(Hiro's point of view)

Luca and Nina embraces each other. Nina weeps.

"Enough crying, Nina. We must defend our life tonight." Luca brushes Nina's curly hair, trying to calm her down.

"Luca, Nina, Soraya. Stay there and protect Lyla."

They nod and I cut several men who jump at the uninfected knights. 

They are cut into two. So, this is Lyla's power.

This bonus ability is "Points transfer", one of the special abilities I gained upon activation of "Final Resurrection" when I was killed by hypnotized Lyla in Abram. 

The condition to activate this ability is for the person I want to take the ability points from is unconscious due to injury. The points transfer is actually temporary. It seems I am really borrowing Lyla's abilities.

However, there is drawback. 10% of the points borrowed shall be permanently owned by me. In other words, upon completion, Lyla will be 10% weakened and I will gain 10% of hers permanently. 

Nevertheless, this is the time that forces me to do that.

Mozgus, the big man with wings is flying in the sky, looking below. 

"How dare you kill my beloved children!"

He barks eerily. It seems he is aware of the four henchmen's death.

Before he randomly attacking our sides, I must attract him to focus on me.

I inhale my breath and bellow,

"Mozguz! I killed your four men!"

He turns to me. I sense bloodlust from distance.

I bellow again,

"Your religion is false. Your three god's are confusing. You guys are heretics. Come at me!"

He flies towards me.

"I witness a miracle. God bestowed me with his power through an angle. Heretics like you won't understand that. You intend to interfere with our sacred duty. I must convey God's punishment over you!"

"Square faced man! Come here if you are not coward!"

"You. I don't know what you are seeking. But I will take that witch and burn her in the name of God!"

What the hell.... His wings turn white and grow bigger. 

"If you intend to defy God's command, I have you atone with your blood!"

He flies straight towards me but I pierce his shoulder.

He flies away but immediately makes a U-turn and attacks from my left side.

He is so damn fast. His finger almost reaches my eyes but I slightly dodge and rotate my body before hitting him with the momentum.

He flies away with those injuries.

But he still stomps my stomach before flying away. I am thrown away to the wall.

(Farnese's point of view)

That man is inflicting wounds on the monster, Mozgus but he is kicked.. oh, no, he is thrown towards me.

I fall to the floor to dodge him. He crashes into the wall. 

Is he dead?

I move towards him.

"Kyaaa!!"

Suddenly, stands up.

Mozgus flies again towards him. 

They exchange blows. 

Like the women before, he fights and cuts the monster.

He is fighting the monster as an equal or more.

What is this? Who are them?

Whenever they appear, it breaks apart. The world I know shatters with a deafening roar. 

That's right. Now, that the veil of faith has burned away, only children, terrified by the dark, are lit in the gloom.

 Mozgus continues combination of attacks but either slashed away by the large sword or dodged. The usually cool priest is starting to loose his composure.

His punch lands on the man while the man's swing lands cleanly on Mozgus. Both are thrown away. Mozgus falls near me.

He raises and turn to me. I am stunned by fear.

"Lady Farnese. You appear to have not received blessings from God."

I retreat several steps and points my sword to him.

"Lady Farnese. Become one of us, blessed by God!" He strides towards me.

I strike his hand.

"You..." He looks at his bleeding hand in disbelief and grabs my shoulder.

"My lady!" 

Rowan strikes his undefended nape.

"Argg!"

Mozgus turns to Rowan and punches him but Rowan manages to land several slashes on his face. Mozguz screams in pain while Rowan is punched away. 

"No..Rowan!!"
