Last night was successful. There were only twelve men casualty. Immediately upon dawn, we slept at the nearest house. This is the new law enforced since the demonic disturbance started. Villagers must unlock their houses so that anyone can enter and sleep there at dawn. 

As planned, we woke up in the afternoon. We had lunch and bath. In the evening, we assembled at the church where we departed on our horses. 

Our destination is castle. As its portcullis is close, we are forced to enter using secret path known only by Amber. According to Amber, she and Valena often used the path.

It is located at windmill on near the castle. 

We arrived and unmounted from our steeds.

Amber would lead the seven of us into the path in the windmill. The viscounts, Brian Haddock, Jascha Alatt, Keigel Hohmann, and Amber's uncle, Harrith Drake were present at the windmill. 

They confessed that Marchioness' son, Connor had been possessed by a demon and that demon caused the demonic disturbance. 

As the disturbance would only get worse reach night, the only way to stop it is to save Connor. 

There is small door hidden inside the windmill. Amber opened it and descent into an underground tunnel. This tunnel definitely can't be used at night because it is dark. We had to use torchlight but without torchlight is still useable as it is a straight way into the castle's room.

We thought it was fine as we just reached the castle but when we switch off the torchlight, everything becomes pitch black.

“...where are we?”

“H..Hiro? You are there, yes!?”

“Yeah, I am, but…”

I answer to Selene, who holds my arm even tighter than before, then look around. We are surrounded by complete darkness: in addition, we couldn’t even move freely, as if we are stuck in a box.

“Amber, this is an unexpected development. We cannot move.”

“..hmm, this isn’t good. Can’t see anything either.”

“Eek! Who is touching my behind!? It can’t be…!”

“Hmm, what a dangerous situation this is..hmm…”

The bodies of seven girls are pressing against mine: a tender, warm, indescribable feeling of happiness. The smell of their sweat add even more to the already ecstatic experience. For a split second, I think I wouldn’t have minded to enjoy it forever.

“I guess forever would be a bit too long, though!”

I kick, with all the strength I could muster. The wall in front of me crumbles and falls, letting light in. A few more kicks make the hole large enough to reveal the scenery behind the wall.

“This is…a storeroom?”

“Either we went to the wrong place…or they built a storehouse in the empty lot.”

As it turns out, the location Amber used had been turned into storage. And we end up inside one of the crates stored there.

“...which means…we could have ended up inside a wall? Pretty dangerous development.”

“Indeed, to see a nostalgic place transformed into this…is kind of sad.”

“Yeah, I’m not talking about that…”

I sigh at Amber’s melancholic reminiscence.

"Lord Hiro, I found a door.” Irijina yells.

“Yeah, let’s just get out of here…”

We come out of the storehouse and find a series of small rooms. Compared to Abram, the architecture seems to be an older, more traditional style.

I would have loved to take a leisurely look around, but something else grab my attention.

There is a long corridor with small rooms along both sides of it. Eight armoured skeletons are standing along the way. 

We are ready for such development, but it is just too early.

"Attack!"

The raiding trio, Sekrit, Clementine and Irijina charge towards the enemies while Ivanna hits the nearest one. 

Within a minute, the enemies are cleared up. 

We exit the corridor to find another corridor full with skeletons. 

"Attack!"

This time Brita charges together with the trio. We don't wait too long until the enemies are cleared up. 

Amber, Selene and I were beside the first room at the corridor when the fighting was ongoing. I noticed the room was covered by luggages but they were moving. 

"Girls. Wait. There is something in there."

Ivanna blocks me with her right hand to stop me from entering. She enters and Amber is right behind her.

"Who are you?" Amber calls.

"Amber? Amber, is it you?" Suddenly, a girl's voice echoes.

"Valena."

Then, the piled up luggages fall to the ground.

A pretty girl in maid outfit with sharp chin and sharp nose tip comes out and hugs Amber. Her hairstyle is like Bella except this Valena's hair peanut coloured. 

"Don't worry, Valena. We are here to save you. You must meet your dad. He is worried sick about you."

Valena releases Amber but looks at us suspiciously.

"Dad? But what about you? Who are these people?" 

"They are my comrades. We are going to get young master and Marchioness."

"Oh, yes. Something is wrong with young master. The man, Jowan tries to help him but cannot." Valena tells us earnestly.

"Is Jowan bad guy?" I ask her.

Valena shakes her head. 

"Jowan taught young master but... Young master seems to cast spells without Jowan's knowledge. Master Connor accidentally summon fearsome demons. That's all I know. But my lady is in danger as she is held by possessed young master."

"It's fine. Leave the rest to us. You go the windmill."

"But..."

"Please... We need to do it fast... the village will be in danger when night falls."

".....Please be careful..."

Valena then runs to the hidden path without hindrance. 

We continue to exit the second corridor. It is third corridor but it is shorter. There are two doors side by side, I am intrigued to enter but there are skeletons roaming.

"Attack."

Same as before, the four girls charge towards the enemies and defeat them in no time. 

I open the door at the right. There is large spacious but empty room. There is nothing.

"Don't we need to advance, Hiro?" Ivanna urges me.

"No. I feel something is in there."

I open the left door. There are several compartments divided by brick walls. There are two skeletons.

"Back off, Hiro." Ivanna enters.

A skeleton slashes at her but she dodges and plummet the other skeleton. Before the skeleton that missed turns to her, Ivanna destroys it's head.

"It's dangerous, Hiro!" She scolds me. I enter. The compartments are actually prison cells.

There is a barred door at each cell. 

"Excuse me."

We are so shocked that we almost fall down as a man from the inside reaches us with his hand.

He wears shabby shirt and his long hair is messy. His facial hair is not shaved. 

"Please let me go. I must stop what is happening with young master."

What he said, catches my interest.

I walk to him, "Who are you? You know what's going on?"

He passionately answers,

"Yes. I taught young master. I shouldn't have teach him that. I thought of helping him resurrecting hid dead father."

"Resurrection. Are you mad?" Selene suddenly barges in.

"Yes. That's beyond human and even demon. Young master was deceived by a high demon. Even demon cannot resurrect dead man. Now, the demon came into this world and wreck havoc."

This man .... 

"Could it be you are Jowan?"

He looks very surprised.

"How..."

"Forget about it. How to unlock this cell."

"..."

"Hoi. I ask you!"

"Oh, sorry. I saw the the possessed young master threw the key there."

We look at the place he points at. There is a key.

Amber picks it up and approaches the cell.

We unlock the cell.

"So, what's your plan, Jowan?" I ask.

"We must get to young master."

"Well. No choice, then." 

I put my trust on this guy as he looks sincere and worried.
