t think there was any melice coming from any of them, but the appearance of this Hou SiHai caused him to feel a bit perturbed along with seeing the young Xia NuoLi. He didn’t really understand why.

That was it. They reminded him of people from his past life. Or before he was transmigrated? Reincarnated? Reborn? He didn’t gain Shen RuYi’s memories so this couldn’t really be his body. Maybe it was transmigration. An YunXi has been hearing a lot about how right after you die you find yourself in a different body. The netizens of HuaXia seemed too really like this type of story plot. Well he couldn’t blame them, he also liked this type of fantasy.

That was beside the point, the two had reminded him of very specific people in his life. Hou SiHai had the appearance of his majesty the emperor, while the little shrimp Xia NuoLi reminded him of his younger brother.

Black lines appeared on his face. He felt rather stupid too only realize this now. But then again he wasn’t really paying attention to what they looked like or who they were. But too actually look like the two people he either cared for or hated was a bit annoying. An YunXi felt that he really didn’t want to see the two. One, was because of being betrayed and his hurt was still there. Two was because he felt that he must have disappointed his majesty. Although he knew that they were not the same people as his last life, the appearance resemblance was rather strong. But too think that after a couple of months he would already forget the appearance of his younger brother and the person he dedicated his life to. An YunXi was a young man of 25 in his last life, not even married too give his parents grandchildren, not only that his younger brother was gay, so who would continue the bloodline?

An YunXi started too feel depressed again. When did he become so emotional? Before he felt that his EQ was much better, but now he was questioning it rather harshly. An YunXi gave himself the benefit of the doubt. He was thrown into an unknown world, nobody realized that he wasn’t really Shen RuYi so he felt that this was already rather good. An YunXi felt that no one really knew the boy, and this made An YunXi pleased but at the same time feeling that his boy is rather pitiful. An YunXi had realized that even though Jin Hai seemed capable he was also a bit slow and stupid. So he felt that he won’t be caught.

Maybe it was time to let himself be more free. Although he liked following the emperor, there was now no emperor for him to follow. So he had his own king. Although An YunXi didn’t think he would be a very good king, it was only to himself. He had yet to do things for himself. Why can’t he do it now where there is nothing that can hold him back?

An YunXi’s mood started to pick up he became determined to live life his own way.

