•System rewards pending to be climbed, Like Max, said System rewards are already distributed but he hasn't checked their info.

•His two personalities take over his body simultaneously making the decision they don't make separately.

•The reason why Max didn't go further with Kaguya was to stop himself from doing something he always hated. (Sound hypocrite I know but we humans find an easy way out, like the trolley problem, In it if there was switch people will save 5 people by killing one(at least on paper) because they didn't have direct contact with it and justified saying they save 5 peoples but if they have to push a fat man down on the tracks killing him but stopping the train by his weight to save 5 people most of them will not do that even when in both scenario they have to kill one person because in the first case they directly didn't do anything and can hide behind that fact but the second one they have to dirty their hands. Same with Max, He hides behind a system justifying his actions.)
