Lyla leaps past them and hits the orc's body until it thrown away. 

Farnese, Rowan and templars stop their escape and watch another shocking event unfolding before their eyes. The weak looking girl hits the big creature away with her bigger than normal sword. 

Heretics swarm at her but Lyla simply swings her sword. She makes three horizontal swings and the rampaging men are sliced into pieces.

The onlookers are only open mouthed with eyes wide opened. 

Soraya pulls Nina up and stands several steps from Lyla. Kurotsuchi goes to Soraya's side.

She tells Soraya, "Sorry, I can only find Lyla."

All eyes are at her. The sky outside is getting darker 

"Is that woman.." 

"Yes. Must be the one who killed our men earlier in the evening."

Rowan replies to his lady.

Lyla glances at the other three girls and tells them,

"We are getting out of here, Kurotsuchi. Make sure those two get out " 

The templars become even stunned as the voice of the sword wielder who easily cut the monsters sounds like a very frail girl.

"You can count on me, Lyla!" Kurotsuchi answers in spirited high pitched voice.

A squad captain walks to the front of Farnese.

"My lady. It seems they are fighting off the monsters."

Another captain behind Farnese answers, "That doesn't mean they are our allies."

Lyla's extravagant appearance gives the templars a second wind. 

"Have you forgotten we are in the midst of a battle. Kill all who don't offer their surrender!" 

Farnese points her sword towards the berserkers and tries to raise her men's motivation.

"But, my lady." The higher leaders object to her command.

"If we don't act, we will suffer a lot more casualties."

"But, my lady.."

Farnese bawls, "There's no doubt they are heretics. Those women fight against them. It's obvious who is the enemy!"

She continues, "We've pledged our swords to God. We can't allow ourselves to succumb to fear!"

"Understood. All troops, attack!" Rowan barks.

"Oooooo!!" 

The templars pour into the darker area, but avoiding the orc.

"This is our chance. Escape!" As Lyla yells, the four girls run towards the exit but a silhouette moves in the air past them.

It's the orc. It leaps past the chaotic battle and land at the exit. 

"Erggg."

It screeches in pain. Its body that is touched by sunlight seems burning. It moves towards Lyla as if to distance itself from the sunlight.

Lyla, Kurotsuchi and Soraya looks at each other, giving cue among themselves.

"That thing is hurt by sunlight?" Nina mutters.

"It seems so." Soraya concurs.

"But when we fought orcs many months ago, they were fine under sunlight." Kurotsuchi ponders loudly and continues,

"And these zombies.. we fought before they were different. Zombies were not this agile and these ones here are hurt by sunlight. Why there's difference?"

"When you were outside, a monster with wings appeared and had bitten them. Could that be the difference?" Soraya answers.

"Monster with wings?" Kurotsuchi and Lyla furrow their eyebrows.

Suddenly, the orc leaps.

Lyla move to the front of the girls and block with her large sword. She is forced several steps backward.

"That speed and size.." Kurotsuchi laments.

It leaps again and Soraya blocks in the same way but this time, she is thrown away.

"Lyla!!"

Soraya realizes Lyla's weakness. Lyla may be monstrously skillful sword wielder but her strength and stamina are    not the up to the standard of most powerful male fighters. 

She may be almost unbeatable in quick battle but won't prevail in lengthy fights.

The agile orc leaps again and Lyla attacks but her hit is not deep enough. The orc moves past her shoulder and makes backward kicks onto her back. 

Again, she is thrown away. 

Before she could fully stand up, the orc already punches her chest which she blocks with the large sword. She is thrown away and roll on the floor.

"Luckily, I wear this very sturdy armour. Otherwise, my fragile body will break." She utters loudly.

The three girls run towards behind Lyla.

The orc leaps again but this time it is being shot by crystal arrows by Soraya. 

Its movement becomes sluggish, so Lyla manages to land a clean hit on its body. It leaps away and red blood drops on the floor.

"So it bleeds." Soraya gives comment. 

It leaps again and barely dodges crystal arrows by side hopping. Before its hand reaches Lyla, a dagger flies and pierces into its neck.

"Arrggg!" 

"My Junaid hits. Now, Lyla!" Kurotsuchi yells in panic.

Lyla swings her sword but it evades that but Lyla spins her body to just inches away from its body.

It claws her head but she dodges and swings upward and cut its clawing hand. 

"Arrggg!!"

It leaps away.

Its left hand is left on the ground. It only has one hand now.

"Grrrr!!"

It roars and stuns the templars.

It leaps even faster now but rather than jumping at Lyla, it leaps onto the cave walls and uses the force from stepping on the wall to leap to another wall. Its leg is like a spring.

Lyla's eyes are following its movement. 

Suddenly, it throws a large rock which is dodged by Lyla but that lapse on concentration is utilized by the orc to jump towards her.

"Lylaaa!!" The girl warn her but it's too late as she is kicked away.

Luckily, she somehow blocks with her sword. 

Her body hit hard against the wall for the second time. 

Before she could stand up, the orc jumps and kicks her. Despite blocking, she is thrown away and crashes into another wall. 

She uses the sword to support her standing. 

The orc is already before her.

"Iyaaaa!!"

She shouts and blocks its attack with sword. She immediately attacks but blocks by its remaining bare hand.

Both of her hands are wielding the large sword against the one arm orc that attacks using an arm and kicks.

They exchange blows. 

She cannot escape with wall behind and beside her. She is trapped at the corner. 

Meanwhile, Soraya and Kurotsuchi have to deal with other monstrous heretics. 

Lyla heightens her focus and maintains the exchange of blows. 

None of its attacks land on her much smaller body while many of her attacks wound its body despite none of them is deep cut. 

The attacks and parrying continues for over an hour. 

As the orc is accumulating more damages, it becomes sluggish and finally falls to its knees.

Realizing that, Lyla inhales and makes one heavy swing.

"Iyaaaaa!!" 

Its head is decapitated and falls into the floor. 

But its final all out punch reaches her.

Despite blocking it with sword, the power is too strong that Lyla is once again thrown away and crashes into another wall.

"Lyla!!"

The three girls get to Lyla. 

Lyla struggles to stand up but with Kurotsuchi and Soraya supporting her both arms, she is being carried away towards the exit while the fighting between monstrous heretics and templars become even more erratic.
