Torun City. Main room in the King's Office.

I am sitting on a cozy armchair in the most sumptuous chamber in the royal office and a bewitching lassie is speaking to me. Placing her arm in a relaxed manner on a chair with an armrest, the elegant femme fatal is sitting with her legs crossed. Judging by her looks, she seems to be around 21-22 years of age.

Be that as it may, I have a secret ability to read one's actual traits and abilities. Many important attributes will appear on one's status description which shows up in the words of my previous world and readable on the translucent dashboard.

On the translucent dashboard, this woman is a 24 year old aristocrat. Her job description is rare; a strategist.

Based on her physical attributes, she is as weak as Claire and the maids. However, the translucent dashboard shows some attributes that never show up on others; logic, knowledge, and creativity. On attributes that also appear on others, her instinct is high compared to most people.

Her age is 24 years old but she looks slightly younger than that. Interestingly, she is still a virgin.

Although spectacles exist in this universe, such technology is considered luxurious and only afforded by nobles. Even among nobles, only a handful of them wear glasses. The reason is straight forward. Only ones who uses eyes to read a lot are forced to wear spectacles. My Minister of Economy, Jascha Alatt and Odbart Adalgiso, the science maniac wear glasses.

However, it is my first time seeing a bespectacled woman and her eyewear does not reduce her beauty.

Her medallion coloured hair neatly lands just above her shoulders, she is wearing a tight fit military uniform without a single crease or wrinkle, her appearance seems to indicate that she does not have any weaknesses. Her eyes shine with an abundance of intelligence and she is inspecting me closely through her glasses. Just from seeing her at a glance, I am convinced that this woman was the one who came up without the idea to meet me, and Claire was just being used.

Nonetheless, another "cheat" ability I possess from this translucent dashboard is to see one's intent.

Although the translucent dashboard doesn't spell it out in detailed words, it shows in one straight line. It measures one's hostility towards me. The more hostile one has against me, the point will be further left. The further the point goes to the left, the redder the line becomes. The middle of the line is white colour.  The more friendly one's intent towards me, the point goes further right on the line. As the line goes further right, the line becomes greener.

Although this woman is a cunning stranger, her point is at the green side. Her point is not even near to middle white. It just means she definitely has a good intention towards me. That's why I show her a lot of openings now.

She then gracefully bows to me.

"Nice to meet you, Your Majesty King Hiro Hezri. My name is Cass, I am the strategist of Dioral Royal Army and the head of the humble Brankovic family."

"I am pleased to meet such beautiful lady. What job is this strategist?"

She smiles earnestly and raises herself and returns to her seat.

"Ah, I’m probably not very famous around this area. My occupation specializes in assisting the Royal Army by giving out strategical directives and or drafting tactics for the military."

So, such an occupation exists in this universe. Ironically, no such person exists in any organization I ever encountered before in this world.

I praise her, "Talent like you is rare. I never met someone like you before."

Her smile doesn't become wider. It is proof that she is level-headed.

"I am very pathetic in fighting. In place of that weakness, I spent a lot of time learning and scheming. I don't like to boast but my kingdom used me a lot."

"And here you are in a foreign land. I heard from Claire, that you came here behind your kingdom's knowledge. What's in it for you?"

She finally smiles broader.

"My family is not big as many of them were killed in the wars. Not even twenty. I have brought together every single of my family members, maids and servants. I have even brought every penny of precious items. I have brought entire books my family possesses with me."

I am speechless and wait for her to continue.

We stare at each other.

Her face starts to become serious.

"Your majesty. My family's estate which we have resided for over a hundred years has been left empty. The farm is left just like that although I don't have any serf. The workers are all here with me. Everything there is empty. I have even brought Dioral's secret documents with me now."

I question her,

"This gamble...do you regret?"

"For these past several months, I have been investigating your kingdom's every move. I didn't disclose to Dioral as they laughed at me when I provided them a little information about your existence. Thanks to that, even though I’ve only met you for the first time, it’s almost like I’m meeting an old friend."

Cass stands up from her chair, drawing herself closer to me and gently strokes my chin.

"If it was really possible, I wanted us to become both friends in name and in reality. Do you not think the same?"

Cass instantly touches the heart of the matter.

"I’m being underestimated just because I am a woman, the higher ups in Dioral have purposefully refrained from giving me a position of power and I’m sick of it! But if it’s you, I definitely won’t betray you. After all, you won’t make light of me just because I am a woman, right?"

I uncontrollably have an evil grin on my face.

"But I don't just want your talent. I want your virginity. Your heart and body."

For the first time, she is startled and slightly blushes.

Inhaling and exhaling as if to strengthen her will, she replies,

"I shall give you everything but how about my position? I have nothing now in this foreign land."

"You are now Minister of Military with immediate effect. Once I get your chastity, you will be a Marchioness."

It takes a while until she processes every word of mine. Then, her expression brightens.

She immediately prostrates on the floor.

"Long Live Your Majesty!"