Finally feeling better, An YunXi quickly grabbed something from the kitchen to eat before reading some guidebooks on how to use the internet. An YunXi also decided to pick up some other languages he would like to be more capable, and now that he does not have to go off too battle he had more time. Well besides the time that was needed for filming and other stuff.

~~~~~~
Next day at the set An YunXi carried an English book. He felt that it would be easier to learn if he just threw himself into it. Although he couldn’t speak or understand it when hearing, he could at least read it.
The other members at the set felt shocked to see the young handsome lad reading a thick book all in the foreign language of english. It was a really big thing too know english right now and they also know it is taught to those in school. So although they were shocked they felt it was natural for a boy that was just in highschool to know how to read english.
What they didn’t know was that although the boy looked rather capable, the Shen RuYi before An YunXi came was rather enliterate. The boy had never went to high school, and had only gone to school till he reached the age of 10. Which happened to be something buried very deep. But then again Shen RuYi was also not named Shen RuYi.
Anyway, An YunXi sat silently as he stared at the book in hand, he wore a military uniform fittingly as if he were Xue MingYin. The young boy had clear white skin making others rather hungry.
An YunXi kind of felt that the character MingYin was very suited too wearing glasses, he had found a pair of fake glasses in the pile of props and he had placed them on his nose, causing a rather drastic effect. Many felt it was too handsome, that his appearance should be illegal. The young boy was really too much, what will they do if the young female viewers want to kill the scriptwriter once MingYin dies?
Sighs….
An YunXi who was ignorant of all the other’s thoughts continued to self teach himself english. He felt that it was actually going very well. Too think that after transmigration or whatever it was that he would actually have an increase in his IQ! He found the puzzle of figuring out the words in english was rather fun even though he could barely piece together the actual meaning.
“Xiao Ru! Come talk with big sister Xun, big sister Xun feels neglected with out Xiao Ru’s attention!” Wang MeiXun had grabbed An YunXi’s book and made sure to not lose his place, but made sure that he couldn’t run away from her.
“Oh…” the boy in military uniform and glasses seemed to give a childish pout, causing everyone’s heart too itch a bit. They really just wanted to pinch his cheeks and give him kisses.
The progression of the filming was going rather quick and would be air fairly soon. An YunXi felt both excited and distressed.
The two conversed for a while before it was either of their turns too act. An YunXi was soon left behind by Sister Xun because she was the female lead, how could An YunXi have more parts then her? But Sister Xun also felt a bit bitter, she really enjoyed acting with Shen RuYi, although he did seem too release some aura, the character he played was not overbearing. She felt that if Shen RuYi had the role of Captain Jun it would be rather hard too freely act with him, even though she felt that Shen RuYi was very comfortable to act with that was mainly the role he played wasn’t someone that could give off a suffocating aura. She felt both a bit relieved and disheartened. If Shen RuYi played the role of Captain Jun she was sure that he would have done a brilliant job, but she also felt then she would have a hard time getting to know him off the set. Shen RuYi was someone that seemed to be too immersed in the character. Making them seem to life like. It was at the point where she felt that Shen RuYi wasn’t Shen RuYi but was actually the poor Xue MingYin, once Shen RuYi gets in character he doesn’t really seem too full step out of it until the day ends. She felt this was both good and bad. If Shen RuYi could act so well why would it be bad? Well because she was very concerned about his mental health. Having too many personalities at the same time would be maddening wouldn’t it? Well Shen RuYi was literally creating the person inside of himself.
But so far Shen RuYi hasn’t done anything bad and she felt that he was actually rather stable. The boy’s EQ was very strong and she respected the boy, but she also wondered what he had to go through too have such a strong will that emotions don’t get in the way of it.
An YunXi didn’t know that he was currently being pitied and respected. An YunXi decided to read his book while he waited for his turn too film. He had found that english was rather fun too decode and he seemed to be rather skilled at it.
“Shen RuYi your in the next scene, let me do some last touch ups with the make up.” said one of the make up artists. An YunXi put down the book and took off the glasses that he was wearing.
The vice director, Qu Huang, walked over. “Shen RuYi, I think those glasses really suit MingYin’s image for the next scene why don’t you wear it.”
“Oh.. Okay.” An YunXi responded.
The make up adjustments were soon done and An YunXi walked over to the director to watch the current filming go. Zhang KeShi was very pleased with Shen RuYi so when he saw the young boy come over he gave a very small smile and continued to watch the interaction between Xue MingYang and Captain Jun. An YunXi stood beside the director with his military uniform and glasses, releasing an aura that seemed too not allow others to not notice him. It was a rather manly aura, dominating the area and giving off some cold chills. Xue MingYin in the next set would be displaying his ruthlessness when trying to maintain favor from his higher ups so that they would not think he was useless, which would give him a better chance at staying alive. The higher ups liked useful people, if he could not contribute, he was a waste of food and clothes. Although Xue MingYin was also determined to make sure that nothing happened to his sister.
An YunXi didn’t really realize why he liked this role until he really thought of it. He didn’t realize that he felt a very deep connection with the character. MingYin would be betrayed by his own sister in the future, for a reason of falling in love. How could he not feel connected. The ignorant boy would die because of his sisters betrayal and idiotic mind change.
An YunXi felt this was very familiar. He was betrayed by his own sibling, the reason for love. How could An YunXi not feel a bond? Although this was the younger brother getting betrayed by the older sister, and for him it was the younger brother betraying the older. The other twist was that for him he was a powerful war general and his twin brother was a rather simple minded waste in the view of the public. MingYang was someone who provided for her brother, and MingYin was the waste. In some aspects there were many twist, but An YunXi felt that the core, he and MingYin were very similar.
An YunXi walked up when the scene had finished, getting ready to act his own.
“Action!”
“Captain Jun, I feel there is a possibility to win this battle.”
“MingYin, not now, you are still recovering, why aren’t you resting.”
“I will rest once you listen to me.”
Captain Jun stared into the eyes of the determined young boy, right now you couldn’t tell that this boy was a sickly frail little thing. The strength and fire in his eyes were beyond wild. The boy’s eyes were currently sheltered behind the slender glasses frame, but the desire and will power could not be contained behind the pieces of glass.
“What is it.”
~~~

When the scene finished An YunXi was rather sweaty. The hype he felt had rather cooled off. MingYin was frail, so he also had to be frail. But he made sure that even though he was physically weak that he was also mentally strong.

Soon he was done for the day and An YunXi was taken home.

~

The young girl in her pajamas was out of school for being sick, she had recovered a bit and was rather boring. She had remembered that a drama she like was releasing it’s final episode and she made sure to watch. She was nibbling on an apple. Tears in her eyes as she watched the show. But when it finished she couldn’t help but smile and sigh at the ending.

The commercials then played after and she was about to turn off the tv, until she saw something she couldn’t help but be stunned stupid and forget to turn it off.

There was an image of the beautiful actress Wang MeiXun and the handsome actor Zhao Han. The beautiful actor was actually dressed like a boy, raising a gun and firing as she was on the battlefield. But what really captured the young girl’s attention was the very good looking boy that had pale white skin as if it were translucent. He looked fragile and his eyes full of despair, but by the beautiful actor his eyes light up as if she were his hero. The boy was more so in the background, but the young girl couldn't take her eyes off of him.

The falses of some other scenes appeared and at the end there was the list of who was who.

Wang MeiXun as Xue MingYang

Zhao Han as Captain Jun

Shen RuYi as Xue MingYin

The girl couldn’t help but squeal, she rushed to get onto the Weibo site too see if any one knew the handsome pale boy.

[QiuQiuMaoQiu]: AHHHHHH!!!! Who was the pretty boy!!!!

[Mushroom Lover]: which one!!! which one!!!

[XXXannonnomys]: AHHH MY FAMILY’S SHEN RUYI IS PLAYING AS GODDESS WANG MEIXUN’S YOUNGER BROTHER!!!!

And so after the commercial for the TV weekly drama【Rushing Through Rivers】it was one of the most tagged topics on Weibo.
