Minerva and her followers had left to Lothering the day after my proclamation as the ruler of this place. In my previous world, ancient an medieval men became rulers only declaring their authority over a land or subject. Whether the self-proclaimed ruler could protect their sovereignty over that land and subjects was what  determined their actual rulership.

There was no exact border between ruled territories. Moreover, a ruler's territory often collide with another ruler's territory. The size of territory might become wider or narrower throughout a dynasty. The grandfather's land might be large but the father's land might be smaller and subsequently the grandson's land might be bigger than his predecessors due to the stronger influence or military ability. 

Such ancient political system is called circle of influence. In eastern part of Asia, it was called mandala political circle.

In middle East and some part of Asia, it was called suzerainty. In Europe, it was called nobility. 

Such concept seems to be similar in this world I am transmigrated into. 

It appears that Hinterland and Winterwatch Tower falls within the authority of Redcliffe lordship while Korcari Wilds used to be Olga's territory, no one bothers to check what is happening here.

Since Minerva left, I am holed up at the top of the tower and rarely ever left. I even sleep here. The only time I go the ground is for peeing, defecation and bathing. Meal is brought by the girls to here. 

Climbing to the top is an tremendous effort after all. Winterwatch Tower, located near Grand Forest Villa has ten floors despite each floor is so narrow that it could only accommodate three sleeping adults. Mirai, Kurotsuchi, Clementine, Sekrit and Soraya each sleep on a floor below me. The rest of girls sleep in Grand Forest Villa.

We have been living in this tower for two weeks while checking the map chartered by refugees I had appointed. 

They are given a part of whole settlement and chart houses and their position. Once mapping completed, they would pass the papers to me for scrutinizing. If I deem it inadequate, they would redo. 

I had set three goals before I explore the ground.

First, I must get accurate map of the settlement and surrounding areas. 

Second, developing complete sewerage system for each house connected to sludge treatment pool. 

Somehow, I had gained the ability from the incidence with Brita and Lyla, transmigrate modern sewerage system. It costs a lot of points to summon that system but the extent of its cost depends on the number of houses to be installed with toilets. The more toilets to be installed, the bigger sludge treatment pool required. 

Currently, I have accumulated 44,000 points from converting the gold coins of this world into points. 

I had conducted simulation and estimate 20,000 points to be consumed.

Winterwatch Tower is constructed on the land much higher than the rest of plain in Redcliffe and Korcari Wilds. From its tenth floor, I could even faintly see the settlement known as Redcliffe village and Redcliffe castle. I was told by Minerva that Redcliffe is the only province in Ferelden that is linked to ocean but I can't see from even this tower. 

Nevertheless, I could count accurately the number of houses built by the refugees. There are currently 10,350 houses. 

My third task is to solve the food shortage. For that, I might need to connect to Redcliffe village for jobs. For now, they either hunt animals or collect fruits from Korcari Wilds.

I am in one of the wooden house in the refugees settlement. I had instructed each house to dedicate a place for a toilet. I am going to summon a modern toilet without flushing features. It means the toilet user need to pour water into the toilet hole. 

The people of this world are used to squating when performing their number two. Once the toilet summoned at each house, they must learn how to sit on the toilet bowl. A new law shall be enforced where they must clean the toilet bowl properly by pouring water into it. 

I am inside a house. Jill, Suzy, Sekrit, Clementine, Ivanna, Irijina, Brita, Kurotsuchi, Mirai, Selene, Hanabi, Soraya, Sylvia, and Lyla are here with me, sitting on the ground. They are already familiar with the portable toilet.

I activate the translucent dashboard and it appears as a large screen in front of me. The girls are staring helter-skelter at the space I am looking at. 

Giving them cold shoulder, I operate the buttons in the dashboard.

"Activating System Transmigration"

"Sewerage system - Detailed map required" 

We had arranged the papers on the ground beforehand. The thirty papers connected to one another, creating complete map of the settlement. 

When I look at the map on the ground, the dashboard follows. Now, the dashboard overlaps the maps on the ground. 

"Loading...."

Like a computer, it seems the dashboard is processing the sighted maps. 

Five minutes... Fifteen minutes..... Thirty minutes..... Forty five minutes.... Sixty minutes.... It is still loading. 

At seventieth minutes, a new sentence appears.

"Toilet mapping is successful."

"Please designate the sewerage treatment pool."

I move in crouching to a paper at the most right side and look at it. Upon overlapping the dashboard on the map, words are prompted.

"Location identified. Proceed? Yes. No."

I opt for "Yes"

Another sentence appears.

"Final confirmation. Proceed with Transmission of Sewerage system for 10,350 houses? Yes or No."

I opt "Yes". 

"21,500 points consumed. Proceed? Yes or No."

Now, I have 44,000 points. So, it should be enough. I opt"Yes".

"Transmigration is in progress" This words remain on the dashboard.

"Aaaikkk!" 

The girls scream.

Out of thin air, a toilet bowl appears at the corner of the house.

"System Transmission is completed."

When that words appear, I run to the door and exit the house. 

The reason I use the house is because it is located at the end of the settlement, about 1 kilometer from the empty piece of land designated for sewerage pool.

Walls at the height of 3 meters appear. From afar, I could see a rectangular shaped facility. 

I run to wall with a door. Keys are hanging on the door. 

I retrieve the key. It seems all of them are similar. I insert into hole and unlock the door.

The girls are already here with me. They follow me, entering the facility.

There is a large pool, about 500 square feets with roof above it but is open air. 

"What..."

The girls have their eyes widen. Some of them gawk. 

Suddenly, my neck is strangled and my body is pushed to the wall. 

Ivanna and Jill are the one who jump at me.

"What is happening? I never question you but it is just too weird." Ivanna grabs my arm and shoulder.

"Wh...what are you?" Jill holds my neck.

"Same with Soraya. Why she suddenly change? What you did to her?"

As questions being thrown at me one after another by the two girls, Sekrit, Clementine, Soraya and Kurotsuchi pull them away. 

I exhale while looking gently at them.

"I am sorry. I cannot say anything. I hope you can just trust me."

Realising that I refuse to disclose anything, Jill and Ivanna gradually calm down while glancing at the sewerage pool.
