Koto was surprised from the barrage of notifications and almost dropped Kuroshi. 

"Are you alright?" Elise asked after seeing Koto drop Kuroshi.

"Never been better."

"Anyways, the blades name is Kuroshi and I hope you treat each other well." [Each other?] [So you're my new owner? Not as good as Elise though.]

"Wha- Who are you?" [I'm god.] 

"Wait, really." [No you nimwit. I'm the blade you're currently holding.]

"So I see you've already met Kuroshi." Elise said.

"So you're telling me that this inanimate object, somehow can use telepathy?" 

"Yes" [Yes]

"I think I'm going crazy."

"Don't worry, you'll get used to it." [Sure, bet I will.]

"We shouldn't leave Jushima all by herself. Let's head back to my room."

"Yeah, of course." Koto unsheathed to see that it was a normal looking sword. Koto sheathed the sword and walked out the room. [How'd you like my beautiful, magnificent, blade.]

"It was okay." [Can Elise take me back, at least she understood my magnificent.]

"No you're my blade and until I die." Elise walked out the room, 

"You know you can talk to Kuroshi in your head. Instead of... ya know." 

"Ah, sorry." [Why didn't you tell me this?] [I didn't think it was necessary, as my owner should know such things.] Koto showed clear anger on her face, but didn't say anything. They walked around the castle and entered Elise's room. Jushima was looking out the window as she thought about something.

"We're back!" Jushima turned around from the sudden yell. Jushima then speed walked to Koto,

"I saw the announcement, you got a legend grade sword!?" 

"What announcement?" Jushima stared at Koto with a blank face,

"I was told that the person doesn't get the announcement, but I didn't know it was true." Koto was still confused,

"Basically, do you get a notification about being the first about something?"

"Ye~a?" 

"When you get that notification, the entire server gets an notification about it." Koto just processed what she meant and started panicking. Elise spoke up,

"What does that mean?" Koto and Jushima were surprised from her sudden input,

"It just means that people will come to look for her."

"Hm, that is certainly a predicament. Why don't you just stay here?" 

"No can do, we're 'adventurers' so we can't just stay in one place." Elise sighed, 

"Alright, when are you going to leave?" After a moment of silence,

"We're thinking about, right.. now." 

"Of course, well I'll see you off then." They walked together to the exit and once they reached it, they all felt sad.

"I'm going to miss you two."

"Us too."

"Do you still have the insignia?"

"Yup." After talking more, they finally said their goodbyes and Koto and Jushima left the inner gates of the castle. They walked further out until they reached the main entrance of the castle. 

"Well, that was a very fun and exciting adventure." *You have completed the quest and received your reward* [Well nice to know I finished the quest.] [What quest?] Koto jumped from Kuroshi's sudden surprise. Jushima looked at Koto weirdly, but Koto played it off. [Can you only talk to me when I talk to you?] [Fine. Geez.] Just as Koto was about to talk, Jushima interrupted him,

"I think we should go our separate ways." Koto was shocked by what Jushima said,

"Why?" 

"I just don't think we can keep going on like this. What I mean is that, I'm holding you back."

"What, you aren't holding me back. Why would you ever think that?" 

"I.. I just think- No, I know that I'm holding you back." Jushima turned to leave, but Koto grabbed her on the shoulder. Jushima turned around and Koto smacked her.

"I don't care what you think, it's completely different from what is the truth. People can think and say, but it's always far from the truth. That also stands for YOU." [I know this, it's imposter syndrome. I've had this feeling before, but someone was able to drag me out and now I need to drag Jushima out.] 

"We may go our separate ways, but know that you have a friend." Koto walked away, leaving Jushima at the main entrance. After walking far enough to reach the gate of the town, he got a message from Jushima, *Thank you, I'm sorry for what I said. However, now I know that I have a friend waiting for me.*

"Heh, I'm glad that I could help her a tiny bit." [Wow, so dramatic.] 

"Oh you shut the f*ck up." [Woah there, watch your profanity.] After cursing out Kuroshi for a bit, Koto finally stopped and got back on track. [I guess I should log out, I slept through the night irl.] 

"Touyo, log me out." 

"Yes." Koto started fading away, and completely disappeared a second later.
